veryone who talked tl my husband to book my stay and everyone I met went above and beyond my expectations. Please stay here, it's absolutely top notch with some of the best Marriott customer service I have ever received. For my Disney fans.. they have a special secert about their Inn. It's a must visit for any Disney fan. Thank you to the whole staff from the bottom of my heart for everything yesterday. You all are amazing! Mo, thanks for the kind words, the positive vibes and for making sure I took a breath.

have late checkout of 4pm with Titanium Elite status. I had the opportunity to have several upgrades but took the "base" room which was more than enough for just myself! Will definitely want to come and stay here again!

The location is ideal, especially if you’re visiting Dearborn or the Henry Ford area, and the overall atmosphere feels refined without being stuffy. Highly recommend, and I would absolutely stay here again.

. That was the same price as my wife’s old fashion. Just doesn’t make sense. $50 before tip for 3 run of the mill drinks and a $3 charge for soda water. We also asked 4 times to put it on the room and they kept giving us a regular bill without a spot to put a room number (like shown). Check-in was average at best, nothing special like you would expect for the nightly rate they are fetching. Some hotel staff were pleasant and outgoing but not most. If you have a room near the stairs and there is an event (which there is a lot of ie weddings) it is very loud down the halls. We also had a used tea bag & wrapper in our ice bucket that I found on my way to get ice. Overall the facelift, color & decor inside is great. Rooms are still small but more importantly they need to do a better job with the staff (aside from var prices). This is Dearborn. Oh and our air conditioning was not working. After some problem solving (as I did not have faith in hotel staff to fix it) my daughter found the panel was not latched and the switch was off on the unit power source. Just an all around disappointment from a platinum elite member looking to enjoy a piece of history. At least at the Fairfield Inn I know what to expect.

ly nice. The comped breakfast was a limited menu where the only “real” hot breakfast item is scrambled eggs. It was delicious and the voucher takes care of everything including tips, so we just ate and left. Free EV charging was also a huge plus. It’s rare nowadays to see free charging at hotels. Hopefully they don’t change it soon. They usually turn the stations off so that locals don’t charge here, so you need to call front desk to ask them to send someone over to activate the stations.
