Based in New York City, David’s Star Band is a full-service wedding and event band. Founder David Arutti is an award-winning singer, composer, and songwriter. Together with his band of professional musicians, they boast more than 20 years of combined experience. Their performances blend the traditional and contemporary for unforgettable entertainment.
David’s Star Band believes that music can greatly enhance an event when used correctly. They want their performances to help your celebration be one to remember for years to come. Aiming to go above and beyond what is expected of them, this group of musicians is happy to take their show on the road. They are available for weddings around the country. David and his band can perform in English, Hebrew, Spanish, Italian, and Russian, among other languages. They are available to entertain at birthdays, mitzvahs, and corporate events.
David’s Star Band is made up of singers, musicians, DJs, and MCs. They can take on the guise of a high energy band, or an elegant string quartet. You can even customize the size of the band, as they can be as large as 16 members or a more restrained group made up of a vocalist and trio of musicians. If you are planning a sophisticated cocktail reception, David recommends a smaller group of between three and six musicians. He happily customizes his services to suit the distinctive requirements of every event. Some of their equipment includes a fog machine, a gobo projector, and an LED video wall. They are also available to provide flattering event lighting to further enhance your celebration.
