de Vasco's Daughters Weddings & Event Design

ble work; she truly brought our vision to life and exceeded all of our expectations. Krista was so patient, thoughtful, intentional, and just a joy to work with! She was by our side offering her expertise, advice, connecting us to vendors, and keeping us on track throughout the whole planning process. She also has an impeccable attention to detail and eye for design; I always knew we could trust her and that we were in good hands to bring our vision to life. She made wedding planning so much fun and enjoyable, and we could not be more grateful. Come our wedding day, Tony and I were able to truly enjoy the whole day from start to finish without having to worry about anything, and we had the BEST day ever, thanks to Krista and her team. We are forever grateful! Thank you, Krista!!!

ocess and brings beautiful visions to life. We had a 19 month engagement and booked with Krista about 16 months out. When we first started working with Krista, I could feel that she began taking notes of who we were as a couple, what was important to us, how to best celebrate the two of us and share our love story with our loved ones the day of. I told her that we were looking for a timeless yet modern, chic, and minimalistic vibe for our wedding- she achieved that and more! With the partial planning and design, the dVD team gave us access to the planning and design portals to help us stay on track with when and what to do when booking vendors and tasks needed to be done before and after the day. Krista responded to all communications and supported us every step of the way. The night before, Krista met us at our off site ceremony destination and assisted the bridal party, family members, and ourselves to know what order the bridal party was to walk in and who was responsible for what during the time of the event. The morning of Krista showed up with a positive attitude and energy, her shining smile and bright aura was contagious. She was behind the scenes eyes and ears knowing what was going on at all times, she kept us on our time and always knew where to find us whether we were taking photos or taking time to sink in that "just married" feeling with one and other. Her team was also so helpful, during our private time alone one of the associates popped in to see if there was anything we needed and helped to bustle my dress so we could still enjoy some time "alone". At one point, I remember my groom looking at Krista as we walked into the church so enamored by the work she had done at the reception location while we were getting ready that day and making sure we were on time ready for the ceremony, it was so special to hear him say "Krista, you're doing amazing!" and give her a fist bump. As a groom who took the backseat with planning I could feel in that moment that he also was full of gratitude for all she had done for us. Our day could not have gone the way it did without her. Her and her team made us feel so special and apart of the dVD family. To this day, my in-laws, parents, husband and I are still sharing how grateful and happy we are to have worked with dVD. I can't recommend them enough. Their expertise, design eye, couple first attitude, and way of pulling together a beautiful legacy of love celebration is top notch. Thank you dVD. XOXO, K&K

ith certainly it was seamless. Krista listened to every detail our daughter, Rachel, had and truely brought to life all her wedding day dreams. Krista’s attention to detail is impeccable. She is a true artist and master of her craft. We are forever grateful for you sharing your talents with us. Rachel & Tony had an amazing wedding day and the process of getting there was incredibly stress-free, thank you! We said several times throughout the planning “How does anyone do this without Krista ?” When looking for a wedding design and planner to create your “legacy of love”, Krista and deVasco’s Daughters is your answer. You won’t be disappointed! Julie & Dennis Gould

s), you will see our reaction to her dedication, her hard work, her masterpiece. That video says more than words ever could. She brought years of vision to life in an outdoor elegance for the ages. Attached are just SOME examples of her genius in action. This is not even the tip of the iceberg. A month later and our guests are still talking about our wedding! Krista - thank you for my forest. I miss you already!

beautifully. Throughout the entire process, Krista's wealth of expertise helped to make for a great wedding planning experience. We would highly recommend her and her team!

2 years and she ensured our day was everything we could have imagined and more all while being totally stress free. Thank you to Krista and her amazing team!!! Highly recommend!!

s with grace and has a keen eye for design! There were many 'small' things that popped up that Krista helped us navigate in real time. We cannot thank the DvD team enough for all of their day of coordination/month of management help. I would highly recommend to anyone in the MN area!!!!

omplete, and keeping everything organized. The feedback provided to us at all points really helped us to make our envisioned day come to life. Aside from helping plan, during the day off, De Vasco kept everything in order and moving seamlessly. Not a thing went wrong, it was the perfect day we always hoped for. Incredible job! We are so thankful.

