Dave Macklin Band

outstanding. Irene was also outstanding with organization and communication. I have not danced so much since my own wedding! They were a pleasure to work with.

our, until the very last banger at our reception, I was in awe. Our guests have been telling us for weeks how incredible the band was. The energy, the quality of performance, and the set list was spectacular. If you're looking for a wedding band – this is the band for you. Everyone was on the dance floor from beginning to end. Additionally, I have to praise the band manager Irene. She was the most organized vendor I have ever worked with. As our wedding was on a military installation, we had some insane paperwork requirements that all vendors needed to complete and she handled it quickly and with so much grace. I just can't recommend the Dave Macklin Band enough. They are more affordable than other bands in the area yet their performance is out of this world. They even helped secure us a violinist for our ceremony. If you book this band, you're going to have the wedding or event that everyone talks about for years to come. Thank you Irene , Dave Macklin, and the entire band for making our wedding the party of our dreams.

agreeable to changes we had to make and a sure crowd pleaser. I would work with them again in a heartbeat! Charlene - Just A Girl Events

nbelievable—our guests are still talking about it. Truly unforgettable!

or and book them before it's too late. Our guests are still talking about them! Also, make sure you add the horns, TOTALLY WORTH IT! We saw them in person prior to booking for our wedding and my (now) husband said within 15 seconds "OK IM SOLD!" What a great time :)

was. Highly recommend!

ould not believe how good the band was- I knew they’d be good but I was blown away by the talent and energetic fun they brought to our wedding! I did not leave the dance floor because I didn’t want to miss a second! The pianist also did our ceremony music and accommodated special music requests of ours, it was beautiful. The jazz trio at cocktail hour was also outstanding. All around- having the Dave Macklin band at our wedding was hands down the best part of the day, besides getting married of course :)

non-stop for days after the party. 📸💃 This was their second Fourth of July with us, and once again, they did not let us down. From start to finish, they brought the energy and heart — and even stuck around for the final line of the battle! So grateful to have them back — they made the night unforgettable. 🇺🇸🎸 Charlene and Ron

table experience. The dance floor was full and our guests couldn’t stop talking about the performance. The band manager, Irene, was quick to respond to any questions and made coordination throughout the entire process easy. They accommodated our smaller size venue without a problem. We are so thankful for DMB! Highly recommend!

e for our questions and requests. The band was perfect and the dance floor was packed all night. Great performers, wide range of music, and incredible energy. Our guests could not stop talking about DMB and all the fun. Couldn't recommend any more.

f extraordinary. From our first interaction with them to the final song of the night, their professionalism, talent, and dedication to excellence shone through at every step. From the beginning, the band went above and beyond to ensure we were confident in our decision. They even invited us to see one of their live performances at a local bar, giving us the chance to experience their energy, musicality, and stage presence firsthand. That thoughtful gesture showed how much they care about their clients and their craft, and it made the decision to hire them an easy one. Their performance on our wedding day exceeded all expectations. They masterfully blended the songs from our playlist with their own incredible repertoire, crafting a musical journey that resonated with both us and our guests. Every moment was filled with energy, joy, and seamless transitions that kept everyone engaged and dancing the night away. The vocalists were captivating, and the instrumentalists showcased remarkable skill and synchronization. The Dave Macklin Band didn’t just play music—they created an experience. Whether it was our emotional first dance, the lively dance floor sets, or the more subtle dinner music, they perfectly tailored their performance to match the mood and keep the celebration vibrant. Equally impressive was their professionalism throughout the process. They were responsive, accommodating, and a dream to work with. On the wedding day, they arrived early, set up efficiently, and worked seamlessly with our other vendors. Their level of preparation and attention to detail ensured everything went off without a hitch. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the band, with many saying it was one of the best live performances they’d ever seen at a wedding. We couldn’t agree more—it felt like a private concert that made our special day unforgettable. To the Dave Macklin Band: thank you for being such an integral part of our wedding. Your talent, professionalism, and heart left an indelible mark on our celebration. We’ll cherish the memories of your incredible performance for years to come. If you’re looking for a wedding band that will elevate your event and leave your guests raving, the Dave Macklin Band is the clear choice. Highly, highly recommended!

lly seeing them in Boston on St. Paddy’s Day was a fantastic experience. It was evident they could keep the crowd engaged and had our wedding guests dancing all night! The male vocalist is incredible, and if you’re on the fence, add the horn section!! They even let my sister-in-law sing a few songs and worked well with my father-in-law, who joined in on the saxophone. Most importantly, when planning a wedding, correspondence is an absolute must, and the band manager, Irene, was a true delight to work with. She was very prompt and detailed when it came to putting it all together. I’m extremely pleased and satisfied with their service and performance. The price is right, and I highly recommend them for your next event!

essional and learned two new songs I wanted them to sing for my wedding. They even let my younger cousin sing a few songs with them. I could not have asked for a better band for my wedding.

sional and friendly. When it came time for dancing, they had the entire room on the dance floor. Everyone kept coming up to us and saying how awesome the band was. They were also very accommodating prior to the big day. We totally revised their set list and they had no problem making the adjustments. They even learned Gimme Gimme Gimme by Abba a week before the wedding and killed it! We couldn't have been happier with our band choice.

cklin Band did not disappoint. We went to listen to them a couple times before booking them for our wedding. Each time we went to listen the blew us away. Irene, their manager, and Dave's wife is super easy to work with. And they are extremely affordable, which is always a plus! The band is all around unbelievable. Their voices are unbelievable and really make the night something special. Dave and Gisela have amazing voices - voices that will have your guests talking for weeks afterward. They also have a horns section of their band which really made it that much better. They had all of our guests on the dance floor before my husband and I had a chance to make our way around the venue to say hi to everyone. And they had us dancing all night long. It was an amazing night and they definitely helped make it that way. Thank you, Dave Macklin Band for make our wedding a night to remember not only for us but for all of our guests!
