On my first visit I didn't realize the work would take about a week, and since I had upcoming travel, I came back to drop the rings off on a second visit so there would be enough time. On that second visit I was quoted roughly $100 more than I'd been quoted a couple of weeks earlier for the exact same services, with no explanation for the increase. I was told it would take a week. A week later I called to check on my rings and was told it would be at least another week -- even though I had specifically dropped them off early because of my travel dates, which I'd made clear. On the phone, they acknowledged their mistake and offered a discount to make it right, but the "discount" would have been applied to the already-inflated second price, so it didn't amount to much. When I came in at the one-week mark to pick up my rings, no work had been done to them at all, and no one even mentioned the discount they had promised over the phone. On top of that, throughout both visits I felt very rushed. They didn't even size my fingers for the resize when I initially came in, and they forgot to note the soldering on my receipt -- I had to go back in person the day I dropped it off to confirm it was included, which it had not been. At that point I left with my rings and no services performed, because I simply didn't trust them to handle the job. Between the pricing inconsistency, the repeated delays, the unfulfilled promise, and the disorganized and rushed service, I would not recommend this jeweler.
