This review is about a year and a half overdue! Dave and his wife are an amazing team! My husband and I couldn’t have imagined a better photographer duo to work with. When we first...
met them, they worked with our price range to provide us with a custom package that fit what we were looking for. On the wedding day, even though we didn’t do an engagement shoot, everything went perfectly! We felt so comfortable with them. The photos turned out wonderful and couldn’t have been more beautiful! We were lucky to have such amazing photographs to remember our day by. To this day, we are still in awe of their talent. Please choose them for your wedding, you won’t go wrong!
I had my wedding at Calamigos Ranch on 3/26/2017. Dave was our photographer for our engagement shoot and wedding and he was one of the best choices we made (his assistant kept him...
on top of it since she was his wife, Sandy - she's awesome too!). Dave is super professional and knows how to get his shots. He did our engagement shoot in PV and we loved it. He is patient, kind and personable. He made us feel comfortable and on wedding day, put me (bridezilla) at ease. He knew how to get the first look and organized all the shots according to my general outline. I would not hesitate to recommend him. I am a Type-A control freak litigator/bridezilla and LOVED working with Dave and his wife. They really took care of us and family and friends commented how friendly and professional they were.
Thank you Dave and Sandy!
Cannot say enough good things about Dave! We had such a great experience with him photographing our engagement shoot, he made us feel very comfortable and photos turned out beautif...
ul. We look forward to having him shoot our wedding in July.
Dave and Sandy are the best!!! Their pictures are amazing, their personalities are super professional yet down to earth, and they're so efficient! The best thing about their photog...
raphy services is that the packages are very straight forward and reasonable. There are no hidden fees or "small print" surprises that comes up later in the process. They also give you a disk containing all the images from your engagement shoot and/or wedding day. From the very first inquiry, Dave was very fast in responding to my emails or phone calls, and always very thorough with his responses. They are a husband and wife team, very much in love, so they make you feel super comfortable during the shoot. My fiance and I were super nervous before our engagement shoot but we ended up having a blast and felt like old pros by the time the wedding rolled around. I received my engagement pictures in less than 2 weeks and wedding pictures come in 4-8 weeks, which is great. I would recommend Dave Richards Photography to any and everyone!!!!
Dave and his wife/business partner, Sandy, were amazing to work with. They made us feel comfortable in front of the camera during posed shots, and we weren't aware of their presenc...
e during candid shots. The quality of their work is absolutely gorgeous! They were kind enough to modify one of their photo packages to fit our needs. I am sooooo pleased with my engagement and wedding photos!
My husband and I were lucky enough to have Dave & Sandy Richards shoot our wedding this past June and we were amazed! They are fabulous!!! Not only are their shots incredible but...
they also made sure that we were in the right place at the right time so they could capture every moment. They even set up a screen by the bar at our wedding with our wedding pictures that they had shot during the day, which I had never heard of before and it was such a treat for our guests and ourselves. We really couldn't have asked for anything more, they are amazing and the pictures they took not only look amazing, but they caught who were are. I would look no further, my husband and I couldn't have been happier!
Dave was so easy to work with. We are not comfortable being in front of the camera and usually run away when there is a camera near. Beginning with the engagement session ...
Dave made it so easy to be relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera. Not only are his pictures great he captures the emotions in every photo. Dave posts a blog for each of his photo shoots which really helps to see and share your photos as well as provide a preview of your session before you receive your photos. On his blog Dave gives credit whenever credit is due: a second photographer who grabbed a wonderful shot he posts the location the event planner...Dave is just a wonderful person. Could not have asked for more.
