David Alan was awesome to work with from the time of our initial contact through our wedding reception. The taste testing was really the first true indication for us that we chose the right vendor. The testing started with meeting our wedding consultant Meg. We met Meg in person at the “tasting” and she was wonderful!!! She listened to everything we said and took great notes. The taste testing was great. The food was awesome and we got to “touch all the plates, linens, silverware etc”. Meg’s help continued through the entire process, up and through our wedding reception. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and really did pay attention to all the details. The day of the wedding from the setting up at the venue through the end of the reception everything went off flawlessly. For the set up everything was done according to the pictures I provided. The food was delicious, served hot, perfectly cooked, and was complemented on by everybody who attended the wedding. So anyone looking for a caterer, do not hesitate to book David Alan. You will NOT be disappointed ❤️
