We didn't need a full-service planner, but we thought it would be a good idea to have someone starting around a month before to help us keep track of various things, and especially on the day of, when we wanted to have our plates as clear as they could be. We found Deanna by chance, and are fortunate to have done so. She was extremely professional and offered everything she said she would. A month out, she started assisting our own planning, creating a draft timeline and organizing our other vendors. Two weeks out, she became the primary point of contact for the latter and created a more detailed version of the former. The week of, she took over, somehow making everything work and receding into the background at the same time. For those, like us, looking for a compromise option between having someone do everything and doing everything yourselves, Deanna is the perfect fit. We recommend her highly.

Hi! My name is Deanna Siegel and I have been passionate about event planning my entire life. This passion ended up leading me into a career in the wedding and event industry starting in 2019. I have worked as an event rental coordinator, catering manager, wedding venue salesperson, wedding planner and wedding coordinator. I have been the lead coordinator for over 70 weddings and, in November 2023, I was a bride, myself. I have had the opportunity to learn about the industry through multiple avenues and I am so excited to share what I have learned with you! I'm happy to work with LGBTQIA+ couples as well as couples interested in nontraditional/themed weddings.

make sure you hire Deanna! We hired her relatively late in the wedding planning process but despite that she still saved us from a ton of stress in the weeks leading up to the wedding and also on the wedding day. She went to bat for us when things were getting dicey between us and the venue. She was very responsive to vendor questions. She was bought in to our DIY visions in for the wedding. She did a fantastic job helping set everything up to make our vision come to life. Our wedding would not have gone as smoothly as it did without her. Book her now before someone else does!

first time we met Deanna over zoom! Then when we met in person at the rehearsal she was even more amazing! She is organized, asked all the right questions, made excellent suggestions about the “flow” of the day, was the one who “took charge” at the rehearsal to make sure everyone knew their roles and was great with the kiddos in the wedding too! nd Kathryn going to medical school. Needless to say finding time to plan the wedding which was taking place back in California where we just moved from was next to impossible. We had most of our vendors selected and venues booked, but not much else. We found Deanna and got in touch 2 or so months before our wedding. She kept us on track with homework and picked up the slack by following up with us and our vendors when our homework was late. She was able to make a day of plan and back up plan in case of rain. She organized and helped practice our ceremony plan in person during our rehearsal. The day of our wedding, she really executed the plan and made everything come together. She helped organize vendors, wedding party, and guests. Deanna also helped setup our reception venue and kept everything moving. Our wedding had no major glitches and it was all due to the coordination and efforts of Deanna. I cannot recommend her enough for how much she contributed to the success of the best day of our lives.
