This wedding cake was a true piece of art and the beautiful centerpiece for my daughters wedding. Our guests were amazed and we were thrilled with its beauty. De la Creme exceeded all expectations and Heidi is wonderful to work with and will make your wedding cake dream come true !

She redesigned our cake three times as the guest list got smaller and smaller and we love, Love, LOVED every single version! Our cake was absolutely stunning. Heidi met with us (via Zoom), got a sense of our colors and our inspiration, and ran with it. What she created was beyond words. It was gorgeous and tasted amazing!! We cannot recommend De la Creme highly enough!!!

Heidi is the most talented ever!! She was outstanding the minute we booked her for our wedding. She took our ideas and added her own to create the most beautiful cake. It was GORGEOUS!!! It was blue and burgundy and gold! still can’t get over it and I stare at our pictures of it all the time. And of course, it was absolutely delicious. Due to covid she let us take a few cakes home for our cake tasting and they were all phenomenal. We went with French vanilla. Thank you Heidi for making this statement cake for us! We loved it so much!

I am just in awe at how stunning our wedding cake looked, even better than the amazing sketched concept and anything we could have imagined. Heidi is simply amazing to work with! I can’t say enough good things about De La Creme Creative Studios... they exceeded all of my expectations and then some! Heidi only had a few days to work with and completely blew me away! She worked with me on the theme, colors, and flavors. I also had to travel 2 hours with the cake and she totally prepared me for the drive and made sure I was all taken care of! It was my first time ordering an extravagant cake so I sent her way to many pictures, all different styles and her creation was beyond anything I could’ve come up with! 10+ stars for taste, creativity, and all other categories! When my friend (who is a baker) found out who made my cake she said, ”now I wish I could’ve been there to try it, their famous in the cake world”. I just thought... too bad having my first born child wasn’t enough lol!!! Thank you Heidi, you’re the best!

I’m really obsessed with De la Creme Studio’s work. They are real artists who also happen to know how to throw down in the kitchen. ‪Six layers of chocolate decadence put our cake experience right over the top.‬

OMG!! The intricate detail, textures and patterns of my wedding cakes absolutely blew me away when I walked into my reception. Thank you, thank you a million times over.

I still can not put into words how excited a cake made me on my wedding day. Heidi was extremely professional from the start, always responded to emails and phone calls. My now husband and I met with Heidi first and then met with three other St. Louis area bakeries/ wedding cake designers. After not only seeing Heidi's designs but tasting her samples, no one compared. Our first tasting and design meeting was about a year and a half before our wedding, we decided on a amaretto cake with an apricot icing/ filling. It tasted amazing. As everything does, the over all esthetic of out wedding changed and Heidi understood that. About two months before the wedding she meet with my then fiancé and I to rework the design a bit, go over how many tiers were needed to serve/ if we wanted to have pre cut layers in the back, and added two additional flavors to give three options. Heidi suggested that we would have layers that were made of chocolate cake with baileys Irish crème filling since I told her about how much my grandmother meant to me and how baileys was her favorite and she couldn't be there, we also spoke about how much my husband loves lemon and she suggested an amazing lemon flavor. So let me tell you, the cake will taste AMAZING! Everyone told us how much they loved the cake and even helped them selves to seconds. But the design of the cake is what takes your breath away. We were married at St. Louis Union Station, and with how beautiful of a venue we had, it was hard to imagen that anything would stand out in such a grand room. When I walked into the room for the first time before the guests entered, the cake is the first think I saw out of all of my décor. It took my breath away and I began to tear up, I honestly grabbed my maid of honor and kept saying "omg look at my cake!" But the biggest surprise was that while we decided with my husband all of the cake decorations from the small crystals that were added to match the broches in my bouquet to the beautiful sugar flowers that looked real, I told her in private that I added satin buttons down the back of my cathedral train of my dress. Heidi listened, and added little satin buttons down the full back of my 7 tier cake! I couldn't believe that Heidi listened to something that was so important to me to make my dress special from others who ordered the same and then added the special detail to out cake. I wish I could add a photo to this review, because no words that I say could ever explain how amazing of a wedding cake she made for my husband and I. Check out her Instagram, her cakes look like they belong on wedding magazine covers! Heidi was perfect to work with from start to finish, and every other vendor we had gave me a great review of her as well! I hope to be able to work with Heidi for other special events in our lives in the future.

