Ewerton and his team were truly the most amazing part of my wedding day! He came in with such a professional yet calm and friendly manor that we instantly felt comfortable working with him. My husband and I had no idea what we were doing during couple portraits, but Ewerton guided us through everything so effortlessly. My wedding planning unfortunately dropped the ball and was not around to help during a lot of these moments, but Ewerton stepped up for the role and helped make the day run so smoothly. He was SO prompt getting us back our photos and we cried tears of joy watching his carefully selected teaser slideshow and then the entire gallery of almost 700 photos! I would hire Decastro photography for any events in the future and am so thankful to have these photo moments of the best day of my life!

Decastro Photography is an excellent and affordable choice for a high-quality photographer shooting any type of event, from the once-in-a-lifetime to the routine.
We hired Ewerton...
to shoot our rehearsal dinner, booking him just a couple months before the August 2025 event. A death in the family less than a week beforehand caused Ewerton to miss the event, but he was very communicative and apologetic (not that he needed to be) about the situation. In his place, he tagged in his best replacement, Brittney, and she and her photo assistant did a phenomenal job.
We’re extremely happy with the quality of the photos (the lighting, the framing, the timing, etc.), as Brittney and her assistant captured every moment from the evening and overdelivered the number of photos in our album. In addition to being very friendly and easy to work with, the duo were efficient at getting every single arrangement of family and friends that we put on the group shot list, surprising us with how quickly and how many we completed. And they even included gratuitous photos of our German Shepherd, our creative decor, and our featured food items in the album. These were available to download from Decastro’s easy-to-use portal much quicker than we expected, which we’re grateful for.

willing to talk to us throughout-up the time up to the wedding. The day of, we felt like royalty. His crew kept up with us the entire time. his shots were unique and he didn’t follow the basic norm of wedding photos and was able to capture the magic and memories we didn’t even realize we had because we were rushing everywhere. My husband goes, “I feel like we are celebrities”. By the end of the wedding we felt like he and his crew were invited as guests and they were apart of the family.
I know as soon as the wedding is over, you typically want your photos as soon as possible because you are so excited to see the work. We were actually happy that the time was taken to edit the photos properly and professionally and of course when we got the photos back it was like opening a gift. He was the first photographer we spoke with- and we are truly happy that we went with our gut!

I met Ewerton and Nagila when they photographed my senior pictures back in high school. Years went by and I went to my cousins’ wedding in Destin, Florida.

All of a sudden I realized that the wedding photographers were Ewerton and Nagila.
We talked a little during the reception and we decided right then and there that we wanted them to be our wedding photographers as well.
Our wedding was October 18, 2023 in Destin, Florida.
Ewerton and Nagila flew in 2 days before.
We had a pre-wedding session, a rehearsal dinner and then the wedding.
Let me tell you, we could not be happier.
The photos are simply breathtaking, and the experience was amazing. They are welcoming and so much fun. Everyone loved them.

I’d say I recommend them 100%, but I don’t think that’d be enough.
