Carley is simply the best!! I've had the pleasure of working with her both as a wedding vendor, and also as a bride for my own wedding. We felt taken care of from the very first phone call with Carley, and knew we were in good hands. Not only is she the sweetest person ever, but also a true professional and handled our day with ease. Even with a rainstorm changing our entire floor plan the day of the wedding, under Carley's supervision the event turned out more perfect than I could have imagined. Day of Details, and specifically our coordinator Carley, was possibly the biggest reason the day of our wedding became the best day of our lives.
The proactivity, the level of communication, and the kindness that Carley brought to every single moment of planning and enacting on the day of was the highest level of service you could dream of from any person you work with. She was organized and receptive when listening to our wants and needs for our wedding day. Even when we weren’t sure of certain decisions or were too on the fence, she would step in and help guide us through the planning process. It can not be stated enough that not only is she a professional, but she is very clearly a kind and easy to work with person. She helped shoulder a large portion of the stress leading up to the wedding day for us and had a full timeline developed that we hit every single mark on with every single one of our vendors.
When we look back and think about how amazing our wedding was for years to come, a large piece of our hearts and minds will always remember the role Carley played and we will forever be grateful.

What truly stood out was how much she took off our plates. The month leading up to our wedding, I spent almost zero time reaching out to vendors about timelines or handling logistics because Carley took care of it all. She consistently did more than I expected, and I kept waiting for the inevitable “wedding month stress” to kick in… but it never did. I genuinely attribute that calm to Carley.
Our wedding day itself was seamless. Carley and her team executed every detail perfectly, allowing us to fully enjoy the day and be present with our guests. We trusted her completely, and she delivered beyond what we imagined.

From the start, Carley was there for us every step of the way. She kept us organized, shared great ideas when we needed them, and had a calm, confident presence that made it so much easier to trust that everything was under control. By the time our wedding day came around, we felt completely comfortable handing things over to her so we could actually be present and enjoy it (which we did)!
What stood out most was how detail-oriented she is. She had everything covered, even things we hadn’t thought about. Our wedding at Hotel Haya had a lot of moving pieces with different vendors, a big wedding party, and a large guest list, but Carley and her team handled it all seamlessly. They kept everything on track without it ever feeling rushed or stressful, which is no small feat.
Because of Carley, we were able to fully take in the day and just enjoy being with our friends and family. We didn’t have to worry about logistics or what was coming next, she had it all handled.
We’re so grateful for everything she did and honestly can’t recommend her enough. She’s not just amazing at what she does, she genuinely cares, and it shows. You want her and her team in your corner, and we'd be happy to share our experiences with anyone!

Ashley met me for walk throughs, worked with my other vendors, and helped keep me organized. We had a venue switch that relied heavily on Ashley and she nailed it. A personality, and so I knew whoever I had for that big day had to match my energy when it came to attention to detail…& she did NOT disappoint. Her and her team went above and beyond to ensure that I felt relaxed, at ease, and totally present mentally and emotionally to be able to enjoy all the special moments of my big day without having to stress about literally anything. She really understood our vision with very little direction, she absolutely nailed what we wanted! She also ensured we kept as close to the timeline as possible (which can be so hard in any wedding!) She really put my mind to ease and made my day and the entire experience so seamless. ay of coordinator to keep the cost down, but last minute we decided we wanted them to enjoy the wedding and not put stress on anyone. We did a few consultations, but once we met Carley we instantly knew she was the one.
Carley was extremely attentive and thorough. After having met with her, we realized how much went into a wedding and there were so many details we didn't even think of. it was overwhelming, but Carley eased our nerves as she was there every step of the way.
On the day of the wedding, this is where she really shined! Everything went so seamlessly! She ensured we stayed on time, I didn't worry about a thing! After the ceremony, she even ensured we always had a drink in our hands.
I couldn't have been happier! She exceeded our expectations, she is quite honestly the BEST!

. Managing all of those things is the bulk of the work. A month ahead of my wedding, I passed all the vendor contracts off to Carley and met with her about my vision for the layout/set-up/etc. The day of my wedding, I was able to focus on time with my loved ones while Carley's team handled everything (coordination between vendors, set-up, management, etc.). When I walked in and saw the reception area all set-up and decorated, I was speechless! It was everything I had imagined and more. The entire day went so smoothly because of their management the day of. There were hiccups that I didn't even know of because they took care of everything. I truly had a perfect wedding day and a big part of that is because of Carley's team.

ere exactly what I was looking for. I was able to still do the planning myself but when it came down to a month before Carley made sure our wedding day was perfect! She covered details that as a bride you would totally forget about. She coordinated with all our vendors in a very timely manner, where I didn’t have to worry about that. Carley’s timeline was so detailed and given to the vendors so early that even my vendors were complimenting how great working with Carley was.
The day of our wedding I did not have one worry in the world because Carley was working her magic. If something did not happen as it was planned, I had no idea because Carley just removed all that stress from me that day. We had the best day with close friends and family and we could not have done it without Carley.
