Dave was amazing. I found Dave while watching a Netflix series, Marriage vs Mortgage soon after I got engaged. I decided to look at his portfolio and immediate fell in love with hi...
s work, I shared it to my husband and felt the same. It just so happens that we were visiting Nashville during 4th of July weekend, and we were able to set up a meeting with him. I was worried that since we've had very little communication before our meeting that it was going to be awkward, but he, along with my husband was able to make everything smooth and comfortable. Our package came with engagement pictures, and he was able to accommodate us and drove from Michigan to get them done! Our pictures came out amazing! Fast forward to our wedding day, I was running behind on schedule and he reassured me that we have more than enough time to capture all the pictures we wanted on our list, and we've planned enough buffer time to get to all our location without a hitch. Good to say, he fit in well with our bridal party, and vice versa - where they even told me they loved him! We got our sneak peeks during our honeymoon, and safe to say... we are excited to get all our pictures back. Thank you, Dave! Til next time...
We hired him to shoot a welcome party the night before our wedding. It was somewhat last minute as the photographer we had lined up got Covid so we had to find a replacement in the...
last week. David was referred to us by a friend and we looked at some of the work on his website and decided to use him. We were very disappointed with the photos. A large portion of them had red eye, most of them were very poor angles and the overall effort put forth was nowhere near worth the $200/hour he charged. If you have a personal relationship with him i'm sure he does a good job, but if you dont know him and are looking for a photographer to do a smaller event i would highly recommend using someone else.
Dave is incredible! He took our photos for our wedding during the peak of corona. Our wedding date was March 30th, and after SEVERAL rescheduling/cancelations/and changes to our we...
dding, we eloped. He helped us every step of the way in figuring out what that would look like for us, helping affirm me in my emotional mess, while also still taking the most beautiful pictures. He is incredible and I would recommend him to everyone and anyone!
Dave is an amazing photographer! All of our wedding photos are so beautiful and he captured the whole day so well. So thankful to have such beautiful photos to remember the day! Du...
e to COVID, we ended up needing to book a photographer within just a couple weeks of our wedding date. Dave got back to us so quickly and we are so lucky he was able to work with us! He made what could have been an insanely stressful situation much easier. And the results were amazing. Book him! I promise you won’t be disappointed!
Dave is the absolute best! He made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. We are typically very awkward in front of the camera & he made us feel like absolute models. He ca...
lmed my nerves on my wedding day by knowing exactly what to do & taking charge of the pictures to get us the best pictures ever. We highly recommend him to everyone who wants fantastic pictures of their day & a photographer that is funny, easy going, and so understanding!
Dave was AWESOME! He got great photos and got them back to us so quickly. He made everyone feel comfortable and even flew across the country to take our engagement photos! Don't he...
sitate to book him! You won't regret it. Check out his instagram to see more of his work!
He goes beyond expectations! We ended up have a different wedding due to Covid and dave went above beyond. It’s everything I’ve ever dreamed of. So thankful for his art and talent!
Dave is very personable! We had a great experience. We are not the best with candid photos, but Dave helped us relax to get the perfect ones :)
Dave is honestly an ANGEL (and so incredibly talented). From our engagement shoot to our wedding, he was super communicative throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond...
to share as many photos as possible, and was able to capture all the fun and spontaneous moments between the traditional and ceremonial parts of the day. He went above and beyond to share as many shots as possible with us after the wedding, and I am so grateful for that!
My husband isn't much one for being in front of the camera, and he helped direct us through our engagement shoot to get both posed and candid shots. For the folks in my wedding party who felt the same, Dave made a point to help them feel more at ease with jokes and clear directions, and made taking photos so much fun. He is truly a delight to work with, and I would recommend him to anyone who's needing a wedding or engagement photographer in Nashville!
My husband and I enjoyed having David with us on our big day. With our busy schedules we were not able to meet up before the big day and plan a strategy but David jumped right in a...
nd delivered everything we asked for. We are a fast past candid couple so setting up glamour shots wasn't really on our radar and I can say after looking at the photo's David Weflen captured just that. Easy going and eager to deliver amazing photo's that fit our personalities! He had a handful of edited photos in the same week ready for us, plus once they were complete we got access to all 500 photos taken. Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! From one procrastinating Bride with high expectations for fun, David delivered on every level and more.
