Dazzle Doll did the hair and make up for my bridal session and wedding. They did all of my bridesmaids and MOB/MOG day of as well. The owner, Ann Marie, was a joy to work with. It ...
was so easy to communicate and plan with her. Not to mention her services are reasonably priced!
Everyone who had their hair and make up done looked flawless. I'm so happy that all the girls were happy with their looks and felt confident the entire evening! One of my bridesmaids was in a couple weddings this past year and told me again this past week how she felt her hair and make up for our wedding was by far her favorite. I have also received numerous comments from friends and family about how beautiful everyone looked.
I don't know much about make up but Ann Marie helped me to feel comfortable and gave me advice based on my personal look and likes/dislikes. I really trusted her to make me feel my best and she definitely delivered.
I would recommend Ann Marie and her team to anyone planning a wedding in the greater New Orleans area!
Alexis did a beautiful job on my makeup! She is super sweet and is amazing at what she does! I would’ve given 5 stars, but I was a little annoyed with the owner. She sent me a cont...
ract that I had to enter the payment details into without instruction from her. Long story short, I didn’t realize the booking fee was not a deposit. She neglected to tell me this until 2 weeks before my wedding (5 months after I paid the deposit/booking fee and sent her the contract - which she approved). I thought it was a bit deceptive to not say anything in April, but to send me a bill larger than expected right before my wedding in September. I would have been more understanding had she been up front with me. Honestly, I wanted to give 3 stars due to this incident, but Alexis is so wonderful I went ahead and gave the extra star. Aside from this issue, I would still recommend. Just have Anne-Marie be extremely detailed with your contract and what exactly you’re paying for.
Ann Marie is truly a master of her craft and an absolute blessing to work with!!! Years ago, I was in desperate need of an MUA for an event I was attending. Someone recommended Ann...
Marie and I felt like it was meant to be! I believe I was 22 years old and had no clue I’d become friends with the sweetest soul ever!! From every fancy Christmas party, to weddings I attended, random days I just wanted to be dolled up…and the. Of course my bridal shower to my wedding day and every event in between, she made me feel so radiant, confident, and truly special. Her talent is unmatched-she knows exactly how to enhance natural beauty while making you feel like the most elevated version of yourself! But beyond her artistry, it's who she is that makes her so incredible. Ann Marie has such a calming presence, and every time we're together, I feel at peace. Our conversations about God, life, and all things in between have been just as meaningful as the beauty she creates. She brings not just skill, but heart into everything she does, and I couldn't imagine my big moments without her.
If you're looking for someone who will not only make you look flawless but also feel seen, cherished, and at ease-Ann Marie is the one.
Forever grateful for her and our friendship over all of these years! Love you my girl!!!

who we worked with the most, was professional, punctual, and made the process smooth and easy. Everyone looked great, and our hair stayed perfect throughout the day. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and talented stylists for their special event!!!

and the day of. They accommodated our party size and timeline well. My mother, sister, and I felt beautiful and they followed our prompts well. Unfortunately, four of my bridesmaids felt uncomfortable with their experience. One MUA was apparently complaining/stating that she's just there for the job (and the two did not like the end result). Another MUA required encouragement to continue provide services with two of the bridesmaids' personal makeup as they have skin allergies which I already had provided information on the questionnaire form and was assured that it can be accommodated.
Dazzle Dolls was very easy to work with you my bridesmaids looks so stunning! The makeup and hair artists were professional and very talented. I highly recommend this company for l...

