Day of Details was absolutely instrumental to our wedding being as PERFECT as it was! McCulla and Kasie were our coordinators, and they were so communicative and thorough. They really took the time to ask my husband and I how we pictured our day to look and feel—and being as Type A as I am, I LOVED the tools they had for us to plan every detail. Everything turned out exactly how we envisioned it!

Where do I even begin...? I don't know what we would have done without Carley on our wedding day. From the very beginning, she took charge of every detail, big or small, and made sure everything ran smoothly. As a bride, I was overwhelmed with the amount of things to handle, but she took every detail on with such grace and professionalism. What really stood out was how Carley made me feel throughout the entire process, she was more than just a vendor - she was a confidant and friend. Carley made sure everything ran smoothly, and trust me I had a lot of hiccups the day of the wedding that her and her assistant just said “don’t worry, I’ll handle it.” I honestly wasn’t even going to hire a wedding coordinator and I did not book her until 30 days before the wedding and I wish I would’ve booked her sooner. We were planning a wedding in 6 months, and I thought I had everything planned and under control. However, there is SO MUCH that goes into the day of schedule and itinerary that I would have had no idea about and therefore would have been dealing with a mess - if it wasn’t for Carley, Lauren, and Jordan. These girls were in communication with all the vendors seamlessly. They also have such a calming demeanor about them every step of the way. HIRE HER YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!!!!! Carley was absolutely AMAZING. My husband and I did most of the planning ourselves and were originally going to have a family member be our day of coordinator to keep the cost down, but last minute we decided we wanted them to enjoy the wedding and not put stress on anyone. We did a few consultations, but once we met Carley we instantly knew she was the one. Carley was extremely attentive and thorough. After having met with her, we realized how much went into a wedding and there were so many details we didn't even think of. it was overwhelming, but Carley eased our nerves as she was there every step of the way. On the day of the wedding, this is where she really shined! Everything went so seamlessly! She ensured we stayed on time, I didn't worry about a thing! After the ceremony, she even ensured we always had a drink in our hands. I couldn't have been happier! She exceeded our expectations, she is quite honestly the BEST!

I have been telling anyone who asks or will listen - the best investment I made wedding planning was hiring Carley and her team! Booking vendors and picking decore is the easy part. Managing all of those things is the bulk of the work. A month ahead of my wedding, I passed all the vendor contracts off to Carley and met with her about my vision for the layout/set-up/etc. The day of my wedding, I was able to focus on time with my loved ones while Carley's team handled everything (coordination between vendors, set-up, management, etc.). When I walked in and saw the reception area all set-up and decorated, I was speechless! It was everything I had imagined and more. The entire day went so smoothly because of their management the day of. There were hiccups that I didn't even know of because they took care of everything. I truly had a perfect wedding day and a big part of that is because of Carley's team.

Carley was so amazing to work with for our wedding. I did not want to pay for a coordinator because I still wanted to do a lot myself but someone recommended Carley. Her services were exactly what I was looking for. I was able to still do the planning myself but when it came down to a month before Carley made sure our wedding day was perfect! She covered details that as a bride you would totally forget about. She coordinated with all our vendors in a very timely manner, where I didn’t have to worry about that. Carley’s timeline was so detailed and given to the vendors so early that even my vendors were complimenting how great working with Carley was. She found me a last minute empanada spot that was willing to stay open late and deliver after party snacks (even though they don't normally deliver). She did an amazing job getting all of the decorations out and favors set up for the ceremony and reception. I am embarrassed to say that I may have been the worst bride in the world to work with - I am very much “whatever works,” indecisive, and did the most unconventional ceremony and reception so there was no venue staff for Carley to work with. When I tell you I owe the happiest day of my life to her, I don’t say it lightly. She is incredibly organized, calming, friendly, and has proved to work under unfortunate circumstances with grace. Thank you so much for being the person I needed & more! The day would have been a disaster with out you, and I will forever laugh because I thought I could plan my wedding with out a coordinator. Being able to plan and DIY things was so fun for my Mom and I but when it came down to it none of it was possible with put the Day of Details team there to bring everything to life. We had the pleasure in working with Carley and her team at a wedding! Many times, the DJ is the face of the team. All the planning, sorting, decision making.. etc.. is finalized and giving to the DJ to carry out. One mistake, and the Dj is assumed to be responsible. This is why it's IMPORTANT to have a good planner/coordinator. Carley and her team were amazing to work with! They were on point throughout the event! She was very commutative throughout the event!
