Dazzle Doll's work is published in numerous wedding editorials and on the cover of numerous New Orleans wedding magazines.
Most importantly, our team understands that you want to feel as beautiful as ever on your magical day! This is why we always schedule ourselves with a relaxed time frame for your services so that we can take care to make you, as well as all the special ladies in your party, look perfect. Our team is large enough to comfortably accommodate any size bridal party with ease and we are experienced in working on all skin tones. We also offer a special package for brides who do not have a bridal party and are the only special lady in need of our on-site services. This package is highly praised by our elopement brides.
Dazzle Doll also offers a variety of salon services at Dazzle Doll Salon & Glam Bar such as hand-tied extensions, i-tip hair extensions, and the most current trends in hi-lighting, coloring, and haircutting. Inside our salon, we also have a blow dry and "glam bar." Many of our brides enjoy coming in for a trial run or a blow-dry and makeup appointment before their rehearsal or other important wedding event. All of our salon services include a glass of complimentary champagne and some southern hospitality.

Everyone who had their hair and make up done looked flawless. I'm so happy that all the girls were happy with their looks and felt confident the entire evening! One of my bridesmaids was in a couple weddings this past year and told me again this past week how she felt her hair and make up for our wedding was by far her favorite. I have also received numerous comments from friends and family about how beautiful everyone looked.
I don't know much about make up but Ann Marie helped me to feel comfortable and gave me advice based on my personal look and likes/dislikes. I really trusted her to make me feel my best and she definitely delivered.
I would recommend Ann Marie and her team to anyone planning a wedding in the greater New Orleans area!

ract that I had to enter the payment details into without instruction from her. Long story short, I didn’t realize the booking fee was not a deposit. She neglected to tell me this until 2 weeks before my wedding (5 months after I paid the deposit/booking fee and sent her the contract - which she approved). I thought it was a bit deceptive to not say anything in April, but to send me a bill larger than expected right before my wedding in September. I would have been more understanding had she been up front with me. Honestly, I wanted to give 3 stars due to this incident, but Alexis is so wonderful I went ahead and gave the extra star. Aside from this issue, I would still recommend. Just have Anne-Marie be extremely detailed with your contract and what exactly you’re paying for.

Unfortunately, four of my bridesmaids felt uncomfortable with their experience. One MUA was apparently complaining/stating that she's just there for the job (and the two did not like the end result). Another MUA required encouragement to continue provide services with two of the bridesmaids' personal makeup as they have skin allergies which I already had provided information on the questionnaire form and was assured that it can be accommodated.

my hair was pretty but I was not in love with it, I was slightly disappointed. I wanted so much more volume, and the way the bun was put together was just okay. If I could go back to my wedding day and redo anything it would have been my hair unfortunately. But I did have a feeling before the day of that I was not going to love my hair because my two trial runs left me feeling blah about it. Some of my bridesmaids complained of their hair too. I wish I could have had someone that actually worked at Dazzle Doll do it, because I know them all, and I love each of their work. My bridesmaids and I are from variying ethnic backgrounds and I was a nervous that a makeup artist would have a difficult time matching foundation as well as applying makeup on different facial features, but Ann Marie assured me that our different skin tones and facial structures wouldn’t be an issue, which was a relief.
Ann Marie showed up on time for the day of the wedding and we also finished right on schedule too. Our makeup was FANTASTIC! Everyone looked so stunning and beautiful. All of my girlfriends were raving about their makeup and my mother and my mother-in-law looked amazing. She was able to color match everyone perfectly and chose makeup colors that complemented everyone’s skin tone (I didn’t require all of my bridesmaids to have the same color eyeshadow).
