23. Despite our detailed initial discussions and high expectations, David's performance was far from satisfactory, and to my dismay, we were not offered any refund. From the outset, David displayed a shocking level of unprofessionalism. He made numerous inappropriate comments that left my bridal party visibly shocked, adding unnecessary stress to what should have been a joyful day. Despite being provided with a detailed photo list a week prior, he claimed not to have received it, even though I had proof of sending it. Instead of coordinating with our planner, David continually brought problems directly to me, disrupting the flow of the day and increasing my stress. One particularly upsetting incident occurred when David called me a bridezilla simply because I asked to stand still instead of adjusting my dress. This comment was not only unprofessional but also deeply hurtful. Additionally, he mocked our guests for 'abandoning us' during our planned photo session at the church, further adding to my distress. David also failed to respect my specific requests regarding the photography. I had clearly instructed him to focus on my good side, yet the majority of the photos were taken from my bad side, rendering them unusable. His negligence and lack of attention to detail were evident in the final photos, which did not meet our expectations or capture the essence of our special day. Given these numerous issues, the lack of professionalism, and the subpar quality of our wedding photos, I am extremely disappointed that no refund was offered. This experience has left me with an incomplete and unsatisfactory photographic memory of my special day. I strongly advise future clients to reconsider before choosing George Street Photo, particularly if David is assigned as your photographer.
