Dave was amazing from beginning to end! He is a truly professional photographer. The quality of his photos is incredible and his eye for the perfect moment, the perfect lighting, and the perfect picture is always spot on. He is extremely thoughtful of every photo taken. His years of experience show GREATLY in the quality of photos. He takes many photos, so there were a TON of amazing options for my husband and I to choose from. He is extremely professional, very quick to respond, proactive with planning, and great to work with. He was always available for a meeting to brainstorm, go over timelines, or plan a session. I cannot recommend Dave enough, he is absolutely wonderful. We have the PERFECT wedding photos.

Dave is a super talented and professional photographer and we’re so happy we chose him for our wedding. Dave’s prices were by far the most reasonable and we loved his personality from our initial conversation. We chose his package that had 8 hours of coverage and video as well. From day one through the engagement photo session all the day to the wedding Dave was responsive, professional and super easy to work with. For our engagement photo session Dave gave us recommendations on locations and outfits and he did an amazing job on the photos. He even stayed extra time beyond 60 minutes to make sure we had all the shots we wanted. The engagement photos came quickly and looked amazing. About two weeks or so before the wedding our planner set up a call with us and Dave and Dave asked questions and was very engaged making sure he knew every detail of the photo timeline. Dave worked closely with us to make sure we got all the shots we wanted at our wedding. On the day of our wedding Dave showed up with his assistant photographer and videographer and they made sure we stayed on schedule and did an amazing job. We received our photos about a week and half later and we loved them! We are so happy with our decision to work with Dave and his team and we definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an awesome photographer!

Dave was excellent! His prices were very reasonable- our package included about 8 hours, 2 photographers, engagement session, and a personalized photo album. Dave works well with payment plans, and kept in touch consistently. He's quick to edit too- I had our engagement pictures next day, wedding photos only took about 3 days. I had a Spring wedding, and his editing style was perfect for the vision I had for more natural-looking photos.

We absolutely loved the photographs that we have seen by wedding photographer Dave McIntosh and we were so delighted that he was available for our wedding! Prior to the wedding, Dave talked with us to learn our needs and to communicate to us the process of photographing the day. We learned a lot with this meeting and it gave us so much confidence that we had placed the task of taking pictures into the right hands. Dave also followed up this meeting with several communications to zero in on our preferences and to inform us of the timetable of how he would work during the day. His communication was outstanding! On the actual day of the wedding, we were so excited but also very nervous about everything. Dave arrived early, and with his experience, he was able to offer some suggestions and he even went beyond what we expected and helped us with some last minute changes. We wanted everything to be perfect and we were worried about several things, but Dave put our mind at ease and continued to restore the calm. What we learned from working with Dave is that it isn’t just the quality of pictures, but a good photographer will also consider telling a story and helping us with some of the unexpected things that arose. As our photographer, he helped make it a day that we will never forget. Dave sent the digital photos to us a few days after the wedding and we could not believe what he provided to us. Our wedding took place in a dimly lit church interior, but you could see our faces and those of our family so clearly that we still don’t know how he managed this feat. We look at these pictures and cannot help to smile because he captured everything so beautifully. We will always remember our special wedding day, and as we grow older together as a couple, Dave’s pictures will allow us to enjoy those memories time and time again. Each time we look at them, it is like we relive our wedding as he took pictures throughout the day and captured so many unique and memorable moments. Dave was the absolute best photographer and we know that he will bless many other couples with his talents!

Where to begin?! From the first moment that we spoke with Dave, we knew we were in good hands. Our friend had recommended Dave to us based on her wedding, and we are so glad she did. In our intro calls, Dave made it clear to us that he is flexible around our style/preferences, and this was very true throughout every step of the process. He came and did an engagement shoot for us where he braved a hot NYC day and endless pedestrians to capture a ton of amazing shots, all with a smile on his face througout. Leading up to the wedding, we spoke with Dave multiple times to go over the schedules, preferred photos we were looking for, etc. Where we were often frantic and anxious, Dave was calm and incredibly helpful on pointers regarding photos we may want and recommendations on capturing the day. On our wedding day itself, Dave and his team really shined. They were prompt, professional, dealt with any twists/turns throughout the day, and most importantly - captured endless amazing photos. Dave went above and beyond to capture great angles, get in the mix of the partying to get great action shots, and know just the right level of pushiness so that we get the photos that we dreamed of. We could write many more paragraphs about how great Dave was, but at risk of running on too much, will just say that we are so happy we chose Dave to work with us on our big day and are confident he will be amazing for any event!

Dave was fantastic! From our initial email he was so quick to respond every time we reached out to him, and he set up a meeting with us right away to answer our questions. His pricing is extremely reasonable, especially given how experienced he is and the quality of his work. Dave is super knowledgeable, talented, organized, patient, and a pleasure to work with. He got so many gorgeous shots of me with my husband and our families (and remembered to take portraits that I had forgotten about!), and then lots of lovely shots throughout the night. The most incredible part was that he got the photos out to us within 3 days of shooting! Over 500 pictures! They're available for download from an online gallery, he's going to send us a zip file, and he's mailing us a USB, as well. What a gem. He did a wonderful job and we loved working with him. Dave was absolutely phenomenal to work with! He and Nikolai felt like good friends which made shooting our wedding really easy. Dave was receptive to which areas I did and didn't want to use at our venue, captured every photo I asked for and them some. We got our photos sooner than expected and they were stunning! We used Dave as our photographer and videographer for our wedding. This was one of the best decisions we made. He was great at getting me to loosen up during our engagement photos. He and his team were timely, professional and fun to work with. He captured such great shots and the end products (videos and album) were more beautiful than we expected. We used Dave for our wedding this year and I cannot recommend him enough. We purchased the Hollywood Streaming package and the photo package. First off, very reasonably priced compared to some other photographers and the level of care and consideration on his end was absolutely top notch. The pictures were incredible. Dave went through every action item with us via a face time video and created a full itinerary for us for our wedding day and had us put together the photos we wanted along with music selections for our ceremony. It all turned out better than we could have hoped for. Dave arrived early on the day of and we got started almost right away with the photos and he had everything setup for the stream with plenty of time to spare. His crew was courteous and professional. Dave's level of detail to the photos was apparent when we got the full photo album back. Every photo was spot on, not only the photos we asked for, but the photos that he directed and the "spur of the moment" photos that he captured really summed up the entire feel and spirit of the wedding. These will be photos (and video) that I will be happy to look back on forever. If you are local to the area and looking for an extremely professional and well organized photographer then Dave is your man. He was a pleasure to have at the wedding. Very nice and well put together and interacted with everyone at the wedding. I would recommend Dave and any of his services without hesitation. You will not be disappointed!

