I had my wedding at Calamigos Ranch on 3/26/2017. Dave was our photographer for our engagement shoot and wedding and he was one of the best choices we made (his assistant kept him on top of it since she was his wife, Sandy - she's awesome too!). Dave is super professional and knows how to get his shots. He did our engagement shoot in PV and we loved it. He is patient, kind and personable. He made us feel comfortable and on wedding day, put me (bridezilla) at ease. He knew how to get the first look and organized all the shots according to my general outline. I would not hesitate to recommend him. I am a Type-A control freak litigator/bridezilla and LOVED working with Dave and his wife. They really took care of us and family and friends commented how friendly and professional they were. Thank you Dave and Sandy!

Dave and Sandy are the best!!! Their pictures are amazing, their personalities are super professional yet down to earth, and they're so efficient! The best thing about their photography services is that the packages are very straight forward and reasonable. There are no hidden fees or "small print" surprises that comes up later in the process. They also give you a disk containing all the images from your engagement shoot and/or wedding day. From the very first inquiry, Dave was very fast in responding to my emails or phone calls, and always very thorough with his responses. They are a husband and wife team, very much in love, so they make you feel super comfortable during the shoot. My fiance and I were super nervous before our engagement shoot but we ended up having a blast and felt like old pros by the time the wedding rolled around. I received my engagement pictures in less than 2 weeks and wedding pictures come in 4-8 weeks, which is great. I would recommend Dave Richards Photography to any and everyone!!!!

Dave and his wife/business partner, Sandy, were amazing to work with. They made us feel comfortable in front of the camera during posed shots, and we weren't aware of their presence during candid shots. The quality of their work is absolutely gorgeous! They were kind enough to modify one of their photo packages to fit our needs. I am sooooo pleased with my engagement and wedding photos!
