We had the most amazing experience with Davis & Grey Farms for our wedding on July 11th! The venue is absolutely stunning—every space is beautiful, and it made the perfect backdrop for our day. I’m from McKinney and my husband is from Athens, TX so this was a great location for both families.
The entire team was wonderful and helped everything run so smoothly, allowing us to truly enjoy our wedding day without worrying about the details. A special thank you to our month-of coordinator, Heather. She was incredibly kind, organized, and attentive throughout the entire process. She kept everything on schedule, handled every detail with professionalism, and made the day feel completely stress-free.
We are so grateful to everyone at Davis & Grey Farms for helping make our wedding everything we hoped it would be. The day went so smoothly, it was a perfect day from start to finish I couldn’t even pick a favorite moment if I tried. We would wholeheartedly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a beautiful space and an exceptional team!

The owners thought of everything from turf, sidewalks to and from buildings, picture windows in the chapel, a shower in the groom’s suite, a DJ booth and a fridge with snacks in the bridal suite. The location is perfect if you want an outdoor wedding with an indoor option, or a gorgeous indoor chapel with picture windows over looking nature! The wild flowers in April were popping! Lastly THE DECOR CLOSET!! The decor closet was a budget saver! They have just about everything you need from bud vases, to signage, and so much more! Davis and Grey Farms is a 10/10!

They helped make our wedding an absolute dream come true. Amber was our month of coordinator and she was excellent! she took all the stress of the wedding day off of me and nailed it all! I will forever be grateful to have her apart of my wedding day because she made it what it was! It's easy for a venue to look beautiful in the daylight ( and the wildflowers and butterflies here don't make that a challenge) but it speaks volume when your venue is still beautiful in the pouring rain. Jill was so welcoming, friendly, and communicative when we toured the venue. us. She was so sweet and just an all-around amazing person! We fell in love with Davis + Grey and booked our wedding date on the same day we toured. D+G was the only venue we looked at.
We booked the all-inclusive package and it was the best decision we’ve ever made. Weddings are incredibly stressful (and expensive) and we knew we wouldn’t be able to book vendors on our own. I honestly didn’t want to be the main point of contact, so we left it to the professionals.
We signed the venue contract on a Wednesday night and by Thursday afternoon, Jill & team had booked all our vendors (catering, cake, bar, security, floral, linens, photography, DJ, and hair and makeup) and we were already receiving contracts from them.
The all-inclusive package also included access to the D+G “decor closet” so we didn’t have to buy one-time-use items like table numbers, signage, and votives.
One of the biggest reasons we were drawn to the all-inclusive package was the month-of and day-of coordination. The D+G team sent us a spreadsheet where we worked through all the details - timeline, decor, processional order, etc. They also created our timeline from start to finish and distributed it to all vendors. I didn’t have to touch base with any vendors before the wedding because D+G had already taken care of it.
On the day of the wedding, Courtney & team took care of everything. We were able to fully focus on the purpose of the day without worrying about who was in charge of which task. I know our families were thankful that they were not expected to do manual labor.
Courtney knew exactly where things needed to be and truly understood my vision. She also kept us on time and ensured our family and bridal party were where they needed to be.
Not only did Courtney & team set everything up, but they also tore everything down, packed up our personal decor, and loaded cars. We still get comments from our friends and family about how beautiful our wedding was and how smoothly the day went.
Our wedding was everything we could've imagined and it’s all because of Davis + Grey Farms, Jill, Bear, Courtney, and their amazing team!

The owner Jill is so sweet and truly cares about her couples and even potential clients taking the time to get to know the couples story and doesn’t just rush through meetings/walk throughs. I definitely recommend their add on coordination package! Heather and the team were amazing and truly made everything possible on my day when the weather kept changing the plans. They were vacuuming up water from outside where the guests sit so I could keep my ceremony outside after it had rained! I also love that they openly promote/support other wedding vendors they love to work with and don’t try to keep them private until you sign with the venue. I am so happy I chose David and Grey Farms for my wedding!