Hiring Dave turned out to be one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We were extremely impressed by his level of professionalism from the very first time we made contact. In fact, we held Dave as the standard when evaluating other vendors' professionalism. He was proactive throughout, took initiative and set up meetings to make sure we were all on the same page, and created a photography timeline that satisfied my need for organization. I was stressed about many things while planning the wedding, but the photography was not one of them as I knew I could trust Dave to do a good job. He did not disappoint. On the day of the wedding, he arrived early and was even flexible enough to stay later than planned to capture photos of me in my reception dress. The photos turned out amazing and we even received more than we expected. I love looking at them and so do my family and friends. My only regret? Not hiring Dave for videography as well!

Choosing Dave as our photographer was one of the first and easiest decisions we made about our wedding, and it was one of the best! From our first meeting through two postponements, one elopement, and finally the big day, Dave was professional, flexible, accommodating, knowledgeable, and fun. He was amazingly flexible, rescheduling our engagement photos due to weather, and making himself available on a day’s notice when we decided to elope Covid-style. The second shooter complimented his style exactly. The reception photos are some of my favorites- so many great candids, and you didn’t even notice they were taking pictures. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to find someone experienced to live-stream our wedding for the many people who could not travel to our wedding, but we also wanted to go with a service that provided both photography and live streaming for our wedding. Fortunately, Dave McIntosh showed up as a top result in our online searches and his in-depth website made us know we wanted to work with him. Meeting with him initially, we told him what we had in mind for our ceremony and reception (two locations that were a 25 min drive apart, with the ceremony ending at 1 PM and reception starting at 3 PM) which was no problem for him in terms of setting up for the live stream. I told him we were doing a Catholic wedding and he responded by saying that was all he needed to know. He also provided good recommendations to help us work within our budget but provide the services we really wanted. We also went with getting engagement photos to get more photos of us together and to get to know our photographer, Jason, who posed us in a way that required minimal direction. We received the photos within a week and were able to get a large variety of photos we loved. For the wedding, Dave and his team showed up early to set up at the church and rolled with last-minute changes that happened throughout the day. The ceremony and reception were recorded and photographed beautifully and after the wedding, we got all of the live streaming footage, Zoom logs, and photos within a few days of the event! Dave's quick responsiveness and experience have made working with him absolutely wonderful. We are so grateful to him and his team (Jason and Dan) for helping extend our wedding to many who could not make it and recording our memories that we can look back upon for years to come!

Dave showed up early and had already begun taking shots of the scenery and setting up shots for the wedding later. They were professional and safe during our Covid wedding. They set up some very creative photo ops that turned out stunning. The photo and video editing Dave and his team did were the icing on the cake, leading to pictures and videos that I've shared with friends and family, and will continue to do so for years to come.

Dave did our livestream ceremony this past weekend and it made our wedding so special. We have received rave reviews from all of our virtual guests. I think we had 100 or so people join in from all over the country (and the UK!). From the start Dave was awesome. He is a complete perfectionist in the best way. Sometimes I was hesitant to send him a late night email or weekend question because I felt bad knowing that he would always respond so quickly even when my request wasn’t urgent. He worked really well with our DJ and had to make last minute behind the scenes changes related to mics that I didn’t hear about until after the wedding. Hiring Dave was worth every penny and I’m so glad I didn’t listen to the people who recommended we just throw an iPhone in a tripod and do the livestream ourselves. My uncles review really sums up how great the live stream was: “We started with the slide show, and continued on to the end of the broadcast. We set it up to watch on our big flat-screen TV, and the technical quality was terrific for both sound and picture. Obviously, the people who made it possible knew what they were doing and used the best equipment. The opportunity you provided for us to attend virtually is very much appreciated. Lots of smiles and nods on this end.” I will add that these words from my uncle were completely unsolicited, he just sent my mom an email after the ceremony because he enjoyed watching it that much!

Dave is extremely professional and clear in communication. He set up a call to discuss the event to be best prepare for the coverage. He was able to accommodate all our request for bringing in zoom calls during the ceremony and background music. His coverage of the event was loved by all our guests across the world! I would definitely recommend him to family, friends and colleagues and would love to work with him again in the future.

My wife and I recently got married in Washington, D.C. right in the middle of the pandemic. We obviously had to downsize our wedding from 200 to about 40 people. We still wanted to be able to share our wedding with our family and friends but weren't into just setting up a laptop with the camera pointed at us. Dave had multiple cameras set up to broadcast to YouTube, and we also opted for the package where he brought a second videographer along. Dave is incredible! A true professional through and through. The planning was completely painless because he really knows his stuff (he was always at least two steps ahead of us). Not only that, but after shopping around, you definitely get the most for your money with his services (worth every penny!)
