Kristina was the best thing that happened to our wedding. This woman is hardworking, kind, generous, and an overall GEM to be around. My husband and I were blown away when we saw the photographs she took of us for our engagement session and wedding in Beaver Creek, Colorado. We called her the morning of our engagement session and said, “We found a horse we can use for the photos, do you mind!?” and she was so excited, enthusiastic, and romped around tall itchy grass with us for hours to get the perfect shots. Her personality was a perfect fit as she is very type A/take charge (like I am) and told us what to do, posed us in a very natural way, and also captured the sweet little in between moments and interactions- the genuine belly laugh photos are some of our favorites. We had Kristina stay the weekend with us at our wedding so she could capture both the welcome party and the wedding day. Our rehearsal dinner was on a hillside at the Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch and hiring her for this event was such a god send. They are some of our favorite photos from the weekend- so relaxed and fun and great memories with our guests. The day of our wedding we didn’t have a lot of time for group pictures with each of our friends, so this was a great time to make that happen. We also did speeches at our welcome party instead of the wedding and she captured all of the emotions- laughing, crying, and overwhelmed with love. The morning of our wedding she was a calming force and even had her assistant helping to steam our bridesmaid dresses- cannot ask for better service than that. Such a sweet and unexpected gesture. Kristina started the morning doing all of our detail shots and worked her booty off for the next 9 hours ensuring everything ran seamlessly. We wanted to do a first look on site and those photos are some of our favorites- I highly recommend doing a first look to spend more (uninterrupted) time with your soon to be spouse. It is such a crazy day and the first look was such a nice break/moment not to mention fantastic photo op. She directed my family through the dreaded family photos and ran around searching high and low for the perfect lighting during a *very* sunny day at 10,200 feet altitude on the Beaver Creek Wedding Deck. Our reception was at Saddleridge and the photos captured of the space are stunning. The epic dance party photos are also fantastic and it’s obvious Kristina knows what she is doing in any lighting situation. I searched high and low to find her because wedding photos are so important! At the end of the day they're all you're left with--grandkids will see them, etc. Kristina was 100% the right choice for us--and if you can book her, I guarantee the right choice for you, too.
