All of the jewelry there is gorgeous, and everyone at the store is so kind and helpful. Chae specifically assisted me in getting a locket for my boyfriend's mom and she went above and beyond to help me. Highly recommend!

My mother and I had a real diamond pendant and brought it in to be it appraised. The woman working there told her it was fake and not worth anything. The woman looked at us and said in a rude tone "you guys know this is cubic zirconia right?" They suggested THEY keep it and offered us a low number, reflecting the price of cubic zirconia. My mother and I knew it was real and worth thousands as it was a couple of karats large. We took the diamond over to a different jeweler and they appraised the diamond for about 10k. I can't believe this happened. I really can't. This is very illegal. It makes me wonder how many people brought in real diamonds and were told they were fake and were ripped off. After posting my review on yelp, the owner private messaged me and was extremely rude. He did not try to investigate or take any proper measures that a "professional businessman" of his age should have. He retailiated and called me and my mother sick. Think twice before giving this business your money. There are plenty of jewelry stores around.

I had a tremendous experience working with David Craig! He was so accomodating to all of my needs and helped me create an unbelievable ring for my fiance. The ring that he and I put together was so unique and special! David and his team made what could have been a stressful process, one that ran very smoothly.