unity to work with Krista for over a year, a year and a half, with the full planning and design package. I am so honored that I had the chance to work with her. After our introductory meeting, I cancelled all other potential planners as I knew she was the one I wanted to be with me every step of the way. As a bride living out of state while planning a wedding, Krista did fantastic keeping me on track of the planning process and made it enjoyable. Her talent for active listening, caring demeanor and professionalism made it super easy to work with her. The zoom meetings that we had were the highlights of my week. I appreciated that she honored vendors and decisions we had already made by the time we had connected with her, but it was great that she brought such a wealth of connections with the remaining vendors that we required for our day. Her eye for detail and design that I could not articulate but she could create made us a wonderful team. During our time together, Krista turned our virtual meetings into a vision board that was so spot on, no revisions were needed. Looking at her prior work, you can see her wide versatility – this was important to me when doing research for a coordinator. Krista provided guidance throughout the entire process, but especially the week of. I will never forget our conversation at our final walk through at the venue. On our wedding day, Krista arrived early to help us unload into the venue. Krista and her team were there every step of the way. Our transportation trolly malfunctioned, and Kirsta and her team got us a replacement transport – and kept us on the wedding timeline schedule. Walking into the room on our wedding day, it brought me to tears to see our final beautiful vision that we had worked on come to life. Her role didn’t stop there - during dancing, the straps on my dress tore and Krista was prepared with her emergency kit (which is quite extensive). She helped safety pin my dress so I could enjoy the rest of my evening. As someone who pays attention to the details, she was the only coordinator I could put my trust in so that we could enjoy our special day. The final hug after the end of our night was especially sad, as I knew our time was ending. I know Krista and De’Vasco daughters will continue to make other couples dreams a reality.

he was very detail oriented that led to a flawless wedding. I could not be more grateful that I had de Vasco's Daughters a part of my day, especially at the Hutton House! Her relationships with the other vendors I had put the cherry on top, as it was such a smooth day! Hire de Vasco's Daughters for stress-free planning and an amazing wedding experience!

cker and easier with Krista! She really made you feel taken care of!

n the wedding industry. The was not just “an event” for this Team, but treated my daughters day as a personal affair - with care and attention to every last detail. The “ Day Of” management of our 300 person event was flawless and exceeded any of our expectations. A huge Thank You to Krista and her team for making this wedding an event that we will cherish forever. AMAZING!!

n knowledge and is very well-informed about the vendors in the wedding industry. She helped me stay on top of all the details leading up to the wedding and on the day of the wedding she allowed me to enjoy the wedding while she did her magic making sure everything was going smoothly, creating a stress free day and evening for me and the bride. I highly recommend her!!

Their experience shows. Our wedding was at an untraditional venue, and they managed the day and logistics with grace, confidence and ease. Family and members of the bridal party asked me where I found Krista because they were so impressed with her and her team. I had received recommendations from two other wedding vendors to hire Krista and now I know why! I credit much of the day's success to her and her team.

of! She also took our inspiration photos and made them come to life! The wedding day went super smoothly with no hiccups in part thanks to her. Our family also enjoyed working with her and only had great things to say about her and her team. Would definitely recommend Krista and her team for your future wedding!

extremely kind both before the wedding and the day of the event. I highly recommend this team for a flawless wedding experience.

tep of planning and keep us on track, and that is exactly what Krista did! She worked with us for over a year, helped us with every step, made sure the day of was stress-free, and even let us borrow a lot of their inventory for free since we did the Full Planning & Design package (escort card holders, picture frames, card box, cake knife, etc). Krista was a pleasure to work with, and it will be strange to not be emailing/having Zoom meetings with her constantly anymore!

bove and beyond what I expected. From dealing with last minute changes to improvising the vast amount of decor we brought day-of, they were extremely flexible and wonderful to work with. We knew our day was in capable hands - we're so grateful for such a positive experience! We highly recommend them.

tress free and amazing! Our day was perfect and we couldn’t ask for a better experience.