The venue is beautiful, and we were so lucky to have been able to use the chapel for our ceremony. Jill and her entire team are the kindest and most thoughtful people, and their care and passion for their brides and grooms are apparent.

Jill was amazing to work with and made the whole wedding process (that is supposed to be stressful) super easy! We did the all inclusive package and it was the best decision we've ever made. All the vendors were awesome and did a fantastic job. Our wedding was the best night ever because of Jill, her team, the venue, and all the vendors! I want to relive this night over and over again. I will never stop telling people about how amazing Davis and Grey Farms is. If you are looking into doing your wedding here, do it!!! I promise you will not regret it!

ell and was a strong advocate for us on our wedding day. She helped me with all the details and did everything she could lessen day of worries. During our 30 day meeting, I said I felt like I had not done much and she said that is the goal! Wedding planning was a breeze all thanks to her! Also, the day of was fantastic. She made the day personal and took care of all my needs, even assisting with the flower girl getting makeup on my dress before the ceremony :) Thank you Jill and your amazing team for making our wedding day and experience one that we will never forget. and Bear were the sweetest and so so helpful with any questions or concerns we had. Davis and Grey offers so many options if anything doesn't go according to plan. Thankfully, our day all went according to plan but it was nice to know we had the luxury of options. They also offer a large selection of decor that you have access to which helped cut down on some costs of renting decor that we wanted. Thank you so much Davis and Grey for allowing us to have the best time with our family and friends!! We cannot thank or recommend you enough!

ict on a few thing which I understand some because that is how they keep the venue so nice. My fiancé was not happy when he heard that the grooms suite immediately gets locked after the ceremony. They mentioned it being because another wedding party was doing illegal drugs in there but why do we have to suffer when a completely different wedding party gave them issues. He felt if we were paying for the venue that we should have access to the entire venue. The groom's party was accused of smoking pot because them are regular smokers so they smelled like it. We made it clear that we didn't and wouldn't allow anyone to do that before, the day of, etc. We made sure that everyone knew the rules so we didn't get in troubled. We respected their rules but what upset us was the team leader of the day told one of our guest "I have a really bad vibes about this group". The groom mentioned to me that it was hard for them to relax & have a good time when they were constantly being watched. Their referred security was absolutely rude. He gave us a hard time about taking photos with a bottle of champagne that WE had purchased even after we assured him that we would not drink it & only use it for photos. I didn't love that you don't have access to the venue ALL day. You get the venue for 12 hours exactly & f you want full access, you have to pay extra. I ended up adding hours because my makeup artist & hair artist kept insisted that we need more time then what the venue is allowing.

l and Bear both went above and beyond to make sure it ran seamlessly. Jill provided us with a spreadsheet and suggestions for some amazing vendors. You can really feel that they love what they do and believe in the sanctity of marriage. It pours over into your experience which I think is so important . The venue itself itself is beautiful and so are they as people.
We woke up this morning wishing we could do it all over again. We would not have changed a thing .

g day is beyond perfect. Everything about the venue is perfect from the little chapel, to the groom and bridal suites, to the incredible field surrounding the area. Even in May beautiful wildflowers filled the field, making for some of the sweetest pictures. I couldn't have asked for a better day and so much of that is attributed to how the owners put their heart and soul into this venue and working with each couple. Simply the best! Get married here!!

beautiful as Davis and Grey is on the inside and outside that isn't the reason why we choice it. We chose this venue because of the wonderful owners, Bear and Jill. I knew from the moment we met that they were hard working, as sweet as my grandmothers caramel cake, and Godly people. On the most important day of our lives I wanted to have them in our corner through the whole process.
Right after our engagement my husband and I's career started to take off. I knew that I did not have the time necessary to plan the wedding I had always envisioned. We decided that Davis and Grey's all inclusive package was the best for us and I could not be happier that we did. Jill and Bear did an amazing picking venders that are truly amazing. There was not a single thing I would have changed.
4.30.22 is a date that I will always cherish and I am beyond blessed that I was married at 2975 Country Road 1110, Celeste TX. Davis and Grey will always be a little slice of home for The Winsetts.
