David Tucker is an outstanding photographer. His vision is unmatched. He has a way of creating images by capturing the best light moments. David photographed our wedding on May 7, 2023, and every single photo he delivered to us had us in awe. We hired David for the getting ready portion, the ceremony, formal photos and reception. He was able to work with our timeline and create natural moments to deliver the type of images we requested. My husband and I wanted to spend a good amount of time on first look photos and David found the perfect spot for us to do them. I recommended David without reservation and hope to work with him again soon.

David Tucker was absolutely phenomenal. Our wedding party was full of photographers and those trained in media (including the groom) and all commented on how prepared and professional David and his second shooter Brian were! I am not an expert on these things, but the groom noted how each was prepared with the right lenses so one could capture up close and the other farther away. What I can comment with more knowledge on is just how kind, encouraging, and helpful David was along the way with our planning. He was always easy to schedule calls/Zooms with, responded promptly to my (many, many) emails, and we corresponded by text the days leading up to the wedding. On the day of, he was a calming presence but kept us on track and captured all the shots we wanted, including 15 group shots (he and Brian were total pros at swapping people in and out for those groups!). He got us a beautiful sneak peek of 20+ photos in 1 week, and the entire (1488 photo!) gallery in less than 3 weeks! His gallery comes with helpful instructions about albums and prints, and the photos are easy to access for guests. His style is beautiful - not overly edited, very realistic, and photojournalistic. We have gorgeous formal, posed shots that we wanted, but also tons of fun and meaningful candids - my sister crying, my friends dancing, me hugging my classmates. He got great photos of EVERYONE in the wedding, which means a lot to us. I truthfully could not be happier with our choice of photographer and highly highly recommend David Tucker! [My father is already going around recommending him to his coworkers whose children are getting married, so better book David quick before he gets all booked up :)]

BOOK HIM NOW! 💛 David is reliable, professional, personable, creative, and sweet as can be! Everything you could ever want in not only a photographer, but also a friend! Of course I was looking for someone skilled, since this was for my wedding, but I was also looking for someone who had a comforting personality. I am one of those crazy organized people who make spreadsheets and after spending hours and hours of researching photographers, I found David. All of a sudden, one anxiety provoking piece to my wedding turned into a clear and easy decision. I am truly grateful and appreciative to have had the chance to meet and work with David. Our engagement photos came out absolutely stunning and I am so excited to see our wedding photos. (We just got married.) If you are looking for a warm, down to earth, soothing, and creative person to help you capture the beauty of any occasion, David is for you!

David Tucker is an amazing photographer with vision! He is a true professional and very organized! We hired him for our two-day event, and he exceeded our expectations! We specifically requested that our wedding glam session, which was shot in our home, be shot so as to preserve the privacy of our space and he delivered! The shots are gorgeous and exactly what we wanted! He was also able to capture or ceremony at city hall and our lavish reception with fluidity and ease. Hire David!

Captures the moments that mean the most to you! David took the time to call me a few weeks before my wedding to hear what shots would mean the most to me- he captured them and so many more! Amazingly skilled photographer who knows what it takes to get the shots you most desire. Very skilled and professional. I was the third wedding he shot for our family—he also captured my mother’s and brothers weddings. We are a big, fat Greek family and this guy delivered!

My husband and I hired David as our wedding photographer months before we even met him because the work on his website was so beautiful and after just talking to him on the phone once, we knew that he was perfect for us. Lo and behold, when we met him for the first time at our engagement shoot, he was our ideal photographer. For both our engagement shoot and our wedding day, David was so friendly, professional, calm, and flexible. Neither my husband nor I likes having our picture taken, but we never felt uncomfortable or pressured when shooting with David. He puts you at ease and makes it feel very natural. We also had a theme to our wedding, which was especially highlighted in the photo booth setup that we requested. David clearly had fun engaging our guests in this area, as was evident from the photos. His assistant who was a second photographer was also fabulous. Together, they captured so many wonderful moments from our wedding (which was nice because our venue had multiple rooms so we couldn’t possibly see everything that was going on). Then of course, our photos were GORGEOUS. We ended up ordering a much larger album than we originally planned because we couldn’t narrow it our selection down any further. The final product was so beautiful that my mom started crying all over again looking through it. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND David to anyone. He was phenomenal!

David Tucker and his assistant did an extraordinary job photographing our wedding. His uncanny ability to let our and the guests' personalities shine through his images were remarked by every person who saw the photos. David was professional, patient, and let his great sense of humor guide how he approached us and the guests. David provided very clear options on photo albums and how to move forward in selecting photos. His website is very intuitive and he provided excellent, timely instructions on post-wedding photo choices and options. Every person who has seen pictures from the wedding has said that they are beautiful, lively, and true to the people in the image. We can't think of a better compliment. Little did we know that when we chose David, we'd be choosing our ideal partner to share and commemorate our day. We highly recommend David Tucker!

