e knew we had found someone with superb culinary skills and understood how to make a menu suitable for our multi-cultural celebration, including Pani Puri and Reuben Squares, among other great hors d'oeuvres. David's team also highlighted his deep love for Spanish ingredients and cuisine — we are still dreaming of the Marcona almonds from his family's farm. David strives to use local and seasonal ingredients of the highest quality, something we really appreciate as it makes everything even that much tastier. He was very professional throughout the process and ensured we were relaxed by taking care of most of the critical details and not requiring much back-and-forth communication. Our only regret is that the two of us could not sit and enjoy all aspects of the meal while we were running around during the evening chatting with our guests, no fault of David’s team of course, though they did prepare a spread of the appetizers and desserts for the two of us which was really thoughtful. Thank you for everything!!!
