Darien Flowers

Paula from Darien Flowers was amazing to work with! We originally stopped by the shop months before the wedding to discuss our florals, and I knew I wanted asymmetrical blue and green centerpieces that were a little different from the typical wedding flowers. As the wedding got closer, I started second-guessing myself and worrying that my vision might look a little too out there (bridal jitters!). Paula was so sweet and invited us back to see a mockup. Seeing my vision come to life in person made all the difference, and I absolutely loved them! They had the asymmetrical, garden-style look I wanted while still feeling romantic and bridal. Paula really understood what I was going for and brought it to life perfectly! Then, about 24 hours before the wedding, we had to change our ceremony location due to a nor'easter. Paula was incredibly accommodating and figured out how to restructure our pergola florals into three separate pieces that would work for an indoor church ceremony. She was so flexible with all the last-minute changes and coordinating the flowers between two locations, which was one less thing for us to worry about during an already hectic day. The flowers were absolutely stunning, and I cannot recommend Paula and Darien Flowers enough! Paula was wonderful to work with from start to finish, and I would absolutely recommend her to any couple looking for a florist who will listen to their vision and help bring it to life.

It was evident how much care and passion went into every single stem. You helped create a day that we will cherish forever, and your flowers were such a huge part of what made it feel so magical. And you can add us to your list of never losing a bride to rain… just as I was walking outside, the rain stopped and the sun came out. It was absolutely perfect.
