Suzanne is a dream to work with. As the event coordinator at a popular venue, it was such a pleasure to collaborate with such a well organized, detail oriented, and kind party planner. Suzanne was always respectful of our venue's policies and procedures and willing to find solutions that worked for both of us. She was generous and thoughtful throughout the whole process and I cannot wait to work with her again!

Suzanne was wonderful! First of all, she’s a genuinely lovely person. She was on top of every detail Excellent communication skills. I really don’t know what we would have done without her! We didn’t hire a coordinator with our first daughter’s wedding. Big mistake! I was actually able to enjoy my second daughter’s wedding and everything was perfect!

Dear Party Planner organized and executed a special bachelorette weekend for me and my bridal party. In an industry where attention to detail is so important, Suzanne continuously raises the bar. She planned activities and meals perfectly suited to my taste yet also inclusive of other guests. Years later we still talk about the wonderful weekend that was complete with customized gifts for each bridesmaid.

I planned my wedding myself, but a few weeks before hand I decided that a day of coordinator might be a good idea. Best choice I made for my wedding by far! Suzanne had some great last-minute ideas I hadn't thought of. She also set everything up and chased down the officiant, DJ and baker, none of whom had showed up 30 minutes before the ceremony. She worked with the venue and other vendors to make my day absolutely seamless. All I had to was make eye contact and she was there to help with whatever I needed. She was bubbly, friendly and engaged the whole night (unlike my photographer who spent the whole time on his phone looking bored). I was able to enjoy my night and when I picked up the boxes of decor from the venue the next day, everything was packed up beautifully. Perhaps the most convincing thing I can say is that my husband, who was oblivious to almost everything specifically noted that she was a critical addition to the evening. Can't recommend Dear Party Planner highly enough!

Dear Party Planner created my perfect bachelorette party from start to finish. She listened to exactly what I wanted and even gave me everything I didn't know I wanted within budget. She didn't miss a single detail and I cannot thank her enough for a truly memorable experience.

I had the pleasure of being a bridesmaid in a wedding where Dear Party Planner (DPP) was the planner for the bridal shower, the bachelorette party, and the morning of festivities. DPP has a special gift of adding those extra touches to make the day, night, or weekend feel like you just received royal treatment. She is always 10 steps ahead, looking to outdo her last event, all while keeping that personal element and caring touch. I would recommend Dear Party Planner to anyone I meet and I am looking forward to an occasion where I can be the direct recipient of her organization, creativity, and flawless execution. AK
