th the many “perfect shots” we had to choose from when we received our online gallery from our wedding day. For an Orange County photographer, she was reasonably priced with amazing quality. She was very proactive and detailed from the beginning and even helped me figure out my own day of timeline which totally stressed me out! We were so thankful to have her for our wedding photographer and we will definitely use her services again in the future!

nn on a Instagram post and my now husband and I really liked her content and photography style. From the very start she was very honest and helpful with making sure she would be a great fit for us. Pricing was within our budget, and we even had a second photographer to assist with the first portion of our wedding. She also met with us after our first phone call to walk through the venue with us to make sure we were comfortable with photo ideas and timeline. We recieved a beautiful preview gallery 3 days later from our wedding as we landed in Hawaii for our honeymoon, it was perfect! Jenn stayed in contact with us throughout the editing process and we were beyond pleased with the final gallery and all of the great moments she captured. I would recommend Jenn to anyone in the Southern California location. It was truly meant to be!! She will capture your "best day ever" beautifully.

3 months ago), instead of focusing on being happy newlyweds I have dealt with anxiety and depression because of her. 1. She does not place people properly for photos. All of our family photos have people with the bottom half of their face cut off from the person standing in front of them, our wedding party photos are completely unbalanced with bridesmaids and groomsmen on the sides, all people are standing a certain way except one person, people have sunglasses on their heads, people not smiling, etc. Most of the photos sent to me from our first dance, bridal party entrance, father/daughter dance are from behind and you can't see anyones faces. 2. I provided her a list before the wedding of all family photos I wanted to make sure we got and she did not go off of it or even bring it out to the ceremony. The only photo I got of my husband and my immediate family my dad is not smiling. She offensively told me that "maybe he wasn't happy at that moment". She sent 1 half-ass attempt of dragging his smile in photoshop to where he looked like a cartoon character and when I mentioned this she told me to find someone else to fix it because "she tried". She became unresponsive and wouldn't even send me the raw images of the photos to have someone else fix it for me after she suggested it. 3. I am missing EXPECTED wedding photos. I'm talking that I don't have any good photos of my dad walking me down the aisle, my 90 year old grandmother gifting me a 120 year old family heirloom, my dad hugging me before we walk down the aisle, photos of me with our flower girls, etc. When I asked for all the photos from the wedding, she claimed she wouldn't send them because "the files are too large and sending raw images would allow me freedom to alter them and misrepresent her artistry". 4. ALL of our ceremony photos are taken from an extremely far distance. I specifically announced to our guests and had a sign made that stated no guests were allowed to take photos during the ceremony so that we would have beautiful, unobstructed photos. I am now left with disappointing ceremony photos from Jenn and zero ceremony photos from guests. 5. Jenn and her assistant were extremely unprofessional and rude toward guests, staff of our venue and other vendors. We got multiple complaints about her attitude and the way she talked to other people. She also dressed inappropriately for our venue. 6. Our wedding was September 23, 2017. Today is December 19, 2017 and I still DO NOT have the USB drive that I paid for with my package. She also took the full 8 weeks to send the online gallery. 7. The worst of all, she is TOTALLY unwilling to work with me to make this right or show any sympathy. I sent her a list of photos that seemed to be missing from the album sent and she agreed she would eventually get to them. Today she stated she is refusing to read any more emails from me and is not going to send the photos I listed to her. She has continued to make me feel like I am unworthy of her time, other clients are more important than me, I am bothering her, etc. She is withholding my precious memories from me and my family for no reason at all. I trusted this woman with the most important day of our lives and she completely failed us and is unwilling to take ownership or make it right.

e her work is amazing!! But because she is one of the sweetest people I know. Not to mention Jenn was was 8 months pregnant when she took our engagement pictures! And also her birthday was on our wedding day! No matter what Jenn showed up with a smile on her face and did a beautiful job on our pictures. She truly made it so easy, fun, and comfortable being in front of her camera. I cannot thank Jenn enough for how special she made this time in our lives. Anyone looking for a photographer needs to go with Jenn :)

immediately started looking for another photographer. Jenn was recommended through a friend who had gotten married a few months before. We heard nothing but great things so we figured we would at least meet with her. She was quick to respond and fit us in right away. THANK HEAVENS she did! Upon meeting Jenn we just knew we found the perfect person to capture all the special moments of our big day. We were thrilled to find that an engagement photoshoot was part of our package! We were planning a very small and intimate wedding so we had a strict budget and didn't think we could really afford a photographer. Finding Jenn was like a dream come true. My husband and I don't really take photos together, and I mean rarely..in the 6 years we've been together. At our engagement photoshoot, I'll admit, we were VERY awkward. We just didn't know what to do but Jenn guided us and made us feel so at ease! The photos came out AMAZING! Our family couldn't wait to get their hands on them. Our wedding was this past September. We were a little non-conventional and had our very own "Wedding Wednesday." Jenn was great about contacting me before and making sure she had a list of all the photos we wanted captured. The last thing a Bride wants to do is worry about vendors on her wedding day. I didn't have to worry about a thing! Jenn was at the venue before I was and ready to go the second I got there. The day was perfect and we couldn't wait to see all the wonderful photos. We received our photos last week, 4 weeks after the wedding! I've heard horror stories of couples who have waited 5-6 months for their wedding photos. Yikes! My husband and I were so giddy upon receiving the email from Jenn with our wedding album. We immediately opened the album together and were speechless. Every moment captured is absolutely beautiful. It takes us right back to our wedding day. We are forever grateful to have found Jenn and when it comes to our future, we know exactly who we are going to for all of our photography needs. Thank you Jenn for EVERYTHING!

ure our wedding day. She made it so easy to be natural in front of her camera. Our wedding was on July 25th so we haven't seen all of our photos yet, but the ones she's shown us so far are out of this world gorgeous!! I can't wait to see the rest when she finishes them!!

She captured everything and from the previews I have seen I am beyond pleased. She even noticed that I had left some party favors in the house and had our flower girls and ring bearer hand them out for us (which ended up being way cuter than my husband and I doing it). She is truly an amazing professional and you will never have to worry about her showing up. As a bride I can tell you that people not showing up is a huge concern however Jenn was never on the list to be concerned about. -- you want to have Jenn as your photographer! Jenn shot my wedding on July 18, 2015. It poured rain and our wedding was outdoors. Jenn and her second shooter remained calm and captured all the stunning moments a bride and groom could ever ask for. Jenn was able to improvise and was not afraid of a little, actually, a lot of rain. I'm so thankful for Jenn's ability to remain calm that day! Jenn braved the rain and talked me into doing my first look while the rain broke for a few minutes and the moment I had with my husband was phenomenal. There was thunder and lightning when my husband saw me during our first look! Literally there was thunder and lightning! Jenn really knows what she is doing. Not only does she know how to direct you and whomever else will be in the photos but she's fun and such a pleasure to work with. She is so helpful and will go above and beyond to get the shot! Jenn really cares about you and your day and it really shines through in her work. She even helped my husband on the day of our wedding roll up his sleeves because he was having trouble doing it himself! She will listen to your ideas and get that shot you've been dreaming of, or one you have seen on Pinterest (all ladies have one they have seen on Pinterest)! The first sneak peek was a photo of myself in my dress standing on the beach and I can't even describe how I felt when I saw it. I cried because it was just beautiful. The light, color, focus, composition and presence she captured in that photo was just stunning.
