You planned their wedding as if it were your own - with a blend of warmth and professionalism. We enjoyed a fun day before the wedding filled with a lovely rustic garden bridal brunch and afternoon of wine tasting at several local vineyards. Our daughter selected a remote and breathtaking venue on top of a mountain for her wedding. When we arrived, the entire property was transformed into a beautiful rustic oasis. As the sun set over the mountains, the mountain property twinkled with little white lights and happy music. Your attention to detail was outstanding. Your recommendations of photographer, caterer, make-up, musicians etc were superb and we would highly recommend each of them to others. Thank you for helping us to stay close to our budget and for the gentle reminders to stay ahead in the planning. My favorite part of the day was the reception being such a surprise & when I finally got to have a moment to see everything setup I couldn’t help but run to Davia and give her the biggest hug and cry happy tears. Everything was perfect beyond my imagination! Davia took my breath away with the arrangements and bouquets that she made. She made my flower dream come true! Davia’s florals made the wedding more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! My favorite part of the blooms besides my bouquet would have to be head table; every detail was beyond creative. I absolutely loved the balloons and tassels behind our head table, it was adorable and I have to say the head table overall was the biggest surprise. She was so creative in adding so many special touches. Another one of my favorite things about Davia is that after the wedding everyone kept telling me how wonderful and relaxed she was, they thought everything was so smooth because of her. Her timeline even gave Garrett and I plenty of time together to reflect on the wedding throughout the day. Davia made our day PERFECT, to say the least.

o text you and let you know she would get back to you ASAP. This is important, a bride needs to be able to get a hold of her wedding planner when neeeded and stressing!! She assisted in every part of my wedding planning and made sure to follow up so I didnt have to worry about anything! My only negative review would be for the day of the wedding; I wish I would have sat down with her the night before to discuss the very small details you don't think of leading up to the big day!I felt like there was some disorganization and miscommunication amongst vendors that ended up causing glitches throughout the night. Of course no wedding goes perfectly, but, I think there were mishaps we could have avoided if we had chatted about them. All in all, a top notch wedding planner who is professional, fun and easy to work with! Thanks Davia for everything, I wish you all the best.

ngagement. She was prompt, professional, and every time I thought we were in a pickle, she would have the simplest solution to any problem. She was a fantastic "go-between" with my vendors during that last month, and helped take an enormous amount of stress off of me during that time. The wedding day - we got married on a ranch behind a vineyard - the shuttle services said the busses would fit...and as my bridesmaids and I headed out for the first journey to take photographs...well...the busses, in fact, did NOT fit. We were stuck and could not reach the venue. Davia drove up in her pickup truck, my girls piled into the bed and me into the front, and she got us to the venue (should make for some amazing pictures!). She then found a friend with a 15 passenger van to shuttle people from the winery to the venue and helped keep me sane at a time that most brides would be losing their mind! Considering we had to get 120 guests to the venue with a tiny van? We only started an hour late! She also did the flowers and they came out gorgeous! I really can not say enough good things about Davia - she went above and beyond her duties and I am forever grateful to her for helping make that day as magical as it was. Thank you Davia!

Her extensive knowledge of the industry and expertise in design is what made our wedding so memorable. She provided us a detailed timeline, which was quite helpful for our wedding party. From cocktail hour, down to the last dance, she had everything planned perfectly!

The best thing about Davia is that she always looked out for our best interest. She made sure the vendors were not over charging or taking advantage of our short time frame and that we had the best possible team for us. She literally jumped on a conference call at 11:30 pm the week before our wedding with my husband to make sure that all our estimates were correct and that we had every last possibility taken care of and planned for. She always made sure that we were moving forward with our dreams and visions for our wedding and always started everything off with our best interest in hand up throughout the whole planning process. She was so professional and helpful that she even sat down with our vendors that needed final payments the day of the wedding and double checked them & made sure to be on site the morning following the wedding to ensure nothing was left behind and see us off! At the end of the day if you want to be given you peace of mind knowing that someone has your best interest at heart, Davia is the one for you. She is a great person, with a great heart and from the moment you meet her you will know what I am talking about.

I gave Davia all of our decorations and she set them up beautifully! think I changed my mind ten different times on how we were going to do the wedding: winery, small venue, vegas, indoors, outdoors – you name it, I wanted it at some point. She was up for any and all of it. Once we finally nailed down the idea that we were going to have a small wedding at my fiance’s parents home, she nailed it. Our wedding was EXACTLY how I imagined it. I am sure I’m not super easy to work with, I have to have my hand in everything or I freak out – so to be able to say that the way I told Davia I wanted everything to work out actually happened makes me super happy. Davia is amazing, she can make anything beautiful. She probably won’t appreciate me saying this, because she doesn’t normally do this for her brides, but she did all of our flowers. From the bouquets, to the centerpieces, to the ceremony arbor, to the aisle decorations – they were absolutely stunning. We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect flower set up, it was magical. Davia Lee Events through The Knot and after a few emails and phone calls knew she was the one. I did a majority of the upfront planning but she was great at providing advice and resources for me as needed. Then a little over a month before the wedding, she took over and tied up all the loose ends. I was a tad nervous going into the wedding day as you just never know what is going to happen, but I quickly realized I was still in good hands. Davia and her assistance took care of everything including our floral arrangements which turned out beautiful. The entire day went off without a hitch and I have her to thank for a lot of it! I booked Davia seven months before my wedding and was in regular communication from the day we booked until the wedding day. Six weeks before the wedding Davia took over as the main contact for my vendors. What a relief! It was so nice knowing she had it taken care of and was in contact with our large vendor team. She planned our wedding timeline and we could not be happier with the way the day flowed. The day of the wedding, we never felt rushed or tight on time. We even got compliments from guests saying how smoothly the day was going! Davia and her assistant were so calm and handled the event with ease. I would recommend Davia to anyone!
