Alice is amazing! I had a very small wedding party and was initially planning on having a friend do my hair for my wedding when I stumbled upon Alice on The Knot. I'm so glad that ...
I decided to get my hair done by her. During our trial she helped me figure out how I wanted it styled and the day of the wedding was so kind and positive that it really calmed my nerves. I got so many compliments on my hair and it looks amazing in pictures. Again, she is great and I would hire her again in a second!
Marrying my husband was the best decision I made on my wedding day, AFTER hiring Alice and Drew. They did all of our hair (1 bride, 7 bridesmaids, 2 moms of the bride, 1 mom of gro...
om). They were everything a bride needs to feel and stay calm on what could be a stressful day. They were punctual, relaxed, conscientious, and their work was beautiful. I had an outdoor wedding right off the beach. I look back on all my pictures and my hair looks beautiful in every picture with wind and humidity. We all looked beautiful way into the after party and even into the next day! What they did was truly perfect!

d me, my dress, and what I wanted on my big day. I envisioned flowers in my hair, so for our trial day, she used flowers from a local shop, took photos and perfected the vision.
I have fine hair so was worried I wouldn't have enough for the look I wanted, but Alice assured me she could give me the updo of my dreams, and of course she did! On my wedding day we spent the afternoon together and Alice is wonderful. I can't recommend Day of Hair enough!
Alice was incredible for my wedding hair. Leading up she was very patient and helpful in picking what would go best with my dress. During the trial, she let me try out a couple dif...
ferent styles until we settled on one that worked best. She ended up having me purchase a hair piece, which I was super nervous about... I was scared it would not look natural, but it honestly ended up looking amazing! She helped me pick beautiful clips to add dimension, texting back and forth with pictures, which was nice. On the day of, she was professional and punctual. She also did my mothers hair, which came out great as well.
In summary, my mom and I both LOVED our hair and I cannot recommend Alice enough!

hair to helping us figure out the order of hair and makeup for the whole group. Almost more importantly, Alice was a fun and calming presence while getting ready for the ceremony!

am to work with. I had so many comments from guests about my hair specifically! She was able to realize and elevate my vision and make me feel amazing on my day. Not to mention that she and her team instantly put everyone in my bridal party at ease on a day when everyone was full of jittery nerves. It was such a relief having them there, and everyone looked incredible. Would absolutely recommend to any bride!

t can be a stressful situation. I absolutely love working with her as a fellow artist and every single person is always so pleased with the results! She cares not only about hair but about each person that sits in her chair! She's a real gem!!

talented but would also be a calming but also fun energy to be around as I was getting ready for my big day. She worked with me to find the style that I felt best in, offering a great combination of patience but also opinion/perspective. I loved the way it turned out so much that she's become my regular hair stylist! <3
Alice was fantastic. She totally got my style and understood what level of wedding hair I wanted. She took my very basic direction and ran with it, adding a beauty and style I coul...

t-- she was incredibly patient and made adjustments as needed so we could see exactly how it would look for the big day. Then on the wedding day she came to my apartment with her kit to style my hair. She had such a positive and calming energy, but was also very efficient. She was scheduled to do my hair and two of my close friends, but then also ended up styling another friend's hair-- just because she's so nice! My hair stayed up all night despite the crazy humidity and dancing. I was so happy with my experience!
I 110% recommend Alice!!! :)
