She took the time to understand what mattered most to us and was able to organize all the chaos to make our vision come to life. She even worked with our photographer to create the perfect day of timeline.  What really amazed us was how she handled some of our more challenging vendors with so much grace. She protected our vision without ever creating tension, and we could genuinely feel that she had our backs throughout the entire process. On the actual wedding day, she was the reason we were able to stay present and relaxed. Any potential stress never even reached us because she was already on top of it before we knew anything was happening. She floated through the day making sure every moment came together just the way we imagined, and honestly, the whole celebration felt effortless because of her.  We walked away from our wedding feeling completely cared for and supported, and we are so grateful for everything she did to make our day feel so special. If you’re looking for someone who not only knows how to run a wedding flawlessly but also brings genuine heart to the experience, she’s the one.

With two separate event spaces and several friends helping with setup and takedown, Tina took charge, assigning roles, meeting with everyone, and ensuring everything ran seamlessly. She created detailed checklists and timelines that covered things we hadn’t even considered, all while staying attuned to our ideas and making thoughtful suggestions to enhance the day. Tina’s top priority was making sure we could enjoy ourselves without being burdened by the inevitable little issues that pop up—and she delivered on that promise. If there were any hiccups, we never knew about them. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, the day was filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. I truly cannot express how grateful I am for Tina’s help. We could not have achieved such a beautiful and stress-free celebration without her.

eparing for this day. I had no idea what I was doing, yet I knew that I wanted the day to be perfect, and I didn’t have any guidance. With costs exceeding our budget more and more with each vendor, decoration, and thing that we just had to have, we decided not to hire a wedding planner and take on even more costs. Cue Tina! Tina had been my friend for a couple years at this point, and was more than willing to throw herself into the deep end with me. I didn’t want to burden her since I felt like such a disorganized mess and thought I would just be a headache, but she stood by me and I’m so glad she did! We were living in the same apartment building at the time, and when I was freaking out about making a decision like choosing dresses for my bridesmaids, she would just run right over with her computer, talking through the process with me while she organized our options in a Google Doc (she used to work in project management for a large company, so she is really organized and good at this stuff!!). Perhaps the most selfless act that she contributed toward my wedding, however, was hand making all of our party favors - about 200 of them!! I dreamed up the idea for these very custom little jars that I wanted to give away at our wedding with a s’more trail mix inside, but I figured I would have no way of seeing that idea to fruition. Again, cue Tina! I remember walking into her apartment one day and seeing her with these crazy magnifying goggles on while she was tying the little bows on all my jars (I should add, crafting is another long-time hobby and skill of hers!) She put so much care into making these party favors for me, you would’ve thought that she was making them for her own wedding, and every one of them came out perfectly. I’m sure that I am forgetting to mention things because she helped me in so many ways, but I will just close by saying this: When you hire Tina, you are getting a friend. If you are thinking, “oh my gosh, planning this wedding is so stressful and I have no idea how I’m going to do this,” she’s your girl. You can shop around and try to find the perfect wedding planner - I ultimately hired someone for some short-term/ day-of wedding coordination because people urged me too (and Tina wasn’t doing this professionally yet, she was just helping me!) - and I suppose person I hired was fine, but we barely spoke, I wasn’t sure what she was even doing, and she ended up losing the straps to my wedding dress!! So there you go, you can think that you’re hiring someone great and be disappointed at the end of the day. But everything that Tina did for my wedding was done with the utmost love and care and always exceeded my expectations. I know that she will work with her clients closely to make sure they are happy every step of the way to give them the most memorable and fantastic day!