Good service
I never even heard of yalls salon until I searched the knot. I took a gamble and went with a place I was unfamiliar with and let's be honest it is my wedding day and just taking a ...
chance shouldn't be something a bride does. I looked at the Instagram at dazzledoll and had a real good feeling about the place. Chris was my (and bridesmaids) MUA and I could not have been happier or pleased with everyone's looks! She slayed the time constraint doing 6 people In 4 hours or so! Everyone, including myself, looked absolutely beautiful! She is the only person I have worked with from your salon, but she has made me a bragger about her skills and the salon and professionalism. Ya'll have definately gained a new client and she is hands down the main reason! If everyone does work like she does, I have no problem booking an appointment with anyone of the skilled MUA or hair stylists! Thank yall so much for helping my wedding day go so smoothly!
Dazzle Doll is who we booked for our hair and makeup for my wedding on January 28, 2022. I use Dazzle Doll as my normal hair salon so it was a must have for my wedding. I will say,...
my hair was pretty but I was not in love with it, I was slightly disappointed. I wanted so much more volume, and the way the bun was put together was just okay. If I could go back to my wedding day and redo anything it would have been my hair unfortunately. But I did have a feeling before the day of that I was not going to love my hair because my two trial runs left me feeling blah about it. Some of my bridesmaids complained of their hair too. I wish I could have had someone that actually worked at Dazzle Doll do it, because I know them all, and I love each of their work. On a more positive note!!!: My makeup was gorgeous, Chris Carter once again KILLED it beyond my expectations. I couldn't have been happier with my makeup along with the ladies in my party's makeup. In the end, everyone looked beautiful, even despite the few things we didn't like. We do love Dazzle Doll.

rough go with a different business at first, Ann restored my faith and was kind and easy to work with! All the women were timely, professional and highly skilled. 10/10! When it came to the wedding day our group came out beautiful and satisfied with their look. Highly recommend!
The Dazzle Doll Glam Squad was so easy to work with and did amazing work. Would highly recommend these ladies for any event.
What a pleasure it was to have this company do our hair and makeup on my wedding day!
We had Amanda T for makeup and Kristen A for hair and let me tell you everyone looked flawles...
s! Amanda was amazing I paid for airbrush but after it was applied I thought it made my skin look very uneven, Amanda wiped it off and did foundation I felt bad but she was so patient. She was like today is about you you have to feel perfect! I was unable to do a trial for my hair and makeup and these two still knocked it out of the park and had all 5 adults and all 6 kids look stunning! Kristen retouched all the little kids hair and was so patient and kind.
I am so thankful for these girls as they were so professional and kind on my wedding day! They actually showed up a few minutes early and were prepared to get started.
They were great and everyone looked awesome!

ne Marie and the Dazzle Doll glam experience. Her warmth and patience immediately put me and my bridesmaids at ease, which was definitely appreciated on such an anxiety inducing day. She listened fully and intently to everything I asked for and used her talent to make me feel like the most beautiful woman in the world that day and beyond since wedding pictures last quite a while ;) Anyone considering using Dazzle Doll should just book them immediately and take one thing off the wedding checklist, with the knowledge that it'll be one of the best and easiest choices.

re taken to match the hair and makeup for the day of our wedding, and the team was very responsive and talented. On our wedding day we both had hair and makeup done as well as our bridesmaids and moms. Dazzle Doll's team came to our hotel and arrived on time and ready to make us all a little more beautiful! All of our hair (some down, some in up dos, and some half up and half up do) and makeup looked spectacular! I had two trials with Ann Marie and she was open to my comments and suggestions while bringing her expertise to the table and encouraging my mother and I to give her honest feedback. It was an exciting, collaborative, special experience.

ok to be and then added her special touch to pull it all together. I loved the way my makeup came out. Catherine “Cat” Braud also from Dazzle Doll did my hair for the wedding and it was gorgeous and elegant. I’ve never worn my hair up but after having it up I’m looking forward to having it done up again for any special occasion. Dazzle Doll is truly professional, on time, and listen to what you’d like in hair and makeup. Ann Marie and her team from Dazzle Doll were very sweet to work with and made us all feel relaxed and made sure we were all happy with our appearance. Our bridal party was beautiful and elegant for the wedding. What a special day it was and Dazzle Doll was a part of our celebration!

fessional and had TONS of product to work with. Ann Marie was awesome with communication and made sure to touch base prior to the wedding day, which helped ease my nerves. I am not a girlie-girl and was apprehensive about the fake eyelashes (which come complimentary), but she assured me I would be happy with them and I was - my pictures looked amazing and my hair/makeup stayed in place after a long night of dancing! I would highly recommend Dazzle Doll (and especially Ann Marie!!) as hair and/or makeup for ANY event. You will not be disappointed!

