We worked with Daring to Dream Events for bar service for a recent wedding and were absolutely blown away! Their staff was so friendly and professional, and did such an amazing job all night long. I don't think there was ever a line at the bar; they were fast! highly recommend and would definitely book them time and time again!

Brian and his sweet wife, Aubrey, bartended our wedding this past Saturday. I overlooked a small detail of bringing produce for the garnishes for our cocktails. BIG OOPS ON MY PART. Brian took care of this. I had zero clue about my mistake until my sister told me at 8 o’clock at night ! My husband and I could not be happier with the services provided by Daring to Dream Events. I had multiple guests complement me on the cocktails as well. You can’t beat having a knowledgeable, professional, and friendly bartender at your event. 11/10 recommend!! All I can say is WOW!! Aubrey and Brian were seriously the most incredible people to work with when it came to coordinating our wedding day. They truly put their heart and soul into making sure that everything ran smoothly and that our vision for our big day became a reality. They were extremely responsive and had amazing communication with us leading up to the big day. This helped us build up a lot of trust and faith in them. I told Aubrey and Brian how I wanted decor set up and it came out better than I could have ever imagined. The day ran so smoothly due to them being very organized and attentive to detail. This was seriously the best day of our lives and we owe that to Daring to Dream Event team. We absolutely loved working with them and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to have a perfect and stress free wedding day.

We chose Daring to Dream Events to help us with bartending and wedding coordination for our wedding this summer. They exceeded our expectations in every way and I cannot recommend Brian (and Aubrey his wife who does wedding coordination with Daring to Dream Events) enough. Though you don’t necessarily need to hire both of them (you could just do bartending or wedding coordination), I’d highly recommend getting them both if you’re having a wedding. They work great as a team and are truly passionate about what they do. We felt their care and passion throughout our time working with them. For example, leading up to our wedding, Brian worked a ton with us to design a thoughtful set of “His” and “Hers” cocktails. On the day of, they were a complete hit with our guests, setting the perfect tone for the evening. Aubrey also connected with us multiple times to make sure we were ready for our big day. Each time we asked her a question, her answers were on point which helped us feel comfortable and confident in our plans. On the day of she hustled and got all of our details right. We were doing a particularly DIY wedding - so the fact that she was able to land all of the different requirements we had is no small feat. We had such a magical day and cannot recommend them enough. Whether you need incredible bartending or wedding coordination…you can’t go wrong with them.

Aubrey and Brian, as well as the servers that came with them went above and beyond. Any and everything I asked of them was handled amazingly. My husband, guests and I are more than pleased with Daring to dream events. I forward to hiring them for other events in the future.

Aubrey and Brian were a breath of fresh air and a calming presence, which is exactly what we wanted on our wedding day and the days leading up to it. From the very start, they were understanding and asked great questions to learn about the exact wedding that WE wanted. They then turned our dream into reality and gave us honest recommendations where they could anticipate things not working out based on their years of experience. It was such a relief avoiding costly and stressful mistakes before we made them! We also planned 4 full days of activities which they were so helpful in organizing and taking stress off our plate. As the bride and groom, being able to delegate tasks over to Aubrey and Brian was a real blessing and they did not disappoint in how they made decisions. Lastly, Aubrey and Brian are just great people and were a joy to have at our party. Aubrey in particular knows how to get and keep the energy going all night! I am highly recommending them to anyone wanting a peaceful wedding planning process and a very fun and stress-free wedding day!

Aubrey did an amazing job keeping the wedding on track with the timeline we wanted and frequently checking in on us. She was cheerful and pleasant to work with and had a can do attitude. PERFECTION. Brian and his crew worked our wedding this Saturday and absolutely killed it. My husband and I are creative types who designed and executed a lot of the event ourselves (I guess you could say we "dared to dream" kind of to the extreme)... but bartending/wait staff was a big element we needed to hand off to a pro. Brian and his staff absolutely delivered. He did multiple phone calls with us and gave us much-needed advice, while also being flexible and easy-going. The staff looked slick and were wonderful. The Daring to Dream team is a DREAM TEAM!! I loved working with Brian, Aubrey, and their team for my wedding. I worked with Brian leading up to the wedding and he was incredible. I appreciated that he got me on the phone quickly to talk through details and right away he made me feel like he would have my back all through the process, which he did.
