Dear Rose Studio

Cara from Dear Rose Studio is absolute magic. Cara was our "day of" coordinator, but was so much more.From the first day we met her she was the most integral member of our wedding team. From day 1, her motto is that whatever the bride (and mom:) )want, she can make work. She helped us to take our vision and turn it into a reality. We planned a somewhat complicated wedding that involved a few different locations (backyard, beach, reception venue) and she helped to figure out how everything would work and flow seamlessly. Throughout the planning process, she was always available to bounce ideas off, and her wedding experience gives her so much expertise -- she always knew what would work well and what would not work well. She also thought of so many small details that I never would have thought of. One of our biggest struggles was seating assignments - she helped us to arrange an absolutely beautiful floor plan and strategize seating arrangements. She then went above and beyond on the wedding day when we needed to make some last minute changes - she just handled it without letting me stress about it. On the day of the wedding she was with us all day and kept things running in order. She created a detailed timeline down to the last minute of the day so that everything would run smoothly. We had so many people comment that the day flowed so well, and people did not have to think about where to go or what to do, it all just came together. This was possible because of the countless time and energy that Cara spent on planning the details. We also had her do our invitations which were stunning (still getting comments about them!), as well as some calligraphy for the wedding (welcome board, name cards, bride/groom tags on our chairs, and more ) and her work is absolutely beautiful. Throughout the wedding planning Cara became a friend and felt like part of our family. She is great at what she does and I want to gift her services to all of my friends and family that will be getting married in the next year! We could not have had the most amazing wedding of our dreams without Cara and Dear Rose Studio.
