Owner Jackie Bannister gained a passion for the industry after her own marriage ceremonies. Due to Covid-19, Jackie had two celebrations and was heavily involved in the preparations for both. She became aware of the stressful elements of planning when shopping for dresses that were old and outdated. She saw the need for a full-service wedding shop and thus, DD’s Bridal was born. DD’s Bridal intends the wedding shopping experience to be relaxed and stress-free. Additionally to gowns, the company also has items such as customary attire, hair accessories, dress replicas, undergarments, and veils. Jackie also offers virtual consultations to offer clients guidance from the very beginning of the wedding journey.
