was able to do the work. After purchasing a loose stone, I returned to the store to have the work done. Mr. Askew now stated that he will "have to pass on doing the work". I made a purchased based on his expertise and now he does not want to do the work. The stone I purchased based on his recommendation is non-refundable and now I am out $700. Very sad. Pick another jeweler, this one can not be trusted.
