llow up with this company. We emailed 30 days ago regarding our concerns about our pictures, and we still have not received a response. We let them know that we appreciated the beauty of the pictures taken, but we were/are disappointed with the responses and turn around times. We had to follow up weekly after our wedding day (in May) about updates for our pictures. In the email after our wedding day, it stated that we would receive our pictures within a week after our wedding. However, we received the sneak peeks over 4 weeks after our wedding day. In that same email, it stated that we would receive our pictures within 6-8 weeks of our wedding day. We understand that May is part of peak wedding season, but our contract stated that we would receive the pictures within 90 days of our wedding day and we received the full gallery 92 days after our wedding day. The day that we received the full gallery, we asked for re-edits, which were allowed per the contract as long as they were asked within 30 days of receiving the pictures. We only asked for re-edits because the filter/editing used for our teaser/sneak peek pictures for the ceremony pictures/portraits were very different from the final gallery, and we liked the style of the teaser/sneak peek pictures more. When we emailed them our concerns, we stated all of this, and that we asked 61 days ago about re-edits just for the ceremony pictures & portraits. Now, it has been 85 days since we've asked, and still haven't received them even though we were told it would only take a few days. We have been emailing weekly since 1 week after the wedding for updates, and we get the same response of "we have reached out to the editing team to get an update," but then we would not get any updates, hence why we would email weekly to follow up. We are sad that we will probably never get the re-edits of our pictures now.

anted. Grace was our photographer for the day and she was on time and so professional, she is extremely personable and fit right in with our friends and family. We received a sneak peek within a week of our wedding and all our photos in less than a month. Grace’s editing is beautiful and we loved the natural light in all our photos, she was so great at giving instructions for posing. Highly recommend Dominic and his team, they were so accommodating with the changes we had to make due to COVID. Quality and genuine customer service!

Dominic reached out to us immediately via email and after a few exchanges, set-up a phone call did a virtual tour of their website with me and answered a bunch of questions. Dominic has been such a HUGE help in our wedding planning. He was very understanding of our budget and worked out a payment plan that worked specifically to us. Not only was he very kind, he was also detailed in making sure we knew what we were paying for and also understanding the style of video we were looking for. Dominic was very professional and super friendly which made planning with him and DC Events & Design worthwhile. Steven Darling, our videographer was also great to work with. We didn't know what to expect but he very easy going, making us even more comfortable on camera on our special day. After the wedding, Dominic reached out to us with our video and footage and we are very satisfied. We have gone back and forth regarding edits, etc. of our final video and Dominic has been so patient. We are so lucky to have found such a great company to work with. more than exceeded. To start, the admin staff was extremely helpful and organized when we booked our date. They were friendly and made sure that all of our questions and concerns were taken care of. Our photographer, Ashley, was phenomenal and so talented. Her ability to capture all of the most important moments was invaluable and we were so happy with the final set of pictures. Steven created the most perfect video we could have imagined and we still get goosebumps watching it. Our DJ, Vincent also did a great job keeping our guests on the dance floor all night long. The most important thing for us was that people were dancing the whole night! And Brent did just that! He kept the events going the whole night and all the guests engaged! Everyone danced the night away and he played an amazing variety of music! Thank you so much Brent! Chris was our photographer for our wedding. He was also very professional and had great ideas for differs photos. He was also extremely flexible with going between two locations to get before photos of myself as well as my groom! He didn't get offended at all either when my lovely younger sister instructed poses from Pinterest haha! We haven't received the final product yet but he did take a few photos on his cell phone and sent them to me and they are AMAZING!!! We also received several complements from our guests that he was very mobile throughout the reception taking in action photos of everyone! The owner Dominic even stopped into our wedding to make sure all was running smoothly! We absolutely would not have had such an amazing experience with out DC Events & Design! h our budget! He is so passionate about his job that you can see it in his work. His drone captured all of our fun memories and the beauty of the venue! Within 24 hrs of landing back home he started working on our video clip and it was done in 2 Days! All of my friends and family have said the video clip is the best they’ve seen yet. We planned our entire wedding from out of state and they made the process seamless from start to finish. All of our guests (spanning multiple generations) had a great time and were out on the dance floor. The DJ/MC can be one of those wedding items that people push to the side but trust me when I say just how important it is to have an experienced company who listens and understands what you are looking for. Your guests will most likely not remember the florals and linens you obsessed over, what they will remember is having a good time and that begins with the DJ! Four months after our big day and I still watch our wedding video a few times/week because I can’t get over how DC captured every moment so perfectly. (Our families were in tears the first time watching it!) Steven worked effortlessly with our photographers and at times I forgot he was there because he was so unobtrusive during those moments you want to be in and enjoy. One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was hiring and trusting the team at DC!

We were absolutely blown away by the quality and the cinematography. This "wedding" video could have easily passed for a silver screen movie trailer. We watched a few more videos and we were certain we had struck gold. We knew we had found the one after chatting with the owner Dominic who was warm, thoughtful and professional. We choose their midrange package to receive a highlight reel of the day and added an extra hour of videography to accommodate the timeline of our festivities. The entirety of the booking and payment processes were easy and we never had any trouble getting a hold of Dominic for questions. We had the pleasure of having Steven Darling video our actual wedding day and he was everything you could want and more! He worked hand in hand with our photographers and was thoughtful of his presence throughout the day. He took a variety of shots and angles for the day and even broke out a drone for aerial footage. We received our wedding video 6 weeks after our wedding which is an amazing turnaround. There is no better way to describe it than to say that it was perfect. If we can offer any advice for your wedding: get videography, a highlight reel is the perfect way to big day and of course: go with DC.
