I graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in hospitality management with an event management concentration (and yes Dad, I'm actually putting that degree to good use). Just a few short years ago, I started Day of Details & it was the best decision I've ever made! What truly stood out was how much she took off our plates. The month leading up to our wedding, I spent almost zero time reaching out to vendors about timelines or handling logistics because Carley took care of it all. She consistently did more than I expected, and I kept waiting for the inevitable “wedding month stress” to kick in… but it never did. I genuinely attribute that calm to Carley.

Ashley met me for walk throughs, worked with my other vendors, and helped keep me organized. We had a venue switch that relied heavily on Ashley and she nailed it. The communication system they have is on point and we appreciate the tools they used to maintain all the info organized, speciay because we had different vendors for each thing!

Carley made sure everything ran smoothly, and trust me I had a lot of hiccups the day of the wedding that her and her assistant just said “don’t worry, I’ll handle it.”

y wasn’t even going to hire a wedding coordinator and I did not book her until 30 days before the wedding and I wish I would’ve booked her sooner. Carley was super helpful and just took that overwhelming feeling of being stressed out off my shoulders.
I highly highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner/coordinator. She’s the absolute best.

would have had no idea about and therefore would have been dealing with a mess - if it wasn’t for Carley, Lauren, and Jordan. These girls were in communication with all the vendors seamlessly. They also have such a calming demeanor about them every step of the way. If there was a problem that day, I don’t even know about it. ay of coordinator to keep the cost down, but last minute we decided we wanted them to enjoy the wedding and not put stress on anyone. We did a few consultations, but once we met Carley we instantly knew she was the one.
Carley was extremely attentive and thorough. After having met with her, we realized how much went into a wedding and there were so many details we didn't even think of. it was overwhelming, but Carley eased our nerves as she was there every step of the way.
On the day of the wedding, this is where she really shined! Everything went so seamlessly! She ensured we stayed on time, I didn't worry about a thing! After the ceremony, she even ensured we always had a drink in our hands.
I couldn't have been happier! She exceeded our expectations, she is quite honestly the BEST!

. Managing all of those things is the bulk of the work. A month ahead of my wedding, I passed all the vendor contracts off to Carley and met with her about my vision for the layout/set-up/etc. The day of my wedding, I was able to focus on time with my loved ones while Carley's team handled everything (coordination between vendors, set-up, management, etc.). When I walked in and saw the reception area all set-up and decorated, I was speechless! It was everything I had imagined and more. The entire day went so smoothly because of their management the day of. There were hiccups that I didn't even know of because they took care of everything. I truly had a perfect wedding day and a big part of that is because of Carley's team.

ere exactly what I was looking for. I was able to still do the planning myself but when it came down to a month before Carley made sure our wedding day was perfect! She covered details that as a bride you would totally forget about. She coordinated with all our vendors in a very timely manner, where I didn’t have to worry about that. Carley’s timeline was so detailed and given to the vendors so early that even my vendors were complimenting how great working with Carley was.
The day of our wedding I did not have one worry in the world because Carley was working her magic. If something did not happen as it was planned, I had no idea because Carley just removed all that stress from me that day. We had the best day with close friends and family and we could not have done it without Carley.

I received compliments from the other vendors on how great she was at keeping them informed and everything organized. Hands down the best money we spent on our wedding was hiring Carley. She provides all the guidance you need leading up to your day and proactively shares a ton of helpful guides, information and tools to make the process of planning easier. Beyond that, she's just a really great, cool person to work with and have around your family and friends. Her and her assistant for the day Lindsay did an amazing job on the day of, from making sure it looked exactly how I envisioned, to making the day run exactly on schedule, to making sure we were out of the venue on time. This made for very seamless planning and made the weeks leading up to our wedding day much less stressful! On the day of our wedding, Carley and her assistant made the day go by incredibly smoothly, and made it so that we did not have to worry about a thing! She had already thought about most potential obstacles ahead of time and knew how to quickly resolve any issues that inevitably came up.
