We had an amazing experience with David Thomas Trailways!! Connie was an absolute pleasure to work with. She kept in communication with both my MIL and I to figure out the most efficient transportation timeline with so many moving parts. We had 13 hours of service for guest transportation for a very reasonable price. We would definitely recommend them for transporting large amounts of guest. We had around 70-90 people staying at our hotel and the transportation was reliable got everyone from the hotel to church to hotel to venue seamlessly!

From our very first call with Connie, their wedding coordinator, to the final days leading up to the wedding, the team was incredibly organized and professional. Connie was especially helpful. It’s clear they’ve been handling wedding transportation for many years and have tons of experience. She gave us tips we never would have thought of, made sure we had the right headcount for the buses, and helped us lock in the exact timing for everything. If you're looking for a stress-free transportation experience on your big day (because let’s be real, there are already plenty of other things to worry about) I highly recommend David Thomas Trailways. The bus was very clean, comfortable and the temperature was perfect as we had an unusually warm day in February! Freddy was a skilled driver to navigate our route and was professional and friendly. The price was competitive and we appreciated the tip being included. Of course, this allows for extra tipping as warranted. I would highly recommend using David Thomas!

a for our son's wedding this December during the busy holiday season. I am so glad that I listened to her. We ended up renting 3 large luxury buses for transportation between the hotel, church and reception. We opted for the luxury buses, as we had several elderly people (with wheelchairs that were stowed under the bus by the drivers) and we didn't want them bouncing around on a school bus. Of course, we a little paid for the luxury, but it was worth it. The transportation was seamless! Several guests, many of whom have attended multiple weddings in Philly, raved about the transportation. The drivers were top-notch! They were timely, courteous, helpful and fun! Don't hesitate to call Connie...you won't regret it!
