tion we feel it's important to share what happened. We consulted with Aubrey in Sept '25 for our March '26 wedding. She understood our vision. We were excited to work with her. However we primarily worked with Brian instead without any real explanation. The website lists Aubrey as coordinator and Brian as mixologist yet somehow we ended up with the mixologist as our sole coordinator. Aubrey was minimally involved via text only, and we didn't find out until right before the wedding that she would not be there. We never got clarity on why. From day one we felt forgotten. Brian would respond to us but seemed distracted in our meetings and when we met. He had other things going on which was obvious and felt unprofessional. We had to reach out to remind them our wedding was coming up. One week before our wedding, we discovered through an auto-reply email that both Brian and Aubrey were out of town on vacation. No heads up was given which added much stress to my wife and I while we were finalizing details. Brian misled us about venue deadlines saying they weren't hard deadlines when they absolutely were. The venue called us directly to clarify. That miscommunication made us look disorganized when we'd been meticulous throughout. During the thirty day lead up Brian sent out emails with the timeline and his contact information but didn't thoroughly review it for coherence or feasibility. At rehearsal he went over things briefly and distributed his number to the wedding party. However, having a document and a phone number is not the same as active coordination. Our photographer ended up being more helpful with the timeline than our actual coordinator. A coordinator's job is to anticipate those moments proactively not just distribute information and hope everyone retains it. On our wedding day he was largely absent. He or his associate didnt check on my wife once while she was getting ready. Our bridesmaids didn't know where to enter the ceremony space. The ring bearer didn't have the ring box. Guests didn't know where to sit. Brian was told family was to sit in the first rows, however he told all of them not to sit in the first row LEAVING EMPTY CHAIRS IN THE FIRST TWO ROWS. We provided him the full list of our familes including headshot pictures of them in an attempt to solve any confusion but to no avail. We heard about this from our familes as to why they were not sitting there. They said 'that guy told us not to'. Our photos now show many empty seats in those rows which is very upsetting to us. Corsages and boutonnieres we paid for went undistributed/unused. Our photographer and content creator ended up managing the timeline and even ensuring our mom got her corsage. Our guests were not lead out of ceremony space as promised. We looked to the coordinator as the expert but instead everyone was figuring it out together. One of Aubrey's core promises is that you'll feel like a guest at your own wedding. We didn't. When we look at their Instagram and other reviews we see them being excited and engaged with other couples. We didn't feel that energy directed at us. We felt like they didn't really care about our day the way they care about others. That hurt. We were gracious afterward in the emotion of the moment. But reflecting on it now we have to be honest. Brian did great setup work and stayed late for cleanup. He's a nice person but he wasn't equipped to coordinate our wedding. We came in with an intimate event of less than 50 people and a clear vision having done most of the planning ourselves. This should have been manageable. The real disappointment is not working with Aubrey. That's who we signed up with and who got us excited. We stretched out our budget to have a day-of coordinator, and we were sincerely disappointed and very stressed. For what we paid and the gap between the promise and the reality we cannot recommend this service.

Aubrey handled the wedding weekend like a pro, she kept us on schedule (or flexed when we needed to adjust), managed so many moving parts, and did it all with a calm, collected energy that gave us so much peace of mind. Brian and the bartending team were fantastic and kept the drinks flowing all weekend. Their entire crew was hardworking, helpful, and so kind to us and our guests. We’re so grateful to have had them as part of our vendor team. They helped make our weekend even better than we imagined. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a solid, reliable, and fun team to bring their event to life!
