This helped us build up a lot of trust and faith in them. I told Aubrey and Brian how I wanted decor set up and it came out better than I could have ever imagined. The day ran so smoothly due to them being very organized and attentive to detail. This was seriously the best day of our lives and we owe that to Daring to Dream Event team. We absolutely loved working with them and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to have a perfect and stress free wedding day.

Brian (and Aubrey his wife who does wedding coordination with Daring to Dream Events) enough. Though you don’t necessarily need to hire both of them (you could just do bartending or wedding coordination), I’d highly recommend getting them both if you’re having a wedding. They work great as a team and are truly passionate about what they do. We felt their care and passion throughout our time working with them. For example, leading up to our wedding, Brian worked a ton with us to design a thoughtful set of “His” and “Hers” cocktails. On the day of, they were a complete hit with our guests, setting the perfect tone for the evening. Aubrey also connected with us multiple times to make sure we were ready for our big day. Each time we asked her a question, her answers were on point which helped us feel comfortable and confident in our plans. On the day of she hustled and got all of our details right. We were doing a particularly DIY wedding - so the fact that she was able to land all of the different requirements we had is no small feat. We had such a magical day and cannot recommend them enough. Whether you need incredible bartending or wedding coordination…you can’t go wrong with them.

They then turned our dream into reality and gave us honest recommendations where they could anticipate things not working out based on their years of experience. It was such a relief avoiding costly and stressful mistakes before we made them! We also planned 4 full days of activities which they were so helpful in organizing and taking stress off our plate. As the bride and groom, being able to delegate tasks over to Aubrey and Brian was a real blessing and they did not disappoint in how they made decisions. Lastly, Aubrey and Brian are just great people and were a joy to have at our party. Aubrey in particular knows how to get and keep the energy going all night! I am highly recommending them to anyone wanting a peaceful wedding planning process and a very fun and stress-free wedding day!

(I guess you could say we "dared to dream" kind of to the extreme)... but bartending/wait staff was a big element we needed to hand off to a pro. Brian and his staff absolutely delivered. He did multiple phone calls with us and gave us much-needed advice, while also being flexible and easy-going. The staff looked slick and were wonderful. appreciated that he got me on the phone quickly to talk through details and right away he made me feel like he would have my back all through the process, which he did. We also hired 2 wait staff in addition to Brian as the bartender and they made everything so much better. Aubrey made me feel so taken care of and she made every detail I envisioned into a reality.