Ann Marie was such a pleasure to work with. I found her on The Knot and I’m so glad that I did! She’s very responsive to questions and concerns and replied back to me very quickly ...
whenever I contacted her. She’s very professional and is also a very skilled makeup artist. When I went for my wedding trial, I showed her some photos for inspiration and she asked me many questions about what kind of look I was going for to ensure that I was happy with my makeup.
My bridesmaids and I are from variying ethnic backgrounds and I was a nervous that a makeup artist would have a difficult time matching foundation as well as applying makeup on different facial features, but Ann Marie assured me that our different skin tones and facial structures wouldn’t be an issue, which was a relief.
Ann Marie showed up on time for the day of the wedding and we also finished right on schedule too. Our makeup was FANTASTIC! Everyone looked so stunning and beautiful. All of my girlfriends were raving about their makeup and my mother and my mother-in-law looked amazing. She was able to color match everyone perfectly and chose makeup colors that complemented everyone’s skin tone (I didn’t require all of my bridesmaids to have the same color eyeshadow). I felt so beautiful on my wedding day and we all received so many compliments on our makeup. Thank you so much Ann Marie! It was a pleasure working with you.
Ann Marie and her team were AMAZING! I used my trial for my bridals and loved her so much I booked her for my bridal shower and rehearsal dinner! Meticulous, thorough, and detailed...
are just a few words to touch the surface! Ann Marie discusses dress colors, colors I usually used, and ways I usually did my own make up before even touching my face! She discussed what she was doing and what colors she was using before applying as well- which I loved! Awesome to talk to as well- I felt like we were old friends by the end of all the wedding festivities! Highly highly highly recommend!
It was a privilege to work with Ann Marie for one of the most important days of my life! Ann Marie was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was extremely pleasant, professional, ...
easy going and easy to work with. It takes a lot of trust to put your wedding day look into someone’s hands but I had full confidence in her. In the midst of wedding stress and worry, my makeup was something I didn’t have to worry about. I knew I would look my absolute best thanks to her great talent and attention to detail.

her would be like in New Orleans. She has great color knowledge and application experience- she clearly knows what she's doing and can explain exactly WHY she's doing something if you're curious. Most importantly, though, Ann Marie was kind, flexible, and easy to work with. She was also friendly, patient (my eye kept watering and she kept fixing it), and happy to talk with us. I really enjoyed her and cannot imagine having chosen anyone else for my special day. I got so many compliments and my makeup looked flawless in the photos! She is absolutely worth it, and takes pride in her business and the undeniable future it has.

re. I ended up also booking 4 family members, so 5 of us used Dazzle Doll. Ann Marie ended up having something come up, but she was quick to assign me to some of her team members and gave me their social media accounts, so I could look at their work. All 5 of us were extremely pleased with Brittany (makeup) and Heidi (hair), and that's saying a lot because we are PICKY! We told the girls we wanted BAM! makeup and BIG hair, and we got exactly what we wanted. We knew we didn't want to look natural, and the dream team made sure we left the hotel satisfied. Not to mention, they have great personalities so spending the day with them was fun and easy. While I didn't get to work with Ann Marie herself, she was quick to respond to everything and always kept me informed of dates, times, balances, etc. When you're planning your own wedding, it's helpful to have someone like her take care of things without you having to think about it. I highly recommend Dazzle Dolls!

of. To be honest, I didn’t even know what I wanted. But I showed Ann Marie some pictures and she made it happen. I LOVED my look. I have no regrets about not doing a trial. By herself she did my hair and makeup, and 5 of my bridesmaids hair up-do’s. So so happy with my choice on Dazzle Doll and I HIGHLY recommend. You won’t be disappointed!
Working with Ann Marie and her Dazzle Doll team was one of the best decisions I made. She is so sweet, professional and organized. I had 3 trials and Ann Marie was the only one to ...
review color palettes, what I wanted and what she recommended. She made me feel so comfortable and customized a look to best accentuate my features. I believe she was a main component to my wedding day running so calm and smoothly. She was so organized and kept a whole room of people right on track without ever making us feel rushed or even asking the time. Her stylist Ashley Caulking did our hair and it was gorgeous. Ashley was so wonderful. Ann Marie is hands down the best and I feel lucky I was able to work with her. Did I mention she was 8 months pregnant when I got married?! Hire her now! She rocks!