e very specific criteria and was by our side asking the important questions of the venues, questions we never would have thought to ask, but turned out to be very crucial to the day and budget. Once we settled on a date, Krista immediately called her connections to get us lined up with an amazing florist, photographer, rental company, videographer, stationary designer, bridal store, and much more. She then started to pull together a vision board, which was a challenge since I gave her very little direction but what she turned around what exactly what I wanted. We used that vision board to guide us through the rest of the process as we discussed the design to all the vendors. She provided input on all decisions leading up to the big day but never pressuring us to decide one way or the other. In the final months, she lined up all final calls with the vendors, completed the timeline, and communicated with the vendors regarding any questions. On the wedding day, I had not a single concern, I had amazing sense of peace that Krista and her team would handle all challenges. The day was so smooth and looked better than I ever imagined. To this day, I still don’t know if there were any last minute problems or emergencies. When people asked if I was stressed through the process, my answer was always no. I enjoyed the planning; I trusted Krista and her judgement through it all. Hire Krista, she will form a team of vendors that are experts, when you have a team of experts you don’t worry about anything you simply get to enjoy.

ed, professional and comforting - we knew we could trust her with everything! Through many zoom calls and a meeting in person only a couple times before the wedding it went so seamless and they created the wedding of our dreams! Krista's design and style was something I couldn't have even imagined! I didn't have a clear vision of what I wanted other than the venue and the colors. I basically told Krista I want greens, whites, blacks and candles and she made the most beautiful wedding come to life! She helped me make many of the decisions that I didn't even know where to start. Right from the beginning she created a vision and knew exactly what we needed to make it beautiful. Nick and I were blown away when we saw the ceremony space for the first time! It was way better than anything we even thought it could look like! The perfect fall wedding decor that tied together the style of the venue and what Nick and I wanted . Krista is very organized! Every single meeting she had a clear agenda and didn't waste any time out of our busy lives! She had clear deadlines and was very organized with the other vendors, so we knew the timeline was right on track and we were right on schedule. She created a detailed timeline for the day of as well that she shared with all the vendors and wedding party/family which helped keep everyone on track and informed. Krista is great with communication! I felt very informed through my whole wedding planning process. Although we were across the country, I felt very connected to the planning process and never worried about little details. She even went above and beyond and communicated with family and other vendors to answer little questions here and there to make everyone feel informed and supported. Krista is well connected with the Minneapolis wedding life! Anything we talked about she immediately had outstanding vendors lined up for me to pick from and facilitated getting the contracts and figuring out what we specifically needed. I was so impressed with how knowledgable and connected she was. Krista and her team were so supportive on the day of! I honestly had zero thoughts about logistics or design on the day of. Her team and her got there and immediately hit the ground running decorating, coordinating vendors and keeping everything on track. It even rained on and off for the whole wedding day and she coordinated with the rain for the ceremony! She found the perfect 30 minute window for us to go outside and have a perfect outdoor ceremony than get everyone inside before the rain started again. We can't thank Krista and the de Vasco's Daughter team enough for how they supported us on our wedding day. I can't say enough about how stress free they made the day for us. Such a great experience!! I highly recommend for every couple especially the ones that are planning from long distance!

dding party and guests. As mother of the bride I could sit back and relax knowing Krista had it handled. A guest had asked me how I was so calm. I said ‘Our wedding planner has it all handled’. So worth it!!

d has so much knowledge about the wedding industry and planning process. Krista has the warmest demeanor and truly cares about each and every single one of her couples. She puts everything she has into making sure every detail of the day is exactly how her couple wants it, and that was apparent in the work she did to make our day come to fruition. Everything was exactly as I had imagined it. It was a perfect and magical day, due in no small part to Krista's dedication and hard work in working with our vendor team to bring everything to life. Krista will go above and beyond to make sure you and your family are taken care, worry free, and present to enjoy every moment of your special day!

ding later, I can’t imagine having done this without her. She exceeded our expectations dnd brought our dreams to life. I cannot recommend Krista highly enough. She is an absolute gem!!!

y one, Krista listened to our vision for our wedding day and worked with us to make it come to life in a way we only hoped for. The way in which she took every little element we wanted and put it together into the most beautiful wedding I’ve ever seen, is seriously incredible. And everyone around us felt it too! She also made sure that my husband and I had the smoothest, most calm wedding day possible. We never once felt confused or rushed or stressed, the day went off without a hitch. Her assistant Meagan is also amazing! She checked in on us consistently making sure we had everything we needed and that we were feeling good, and that truly meant so much. 10/10 could not have been a better experience, and we will always recommend de Vasco’s Daughters!

