Daylily Floral Cascade

d Daylily is the best place for flowers in Grand Rapids. They only work with really high quality flowers--I had hundreds of peonies in my arrangements, and I did not see a single bruised petal. I appreciate their attention to detail. Mary was really helpful throughout the process. She provided helpful feedback so I would know what was, and was not, possible. More than anything, I appreciate how closely she listened my ideas--it was clear to me at the wedding that she incorporated my feedback, images, and suggestions into the designs for our centerpieces--the final product felt unique and like a collaboration. My experience with Daylily was completely wonderful--I would highly recommend them to anyone getting married in the area. I should also note that they also make beautiful floral crowns!

to save the day. From the moment we had our consultation I could tell her knew what I wanted and our preview did not disappoint! She was extremely accommodating, always ready and willing to listen when I added something else to the list. She was always patient and kind, genuinely excited to help which was so greatly appreciated! On the day of our flowers were absolutely stunning. They were exactly what I wanted and more! Our guests couldn't stop complimenting them and I wanted to take them home to keep forever. My family took some of the centerpieces home to enjoy to enjoy and Mary was gracious to let us return the holders later. Her and team did an amazing job and it was exactly what I had envisioned for my wedding. People say she is unorganized but she always knows what she is doing and how she is going to do it and never once was i worried. She brought my vision to life and I am forever grateful for her and her team! I plan on using Daylily for all my floral arrangements in the future!!

interacted it was as if we had never spoken before. I had to re-explain everything I wanted every time and she quoted me a different (usually higher) price every time. Just when I thought I had everything nailed down, she calls me with the final payment and it's over $300 more than what I had originally been quoted, which was not good for my budget. She didn't provide invoices or anything written that documented our "contract." She tried asking for my deposit twice, luckily she believed that I had already paid it. The day before my wedding she called me asking about the unity candle piece. She had come to the conclusion that we had agreed not to do it, which was never the case. Luckily I was able to get a hold of her or else I would not have had it at my wedding. It was pretty, but it wasn't what she had originally told me it would be. The next day on my wedding, I was underwhelmed by the bouquets. My flowers and the bridesmaid flowers started wilting very quickly and after the ceremony my orchids kept falling out of my bouquet. Fortunately, it didn't bother me the day of, but I did hear comments from my girls that I should get my money back. I didn't realize it until after the wedding, but the flowers were definitely not worth the price I paid.
