We feel SO fortunate to have found Anastasia, as she has been a life-saver throughout the entire process and on the actual day of the wedding. We knew Anastasia was going to be fantastic from the very first response to my message when I reached out to her, and she was consistently incredible throughout all of our interactions with her. Anastasia is a dynamic duo all in one - she is an incredibly kind human being, and an exceptionally talented wedding planner/day-of coordinator. She is so nice and sweet and was incredibly easy to work with, and she knows what she is doing and does it extremely well. She made the whole process SO incredibly easy and light-hearted and took all the stress away on the day of our wedding. Things were a little bit behind schedule on the day of the wedding before it was time for the guests to arrive, and Anastasia was the calm in the storm and helped get everything moving swiftly and smoothly. During the wedding, Anastasia helped everything flow beautifully. Seriously - my husband and I and all of the close family that were involved in the wedding planning have ALL said the same thing, which is that the wedding couldn't have gone anywhere near as well as it did without Anastasia. She orchestrated everything like a true professional. She is a quick-thinker and uses creativity and expertise to help ensure success. Moreover, she goes above-and-beyond to help you with whatever you need. She was there to help with not only the big details, but the small details as well. In short, Anastasia was INSTRUMENTAL in the success of our wedding. We can't thank her enough for helping to make our wedding the absolutely magical and memorable experience that it was. She is absolutely incredible and we wholeheartedly recommend her to absolutely anyone who is planning a wedding.

Where do I start? As a Bride, Anastasia is exactly what I needed. She is so much more than a wedding coordinator. She made the most stressful end of wedding planning such a walk in...

the park. She volunteered additional help that was definitely not her responsibility. On wedding day she stayed close and always checked on me to make sure I was okay. She stopped by our hotel to bring me a vanilla iced latte and pick up a few things so that we stayed on time. She is very aware and detail-oriented. She is so personable and just the sweetest person. There truly are no words to show how amazing she is. Book her, you will not be disappointed!

If we could give Anastasia at Day Dream Planning more than 5 stars, we absolutely would. She made planning so smooth, jumping in with things I didn’t even know a planner could do, ...

from suggesting where to shop for wedding bands and attire, to providing supplies, to confirming every detail with every vendor, and even saving the night by getting more alcohol when we ran out of some! She’s got the expertise, the calm attitude, and an amazing sense of what works without ever being pushy. She was also so supportive of our creative touches to the ceremony and reception and helped make them come to life flawlessly. She made us and our families feel totally confident heading into the big day, so all we had to do was show up and have fun. She was incredibly responsive, handled vendor comms super professionally taking so much off our plates, and always had our best interests in mind while fully getting our vision. Hiring Day Dream Planning was hands down the best decision we made. Honestly, we’re a little sad the wedding’s over because it means we don’t get to work with her anymore. If you’re planning a wedding, trust us, go hire her. You won’t regret it!

he venue we had a lot of logistics to take care of and she handled that perfectly (communicated with the shuttles and hotel etc), got there right on time to make sure my husband does not see me when I arrive to the church (we did not have first look). Her suggestions with timeline helped us save time and be able to enjoy the cocktail hour and she was a big help to the photographers At our venue she set-up all of our decor and also packed everything at the end of the night so we did not have to worry about a thing. Her suggestions with decor and floral rentals also saved us so much money! We can’t thank her enough for such a smooth and beautiful experience on our wedding day!

a time crunch (4 months) and she exceeded our expectations. From ordering all the equipment( rental), managing day of set-up, to connecting us with the best caterer, DJ and Photographer that delivered absolutely the best service( but also were within our very limited budget) and making floral arrangements for the tables - all our guests could not compliment everything. She was so easy to work with, so flexible and understanding, we will recommend her to everyone! It was the best investment!