gside them in the lead up to each couple's big day. Krista is one of the very best. Her creative design never ceases to amaze me - her weddings always look so imaginative and stunningly beautiful. Allied to that is her eye for detail and her care and attention to each and every client. Fast forward to the day-of, and she's unflappable. I've never seen anything ruffle her feathers at a wedding - she simply rides the wave and makes it all look so easy (it's not!)! Planners like Krista are worth their weight in gold and if you're looking for someone who will guide you through the entire process with grace, imagination, and class: look no further!

their work and advice, we felt the reception flowed better than many others we've attended. Krista's vision is second to none (while respecting your budget ;)) Highly recommend!

y exudes passion in what she does when working with couples to help bring their wedding dreams to life. Krista was so helpful and patient with many zoom calls and emails. She had great recommendations on vendors and since she has established such great relationships with the vendors, many of them offered a discount to "DeVasco Brides." She and her team were BEYOND amazing on my wedding weekend. It was so nice to sit back and relax and enjoy my wedding day knowing that she had all the logistics in order and taken care of. She even picked up my dessert of donuts on the way to the venue! Could not recommend Krista and her team more! So sad that the wedding is over in that I will not be in frequent communication anymore. Thank you for making our wedding day an absolute DREAM!

work were clear throughout the entire process, and the end result was a beautiful, stress-free wedding. With the Management + Design offering, we got a handful of one-on-one meetings leading up to wedding day, access to her vendor list, design recommendations and more. Krista also put together a timeline and shared it with all vendors and VIPs to ensure everyone was on the same page. Then, on wedding day, she and her team guaranteed we had nothing to worry about, taking care of any issues quickly and quietly. Krista and her team didn't just make our wedding planning and day easier — they gave us a wedding we couldn't have done by ourselves. We couldn't recommend de Vasco's Daughters more!

had to focus on was each other and the love of our guests, because Krista and her team were busy handling everything from sticking to the timeline to sewing a bridesmaid's dress back together, and keeping things running according to our vision. Throughout the planning process, Krista had and kept our complete trust. We cannot recommend DvD highly enough.

et to know us and make it so personal. Design skills are unmatched and our day could not have been more stress free with this team on our side. Honestly so grateful for their work. Glad we selected de Vasco’s Daughters - would recommend them to anyone I know getting married.

are so glad we did. She helped us select other vendors and brought our vision to life. Krista is great at what she does and has impeccable taste. She guided us through the whole process and made recommendations for flowers, linens, decor, etc. based on the inspiration photos we shared with her. The wedding day went smoothly because of Krista and her team. If something went wrong, we never knew about it because de Vasco's Daughters were there to trouble shoot. Would absolutely hire again!

what does and doesn't work is essential. Krista was our liaison in coordinating all the vendors and developing a timeline that worked well for all. When it really matters is the day of the wedding when your focus can be solely on enjoying the event. She handled everything from decorating dining tables to cuing us when to walk down the aisle. Her attention to detail was spot on. She collected all our personal items (i.e. photos, card box, Unity candle, cake serving set, etc.) at the end of the evening so we didn't have to and brought them back to our room. Needless to say, the evening ran smoothly largely due to Krista and her crew. We couldn't have done it without you!! A huge Thank You to de Vasco's Daughters for making our evening a once in a lifetime event!

only took one meeting to know that she was perfect for us. Her eye is outstanding, as well as her ability to work with numerous vendors to create a magical event. She is more than happy to work with couples who already have ideas for their wedding, and encouraged us to stick to our gut when it came to our vision for the day. Not only did she support the decisions we had already made, but she was a wonderful translator for the half-formed thoughts and dreams we wished we could explain into requests to our vendors. Krista was someone who we could turn to on the day of our wedding when we needed a calming and assuring presence. Her and her team handled the entire day with poise and ease, and she even managed to get blue icing out of my dress! Krista fully invests in every couple she works with and will do everything in her power to make your wedding day as perfect as can be. We cannot recommend de Vasco's Daughters enough.

and expertise made wedding planning a breeze and enjoyable. On top of all that, her sense of style and design is unparalleled! On the day of, she worked with us and our vendors to make sure the day was stress free and everything came together. We are SO grateful for Krista and can not recommend her and her team enough!

