They hyped us up and were so helpful - if we needed a drink or food or to change shoes they were right there to make sure we had everything we needed to have the perfect day! The sneak peek they sent us is beautiful and we can't wait to see the finished product. They are the sweetest couple and we could not have asked for better videographers!

and Pao, they just made us feel so special - each call we had with them was so thoughtful and caring. They had us answer a questionnaire and it was just so well thought out and they even remembered what we answered and our stories on the day of the wedding. Pao even created a workbook for our vows just to get us started and it was so helpful! They are such talented professionals, but above all, they care about their clients. They made us feel special throughout (with unexpected gifts here and there) and instructed us on what to do. They had a vision for the film they want to create and they took care of us all day. They even had a sneak peek video done on the same day of the wedding! I felt so blessed to have gotten to work with Dax and Pao - they were such a joy to work with!

After looking at MANY options we finally found Dax and Pao. After watching many of the wedding videos they had created on youtube... and crying during most of them, they scheduled a meet and greet via zoom. They were thorough, thoughtful and detail oriented. We met with them once more right before the wedding just to go over how we were feeling and any last minute changes or requests. The day of the wedding couldn't have gone smoother with Dax and Pao. So many wedding guests came up to us to share how impressed they were with our videographers. After the getting ready photos, ceremony and bride and groom pictures they compiled some of their best snapshots and made a little video for DURING the wedding reception. We had no idea they were going to do this and it was so fun to see some of their work at the wedding. All our guests loved this aspect. We absolutely love our video that they created for us and communication could not have been more clear. irst saw DV Films work on our wedding venues website. We watched a lot of different videographers and let's be honest, nothing compares to the work of DV Films. The detail, the angles, the slow mo to the super zoom, it all comes together into one flowing trailer that you want to watch over and over and over again. As we say when we watch Dax's wedding trailers (as we all them), "That is a movie I have to go see!". We immediately clicked with Dax an Pao. They are so genuine and sweet. Their energy is so mellow and calm, which is exactly what you need on your wedding day. We were really nervous about having photographers and videographers in our face all day because like most people, we're not used to that. We barely noticed that they were there at all! They have a way of sinking into the background yet still manage to get most epic footage. It was fun to see Dax gliding around with his camera and getting excited about various shots. AND...they had a sneak peak of the wedding trailer at the bar that night! Our guests (and us) LOVED that and are still talking about how awesome it was. Throughout the entire process, Dax and Pao were organized and responsive to any and all questions we had. I never though I would come out of my wedding day wanting to be best friends with our videographer, haha. I would hire DV Films again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them for both their epic film productions and their genuine personalities. Thank you Dax and Pao!

I know I was impressed when I watched some of their previous wedding films. The films speak for themselves, but what you don’t know is how amazing they are to work with. They make you feel comfortable, give direction and keep you laughing throughout the process. My husband and I absolutely LOVE Dax and Pao. They are truly gifted, love what they do, care about the bride and groom and are two of the nicest people we have ever met. If you want an amazing videographer this is your team!!! You will be so happy you made the decision to work with them. Dax and Pao, thank you from the bottom of our hearts you guys are amazing and we are forever grateful!!!

capture the emotion and spirit of the day and translate it into a well-produced, high quality video. We looked at prior videos they had worked on, and I promise there was not ONE video we did not get teary-eyed over! The music and footage were absolutely perfect and we knew we had to choose them for our wedding. Dax and Pao made sure to listen to exactly what we were looking for and took notes on which moments we wanted to highlight in the video. They simply nailed it. I have watched our video over and over again and still cannot watch it without tearing up! They created our dream wedding video and you simply cannot put a price on something this valuable. We will look back on this day for many years to come. You will not make any mistake in hiring this team. They are the best out there!!

rning & afternoon train commute – 2 hours each way (but that’s another discussion). I wanted to make sure that we hired and collaborated with the right Videographer. You truly only get one chance to capture THAT emotion & moment. And to be able to capture unarguably one of the best days of our lives and turn it into something I can share with my family in the Philippines that’s not able to attend our wedding was so crucial for me – more than I can ever explain. I had a long list of Videographers I found on my own and Dax Victorino Films was (highly) recommended by our Wedding planner. I purposely saved them for last because I wanted to select someone not based on a recommendation but based on how I felt after watching their videos. I wanted my decision to be raw, unbiased, and organic. The term “Save the Best for Last” was a true testament in my case. There were a ton of great videos out there but none, I really connected with. After watching DVF’s videos I knew they were exactly who I wanted work with. And after talking to them live via FaceTime, I was even more convinced that there'd be no one else I'd rather work with. My husband now (blushing) let me take the lead on this cause he knew how important the video was for me. But after seeing their work and chatting w/ them, he became just as excited. They're truly talented & trained and have invested in high quality equipment. Dax, Pao, and Roman did an exquisite job working with me, my husband (still blushing) and my crazy ass family & friends. They were so patient, humble, & kind – some of the most genuine people we've ever met. Dax is such a talented Editor – he was able to piece together all the footage with just the right music and special effects that gave our video great fluidity and emotion. It honestly felt like we were watching a tearjerker movie, I was in tears after watching the sneak peek and the raw version of our highlight video. And by “in tears” I mean, sobbing. The best advice I can give a bride-to-be or a newly engaged couple is to not only hire a Videographer but an AMAZING one. You don't want to skimp on this part of your wedding. You may think it’s not that important but I promise you, you would want to relive every minute and every second of your wedding day. Things will get chaotic the day of and after you've been meticulously planning for months only to see it fly by in what feels like seconds, you will be desperate to have something help you relive it. It will be one of the best investments you'll ever make. Wouldn't you want to have something to watch a couple times after your wedding (and by couple, I mean 4 times a day – and by 4 I mean 27, but really, who’s counting?!). Trust me, I am always right. Just ask my new husband. xo

y captured all the awesome moments ! They arrived on time and filmed discreetly around us without us noticing. Dax, Pao and Roman are very positive, friendly, and easygoing to work with. We are so happy having them filming us ^0^

vows and incorporated a lot of custom elements and family in to our ceremony, we wanted to be able to re-watch our ceremony and the toasts from the reception. We are both a bit camera shy, but we met Dax and Pao via Skype early in the process and they put us both at ease. On the day of, they made sure that we hardly even noticed their presence (other than the 10 takes of my husband twirling me - ha!). They even had a short 30 second clip edited of the ceremony and cocktail hour playing on an ipad at the bar during the reception. The 5 minute highlight reel we ended up with made both of us cry at work watching it. I wish that we had been able to afford the full documentary cut, but since we didn't budget for it from the start, we weren't able to adjust our budget to include it in the end. Still, Dax and Pao were so nice and generous to help us get some of the most important footage of the night. We highly recommend working with them and would recommend budgeting for the documentary version. Once you see how great your highlight reel is, you will want the full video!
