ests would have high expectations, but Dave and Melissa exceeded them by far. The food was hands down the best we have ever had at a wedding, and guests are still raving to us about the leeks, brisket, and whole pig. Also, we'll never forget the late snacks; the brie grilled cheese and smash burgers were such a hit!
One of the best parts was their flexibility in creating a menu that reflected our preferences. People loved watching them cook everything live, which added an amazing energy and visual element to the day. But most of all, people loved the food; beautifully prepared, perfectly executed, and full of flavor.
Beyond their talent in the kitchen, Dave and Melissa were kind, thoughtful, and made us feel completely taken care of. They even checked in on me after I got a concussion right before the wedding and handled all our questions with patience. They truly helped create the best day of our lives, and we cannot recommend them highly enough!!

r, and bursting with flavor. In addition to the lamb, Dave created an array of creative dishes that had our guests raving. Each plate was beautifully presented and offered something unique and delicious.
What truly impressed us was how well-organized Dave and his team were, despite the somewhat chaotic environment with around 60 guests. They handled everything with professionalism and made sure the service ran smoothly. From setup to cleanup, the team stayed on top of everything, allowing us to relax and enjoy the day.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Dave for anyone looking for exceptional food and service!

literally all we needed to actually believe we could have a day that was genuinely ours. Dreammakers and more. They cared about our vision, and then pushed it further. We had a budget that they worked with, creating a menu based on what type of cuisines we wanted to feature.
What catering company is going to work with your desires and invent something just for you?! When we wanted to have tons of drink options, they gave us solutions. Most catering companies give you a little for A LOT, but Dave and Melissa made it happen specifically for us.
I think what makes them a great pair too is just how much they loved their own wedding and wanting to ensure that the couple too remembers this moment in the same way. They communicated clearly, and when we wanted to have sake cups as a wedding gift, Dave being who he is brokered a deal with a local ceramics class. It was obviously a huge hit.
Did we mention that the food was UNBELIEVABLE? If you want to throw a wedding that feels authentic to you as a couple, Melissa and Dave are the best people around. We are so grateful to have found them, and couldn’t recommend them enough. Still feeling love and gratitude for them and their team.

I had several "dos and don'ts" and although I wouldn't consider myself a bridezilla, I was certainly particular to say the least. Melissa and Dave were so delicate with my vision and they truly delivered. The reception was breathtaking. The food was just an absolute masterpiece. YUM. Dave is a pro! The decor and the flow of the night were a walk in the park for Melissa. Another total pro. I would (and will) work with these two again in a heartbeat.
My love goes out to this company and for those of you wondering if they're the right fit... they are EVERYONE'S right fit.

The last event was much different and even still, they executed it wonderfully. This one was outdoors and a little more down to earth. Lavish -- but in a way that made you feel welcome no matter how you showed up. By the end of it, I couldn't decide which I liked more.

The live fire cooking presentation of a whole lamb circled by an abundance of brightly colored vegetables and peppers that slowly turned into the shiny char that can only be achieved by an attentive pit master and the oldest of cooking methods. The display of food quickly became the stars of the event, which we were totally ok with!
Dave and Melissa’s unbridled enthusiasm and infectious spirit was a perfect accompaniment to our wedding celebration. While explaining our vision in our initial meeting they both were able to encourage and build upon our ideas that made it evident they were the perfect fit our wedding and probably any event thrown their way.
