y, she listened to exactly what I wanted, made thoughtful suggestions, and brought my vision to life perfectly. My makeup lasted all day and night (even through happy tears!!)
Beyond her incredible talent, Frankie has such a calm, kind presence that made the whole morning feel relaxed and special. She wasn’t just my makeup artist. she was part of one of the happiest moments of my life that. I’m endlessly grateful for her artistry and heart. e to hire her for my wedding make up, I also was lucky to have her do micro tattoos at my wedding! ❤️ the pop up tattoos was such a hit and everyone was raving about it. She went above and beyond for me, my bridesmaids and any of my guests that got tattoos on my wedding day.

I regret to share my negative experience with Frankie Metzger, the owner of Dark Barbie Beauty Parlour in Richland, WA. We hired her to be our pop-up tattoo artist for our wedding,...
and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating.
On the day of our wedding, Frankie’s car broke down on the way to the venue. While I understand that mechanical issues can happen, it’s hard to accept that this was out of her control, especially since it directly impacted our special day.
To make matters worse, Frankie has refused to refund us any part of the $1,400 we paid, citing the contract’s “all sales are final and nonrefundable” clause. While I understand the importance of contracts, I believe that circumstances like hers should warrant some consideration for a refund, especially since she did not fulfill her part of the agreement.
In the end, we paid for a service that was never delivered, and it has been incredibly disappointing to see how this situation has been handled. I would caution anyone considering her services to think twice and ensure they have a solid backup plan.

d bridezilla”, then refused to issue a refund. And ended the TEXT with “GOODLUCK ON YOUR WEDDING”. I was so lucky to get Chelan Glam to make my wedding look FLAWLESS. I promise you’ll be disappointed with Dark Barbies Beauty Parlor “service”. She also never traveled to the hotel we booked for her by our venue, which proved she did not even attempt to make the trip for my wedding.
I had Frankie do my boudoir makeup. I had never met her before but she did such an amazing job. I loved her work so much she will also be doing my bridal makeup in September!! I al...
