De La Mer Salon and Spa

Ok so I needed to get tips for my wedding because I needed to get used to them and my nails just keep on nreaking and I want them to look nice for the day. I want them to look not just ok but great. This is for my wedding. The woman that worked on my nails too her time and was super sweet. However, even as sweet as she was, the nails are not even on right. I called to explain (the very next day) how one of them (the worst of the ten) was not even glued on my own nail. I didn't notice it upon getting it done. It wasn't until a long hair was stuck under my nail and I saw how there was a hugeeeee space between the nail and the acrylic nail!! The hair was stuck in between it. Quite shocked I called them to tell them it needs to be fixed right away. This was on fri btw. I was told I couldn't come in till wed to get them fixed. That's not good because with that space being there, water and dirt will get trapped in between there and cause a fungus to happen. It happened to me once around 15 years ago. I also told the woman doing my nails to make sure it does t happen again. The woman n spoke to on the phone was rude and told me it was probably my fault (as if I put these nails on myself) and I probably banged into them and that's why they are lifting or not on correctly. I also explain how they don't look nearly done and are not quite even on the lengths either. The woman who did my nails didn't want to fix the length and I still don't know why. Lost of the staff is nice but I don't like any of the work they do. I've had my hair done there once and my nails done a few times. I won't be back!! If I were you, I would t go there. Just because some people are nice, it doesn't mean they do a good job. I shouldn't get a rude snippy response when explaining the poroblem I had. Glad I canceled my future appointments there.
