dea what to do with my face or my hands or how am I standing and is my posture okay and-- seriously just a silly awkward mess. Posing for photos is a skill! And one I definitely don't have. So please trust me when I say Daryll is FANTASTIC at what he does. If you, like me, are just entirely unaware of what your body is doing at any given moment, he is exactly the kind of photographer you want to book with. He gives really precise, simple directions to help you get the pose just right, *including facial expressions* which is the thing I'm always the most self-conscious about because like, big smile? Smirk? eyes up? Down? Where am I looking? What's happening? What's going on? It was so reassuring to know he was paying attention to all those little details and I knew he was making sure I looked my best in every shot/pose. In addition to your expected boudoir outfits/pics, I asked Daryll if we could aim for some more androgynous/masculine shots as well. I contain multitudes. He was enthusiastic, supportive, and just generally made me feel really comfortable exploring the potential of being sexy in a not typically femme way. When we did shift to more feminine outfits and poses, I felt so confident and beautiful; truly made me feel like a rock star! I really cannot say enough good things about the whole experience. Daryl is respectful, professional, and a totally kick-ass photographer. I'm so happy I had the opportunity to book with him!

We had to reschedule the wedding due to the pandemic and he was very flexible in working with us to find a new workable date. We were extremely impressed when he asked to be Zoomed into the rehearsal so he would know the flow of the ceremony for planning. (I've been involved in several weddings, and that has NEVER happened.) His packages are reasonably priced and worth every penny and then some. Our venue owner was also impressed with him and asked for his information to pass on to future couples. I highly recommend him for your special day!

He shot amazing photos of the most special moments of our big day, utilized the shot list we developed together, and was creative with other photos. He was able to manage our "crew" and work along side our wedding planner to keep things moving in a manner that was effective without coming off pushy or rushed. Daryll even chased our send off vehicle down a giant hill to have the perfect shot of our send!
