uld have called me letting me know and I would have understood. Then I proceeded to tell her that they should have called me and that wasn't good customer service. RIGHT after I said that she said I can just cancel your order if you have a problem with us. WHAT COMPANY SAYS THAT she didn't even apologize. She kept threatening to cancel my order the day before my event so I had no choice but to put up with this disaster of a company and they didn't arrive until after 10pm There driver had to apologize on her behalf. Aside from that drama, they only deliever 20 ft from the truck so I was forced to put 40 chairs and 6 table inside at 10pm at night in 20 degree weather. Stay. Away.
