I fell in love with makeup at a young age. That love continued to grow as I got older and worked my first job selling Merle Norman Cosmetics. They taught me a great foundation to start into makeup. The passion continued into learning more through YouTube and trial and error on myself and clients. It wasn’t until I was in cosmetology school that I realized how much I loved doing hair as well. I can’t imagine doing anything else. I do what I love and it is so rewarding. And I get to do the best job in the world with my best friend and sister in law.

Coming from a line of amazing stylists gave me my passion for all things beauty. My journey commenced when I created my very first braid. I took that passion and ran with it to my soccer team, giving everyone braided creations before games. Then carrying it to art on stage for all theater productions in high school. I have spent ten years meeting amazing people and helping them get ready for any occasion you can think of. I am continuing my passion as I am getting ready to meet you, with the BEST sister-in-law by my side!

beautiful and glowy all day and night long. My makeup and hair stayed the entire night even through all the dancing! They are the absolute sweetest and kindest people ever. They made my bridal party and I feel so comfortable and calm the morning of getting ready. My hair and makeup could not have turned out any more perfect. It was exactly what I had been envisioning all my life! They also did hair for my mom, MIL, and maid of honor, and they all were so happy with how their hair turned out as well! When I found them on The Knot I knew they were the perfect team for my wedding day. I felt so much more at ease knowing that there would be TWO stylists helping get us all ready without the extra fees or minimum service requirements like most other salons/stylists require. I was very pleasantly surprised to find out they are much more affordable than other salons in the area, they travel to brides, AND their work is better in my opinion. I could not recommend Daugherty Artistry more!

" they left me, no detail went unnoticed! They were so friendly, and outgoing towards all 7 bridesmaid, mom of bride and especially myself. They kept the vibes in the bridal room, which also kept the mood fun, stress free, and lively. Thank you both for making all us feel so beautiful, starting so early for us, and being so perfectly on schedule all day! Not too mention, the hair and make up stayed all day, even through rain, happy tears, and dancing. Would highly recommend this lovely team to any bride to be, you won't be disappointed!

Several of my bridesmaids and both mothers commented on how nice Hannah and Jade were. Each person really appreciated that they worked with them throughout the process to create the perfect look. ommunicative during the whole process. I booked them for my bridal hair and makeup and for my sister, my Matron of Honor to get her hair done. I had my Bridal hair/makeup trial with Hannah, and she was beyond amazing with all my changes and indecisiveness and very patient with me and willing to change anything I was unsure of. Come the day of the wedding there was miscommunication on my part with my sister on what she was getting scheduled for and Hannah was extremely accommodating for the mix up and was able to get my sisters makeup done along with her hair! Not only was she willing to change up some plans last minute and accommodate my mix up but we were able to get everything done in our short time frame. Hanna was a huge part in our need for help getting our dresses on, she was able to not only get our hair and makeup done but was able to help us get all the lace and buttons done on my wedding dress! So not only was she my hair and makeup artist but also our stylists! I am forever grateful for her help and how friendly and profession she was. Again, I highly recommend booking Daugherty Artistry for any occasion you will not be disappointed!

phenomenal job at the trial honestly. I asked for my curls to start higher up for the big day, and she delivered flawlessly. She really listened to what I wanted to change and she fulfilled all my wishes! They arrived with plenty of time to set up and they worked with our getting ready schedule. My bridesmaids also loved Daughtery Artistry, and their hair turned out amazing. My mom also last minute decided she wanted their hair done, and they did it no problem! They even left us with a hair emergency kit if we needed any touches throughout the event. These ladies are the real deal!