My husband and I hired David to photograph our wedding in Boston in February 2015. We interviewed him via Skype to ensure he was a good fit and we hit it off immediately. He was transparent about his cost and process, genuine in getting to know us as a couple, and a true artist. It snowed 30" on our wedding day and David was reliable and incredible despite the weather! He took some breathtaking shots, including in challenging low-light conditions (i.e. Outside in the snowstorm in the evening), that captured the essence of our winter wedding! Equally important, he was responsive during the photo processing and offered his professional advice in helping us to select photos for our printed album. He had a wide range of album sizes (number of photos), dimensions, and materials at various price points, so we were able to get a high-quality album within our budget. To this day we are thrilled with our album, and also the photos not included therein (we have high and low-res electronic versions of all photos). David was the best!

AWESOME! Personality: David is so easy to work with. He is friendly and puts everyone at ease. He has a way of getting everyone's natural smile. Work ethic: David was very organized in getting to know the bride and groom, who was in the bridal party, and what photos were "must haves." David and his assistant arrived early to assess the space. He was seemingly (and invisibly) everywhere. We never felt his presence, yet there were over 900 photos taken. The formal photos were perfectly staged, yet seem so casual. Photography: The photos speak for themselves: Gorgeous! David exhibits both an attention to detail and to the big picture. He displays his expertise in beautiful lighting and visual impact. Ultimately David's photos truly show the essence of the day: a meaningful wedding ceremony followed by a joyous celebration with family and friends in a romantic reception venue. This is a no-brainer: David Tucker is a fantastic photographer!

David has such a good eye for detail, and had many helpful thoughts on lighting and where the best shots would be based on our location. He made us feel comfortable. When we got to view our gallery, we were blown away. We knew that the photos would be wonderful, but we didn't know just how awesome they would be. I would recommend him to any bride/groom in a heartbeat.

David was recommended to me by a friend, and he and his assistant Robert were absolutely perfect. They were such calming presences and, having now seen the final product, we can confirm that their creative intuition is flawless! The photos are gorgeous. My husband and I aren't photogenic and aren't super comfortable with photos, so it was massive that David and Robert us made us feel confident and relaxed. It was just what we wanted, and the photos reflect it, too. David and Robert's attitudes are just wonderful, and they're the types to go the extra mile. Literally - they drove all the way down from Boston to photograph my wedding in southern CT at 11am. They're also AMAZING with kids - my nephews, 3 and 7, were in the wedding party, and David not only managed to prevent several meltdowns, but he got them to stand still for the photos! It took so much pressure and stress off the rest of us, their mother (my MOH) included. We were so grateful. I can't recommend David Tucker Photography highly enough. They were such a nice addition to the wedding, too, because every guest loved them as much as we did!

If I could give David Tucker's photography 100 stars, I would do so. I cannot recommend him more highly! David was an absolute delight, from the moment we met him we could sense his true passion for his work. We had the pleasure of having him capture both our Engagement and Wedding photographs. He took great care to create experiences that reflected the two of us and what is unique about us as a couple. David has a great eye and captured colors, expressions and moments that seemed like they were out of a Fairytale. He really brought the magic and essence of our day to life. He was a joy to work with, and my wedding party and guests commented on his warmth and sincerity as well. He has a gift for noticing the small details and highlighting them in the most surprising and wonderful ways. He took so many glorious photographs, I don't know how we'll ever choose between them. I look at the shots of my husband, my mother, my best friends (and myself! :)) and say, "that is the most BEAUTIFUL photograph I have EVER seen of said person." David has a gift for capturing the light within.

David (and his assistant photographer, Robert) were absolutely wonderful for our October wedding! We met with David twice via Skype and were completely comfortable when we met in person on our big day. He was able to post some highlight photos less than two weeks later, giving us a glimpse of what was still to come and making us happier than ever that he photographed our wedding! We were already fans of his work from the postings on his blog, and it's been a dream to see our day so beautifully and personally captured through his photographs! Wonderful man and incredible photography -- highly recommend!

David photographed our June wedding with utter sensitivity and total mastery. His kindness and humor, his uncanny ability to invisibly be everywhere, his unfailing eye and his brilliant technique ... all too hard to capture adequately in words. A delight to work with, from the initial Skype meeting to the final moments of our evening, we felt blessed to have him. He knew and cared about our story, and respected our careers as a broadcaster and a concert pianist. He took such care to capture moments both little and big, and always with a painterly sense and a love of humor. An artist. Thank you, David!

My husband and I used David and his team for our wedding on 9/26/15 and they were absolutely fantastic to work with. Our biggest hope going into selecting a photographer was that we would have photos that we would love forever and a photographer that could help us ensure that this would happen. David was an absolute privilege to work with! He spent the day with us making sure we were relaxed and that what we were looking for was captured in our photos. We wanted photos that looked like art - not just pictures that looked like we could have captured them with an iPhone and David absolutely delivered! It is so clear through his work that he thought about every shot and truly made the day about us. Even better...he made us feel comfortable and never awkward and when someone takes upwards of 1100 photos of you in a given day -- that is quite a talent. He was amazing. Very willing to work with the groom and I to create an experience rather than just a photo shoot. He set up early, photographed before, during, and after the ceremony. We had our reception on a different day in another state, so he agreed to a sunset photo shoot on the evening of the ceremony. It was beautiful. The pictures, they are amazing. I could not have asked for anything better.