at went beyond all of our expectations. It was truly the perfect night! Her knowledge and experience were crucial through every step of the planning process. Her broad network of vendors allowed us to tailor our wedding to meet our vision. Without de Vasco’s Daughters, we wouldn’t have been able to pull off the night of our lives! - Sonja & Craig

and they truly made our vision come to life on our wedding day. We are still dreaming about it! The eye they have for every little detail is immeasurable, and it did not go unnoticed. Vince and I can’t rave enough about how effortless our day felt to the two of us because of these amazing women. We were stress free and able to soak up every special and fleeting moment of the day. I can’t express how much that means to the two of us, as the day goes by so quickly. If anything went wrong, we had no idea at all. It was truly a magical day for us and our guests. We would recommend DVD 1000 times over!

oth of us and assuring we didn’t need to worry about anything! If there were any questions that needed clarification she pulled me aside to get the answer which was great. She cleaned and organized rentals and decor efficiently and our photographers and venue raved about her work ethic, saying a planner that good is rare! We hired her for design and day of coordination. She took my vision and adjusted to make it a reality, offering us vendor discounts for floral, rentals, linens, and stationary. She was present for all meetings pertaining to how the day would look and handled pickup and drop off of rentals. I was responsible for booking vendors and payments as well as putting together a timeline with all of my vendors for her, I myself am a bit of a planner so having control over this put me at ease. She spent 13+ hours with us on our wedding day, and didn’t leave until everything was cleaned and accounted for. I can not say enough good things about her, if you are on the fence about day of coordination she is a necessity! And if you want a timeless, stylish, and elegant day she is perfect for design. We loved our day thanks to de Vasco’s!

stress moments (e.g. speeches) and made sure that things were handled smoothly. A+++++++ outstanding!

out every panicked moment, every hilarious but concerning encounter with a possible bump in the road, every zoom call, she was there for me. She made me feel calm and assured that all problems would be fixed, and she made an effort to honor what I thought was important and help make that vision come true. On our wedding day, she quickly and efficiently solved problems I did not know where there, was all over the venue making sure things were running smooth, and at the end of the night my family chanted her name we were so grateful! It is not an understatement to say that she was the absolutely best thing I did to help my wedding go well, and her team members were top notch. I am so grateful to her and cannot say enough about her service, value, professionalism and friendship. Thank you Krista!

dding day played out. Perfect! I would highly recommend de Vasco's Daughters for your wedding event or any event for that matter.

vance) and she had made arrangements for someone else to handle everything on the day of the wedding. Who knew we would be blessed with de Vasco's Daughters?! Krista stepped in and directed our day as if she had been in on the planning for the past year and a half. The transition from my daughter's planner to Krista was seamless. The day/evening was perfect - a word used by so many that night. Obviously, we could not have done it without her and she helped make it a night my daughter and her new husband could be free of worries. They were able to just enjoy being with each other and their guests. I have seen pictures of the beautiful weddings de Vasco's Daughters have helped create and I have no doubt that Krista and her team would make your special day one to cherish and worry free as well!

leading up to the wedding. She explained the process, assisted with the timeline and very small details I would have otherwise missed and also came with to do the final walk through of the venue. Krista has been nothing but kind and professional throughout the process and made sure to keep reminding me that everything would work out and not to stress. Krista's team the day of were also very helpful, attentive and made sure everyone stayed on track. I had a hard time trusting that someone I had previously never met could bring my vision to life the day of the wedding, but Krista and her team did so perfectly. I cannot say enough good things about de Vasco's Daughters. One of the best decisions I made in the planning process!

my wedding day, and they ran the tightest ship when it came to set up, managing the timeline, assisting with teardown, fielding all questions from wedding party and guests, being on patrol of my dress and veil :), and making me feel so incredibly special. Our situation was unique in that our official full-service planner was not able to be present on our wedding day. Our planner so graciously connected us with Krista and de Vasco's Daughters as the person she trusted most with our wedding (that says a lot!). The month leading up, Krista was on the ball getting familiarized with our wedding and attending all of our meetings. Krista and her team are truly wonderful, and I'm lucky to have gotten to work with them in even the small capacity that I did! Knowing how they so perfectly managed my wedding day, I can only imagine the fantastic work they can do when you start working with them from the beginning. Thank you Krista and team!