My cake was a work of art. Speechless to say. Didn't want to cut it because it was so beautiful. The unique flavor I requested was mastered perfectly and very moist. This cake was very expensive but u get what u pay for and this was worth every single penny!

My husband Matt and I can’t speak highly enough of Heidi. We both grew up in St. Louis, but have lived in Los Angeles for many years. When we decided to get married in our hometown, we weren’t sure what to expect from certain vendors. Needless to say, when we came across De la Crème Creative Studio we were shook. Heidi is a lovely, talented artist and baker who created an unparalleled wedding cake for us that we couldn’t stop looking at. Working with her was a dream. She is patient, attentive and prioritizes customer satisfaction above all else. We had an idea of what we wanted going into the design process, but would have been overwhelmed with the seemingly unending options without Heidi to shepherd the process. As a bride, De la Crème was the one vendor I never worried about. Our tasting was stress-free, collaborative and f*cking delicious – we would have been thrilled with any of the flavor combinations we tried. And candidly, we would have been fine sacrificing taste or texture for a wedding cake that photographed well, but we didn’t have to settle at De la Crème. Our guests RAVED about how good each slice was. Even days later after being frozen and thawed, our cake was still laughably delicious and moist. And don’t get me started on her lifelike sugar flowers. If you are even remotely interested in them, stop reading this review now and give Heidi a call. I will absolutely be using Heidi’s services in the future, even if I have to make up events that merit cakes of this caliber.

WOW! This cake was a masterpiece and people absolutely were blown away by how beautiful it was! No one believed it was real! Heidi was so much fun to work with! We had some interesting requests that she was able to figure out and everything worked like a charm! I knew as soon as I saw her website that this was the company we HAD to go with and I was right! If you do ANYTHING for your wedding, give De la Creme a call! You will NOT be sorry you did! Every cake I have seen her do was a work of art! I can't really say enough good! Just call her! Heidi was a saint to work with! She made my vision come to life!! She not only hand crafted the greenery wreath I wanted on the cake, she hand painted our monogram! Bring your ideas and she will find a way to make it happen.

Heidi from De la Creme is truly an artist. She created a gorgeous cake for our daughter’s wedding. The venue was a grand hall and she definitely created a grand cake to fit with the venue. Our daughter and her fiancé chose 3 different flavors for the cake. They were all delicious but be sure and try the apricot it is amazing! Heidi really listened to our daughter’s vision. It was the most beautiful cake our guests had ever seen. She even included personal touches such as placing buttons down the back of the cake to mimic the wedding dress!

Best. Cake. Ever! Where is the ten star button, because five is not enough! From the minute we met with Heidi, we just clicked. She is an artist in the truest sense of the word and what she delivered was pure art. Oh, and delicious too! Black Cherry buttercream is now my new favorite!!

When I recommend Heidi to my sister for her wedding cake, I knew that she would deliver. And boy! Did she ever!!! I’ve worked with her before on a baby shower cake and it was the cutest cake ever, but seeing a six tier beauty come to life from the initial sketch was absolutely mind blowing. De la Crème Creative Studio created the most incredible cake for our wedding!! My husband and I met with Heidi in her gorgeous studio and worked together on the design. We explained the look and feel that we were going for and Heidi was great at making suggestions and guiding us with selections on shape, textures and colors. She drew up a beautiful sketch of the cake while we sampled different flavors. We fell in love with her creative vision and felt that she had really listened to us and what we were wanting. What topped off the whole experience was the fact that I worked with Heidi on a surprise element in the cake for my husband. She was able to design a world map onto the cake, which was incredibly special to revel to my husband on our wedding day. Our theme had a slight travel aspect to it and the cake truly became one of the main highlights. Guests raved about how stunning the cake was and of course, how delicious it tasted! We were blown away, and so were our guests. The cake was featured suspended on an acrylic table, literally "on stage" for all to see. It truly gave our flowers, which were amazing, a run for their money. I loved working with Heidi! She is LITERALLY the best. Her cakes not only taste amazing, but look fabulous as well. I wanted a huge cake with real flowers going around the side. Heidi worked with me to make it into a reality. She also was able to work the pattern of my wedding dress onto the cake! Many people noticed at the reception and loved it. In addition, I wanted small cat paw print impressions at the bottom of my cake! My husband and I love cats so it was great to slyly work it into the cake!
