After earning her Bachelors in Business, Genevieve continued her career in all aspects of event planning, from management to venues and catering. Since a young age, she has had a passion for planning celebrations of all types, from formal and elegant, to casual and down-to-earth. She puts a strong focus on colors and textures when designing a couple’s wedding, and works to transfer any venue into a visually rich, breathtaking setting.

They provided amazing communication, vendor recommendations, timeline creation, and endless amounts of wedding tips and advice. We had a last minute vendor emergency cancellation and Genevieve and my Maid of Honor immediately had it handled and rebooked with a different vendor- I never had any idea that anything was wrong! What stood out most was how deeply she listened. She took our ideas to heart, offered creative solutions when we felt stuck, and kept us on track with timelines and checklists. She did it all with grace and never made us feel pressured. No matter how many moving parts there were, Genevieve handled everything seamlessly and always with a smile.
When the wedding weekend arrived, I expected stress. But I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Genevieve had it all under control. She helped transport decorations to the venue, stayed with me to ensure every vendor arrived on time, and kept everything running smoothly before heading to the ceremony. Her amazing assistant Sabrina was also a huge help, always nearby and always ready. Because of them, I was able to be fully present and soak in every moment of our special day.
Every detail was executed perfectly. Genevieve managed the vendor team beautifully and staged everything exactly how I envisioned it. She saw my dream and brought it to life. Even with unexpected rain and a last minute shift to our rain plan, the day couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Guests kept commenting on how organized and effortless everything felt, and that is all thanks to Genevieve’s behind the scenes magic.
I truly don’t know how we would have done this without her. She went above and beyond in every way, always answered my questions even at odd hours, and supported us through every twist and turn of the wedding journey. Because of her, our day was not only beautiful, it was stress free, joyful, and unforgettable.

rrangements we would need to make, recommended vendors, and got everyone on the same page. Genevieve had some great ideas and planning tools, responded to questions quickly, participated in the venue walk-through, and arranged pre-wedding vendor meetings to finalize details.
On our wedding day, Genevieve and her colleague arrived early and made sure vendors arrived as scheduled and that everything was set up properly. She handled some unexpected situations (we forgot our table number holders, our friend who was officiating was nervous and Genevieve helped her get in the right head space, we ran out of beer early) and through it all, she was calm and seemed to be everywhere at once, managing the details so that we could focus on getting married and spending time with family and friends.

ional she was. Genevieve was our day-of coordinator; however, she helped us stay organized with wedding planning at least three months in advance. She eased our nerves through each step of the process. She gave THE BEST recommendations for a florist and baker, and she helped us stay connected with all of our vendors. We loved that she was familiar with many, if not all, of our vendors already. She was incredibly kind, and literally brought all of the ideas we had in our heads to life. She also shared great ideas, such as using a polaroid camera for our guests to add photos to our guestbook. This was a hit at our wedding! It was also so fun and special for us to look through the polaroid photos. We are also grateful that she reminded us to order food to snack on while getting ready on wedding day. In short, our day turned out better than we could have imagined thanks to Genevieve's calm demeanor, kindness, professionalism, organization, and attention to detail. From planning out a careful timeline of events, to coordinating with the vendors, to setting up and taking down décor, everything ran so smoothly! When we had a last-minute vendor cancellation, Genevieve reached out to her network and was able to help us find a replacement very quickly, saving us a lot of stress.

Both of us were often turned off by a lot of the pushiness and commercialization of the wedding industry. We wanted someone who would respect our uniqueness as people as we thought carefully about which elements of a “traditional” wedding we wanted to honor and which to set aside—Genevieve was exactly that. She helped us execute on a weekend of love, family, friendship, meaning that was everything we ever hoped it would be- and she helped us do all that while keeping to our budget, which is not an easy feat for a wedding weekend hosted entirely within the city limits of Washington DC! From brainstorming sessions, to in-person meetings at the venue, to calls with vendors, she stayed on top of everything, helped keep us organized and kept our vendors on the same page. Genevieve has a way of always being a few steps ahead, thinking of minute details before they even cross your mind. On the day of the wedding from the time that she greeted us at the venue to the time the final busses left with the guests in town, Genenieve worked so hard to ensure decorations, flowers, candles were all in the proper place, tables were set up correctly and that we stuck as closely to the schedule as possible. She handled everything in such a calming manner too, never seeming flustered or overwhelmed. We can't recommend Genevieve enough. Wedding coordinating is truly her calling. From a COVID-outbreak that caused many last minute cancellations and drop-outs to a snowstorm on our wedding weekend, there were a lot of unexpected wildcards and bad hands we were dealt. Genevieve helped us take them in stride, adapt and overcome these obstacles to pull off the wedding we dreamed of.

She communicated effectively with vendors and was a huge support system for myself and our wedding party. We met Genevieve through a mutual acquaintance, and by the first introduction, we knew we needed her for our wedding. Genevieve is Richmond, VA based, but came all the way to Buffalo, NY for us- the first shining green flag of many. We hired Genevieve as day of Coordinator, but were honored to receive 3 incredibly detailed in person meetings leading up to the event, and an abundance of phone calls, emails, and texts leading up to the day. Genevieve swept in on my stressed bride self, and took over vendor contacts in the week leading up with grace and elegance that we all desire in our planning teams. She did more than i expected from a coordinator, and blew me away with her attention to detail as she set up my vision late into friday night when our rentals company was late . She worked beyond the hours she should have, and I am forever grateful to her for literally saving our wedding day.
