I cannot speak highly enough of Deep Run Roadhouse. From the tasting with my mom and fiancé, conversations weeks before the wedding teasing through all of the little details, to the day-of logistics, Deep Run had it all covered. Every team member, whether it was over the phone, or in-person, embodied such a high level of professionalism that made me feel comfortable in entrusting them with the details. Not only is their food well-renowned, but I can also speak to their professionalism and customer service!

My husband and I had a great experience with Deep Run Roadhouse catering for our wedding! We worked with several employees throughout the entire process and each one was extremely helpful and reliable. Our whole wedding day ran super smoothly and DRR not only helped with catering but provided a full set-up and breakdown of our venue--eliminating a lot of potential stress. Something that was really special about DRR was that they also packaged up leftovers for my husband and I to take with us that night so we could eat after the wedding too!

Let me start by saying I did NOT want BBQ at my wedding. I just had it in my head that I would not do that. We looked at so many companies and the cost was outrageous. We did a tasting at deep run roadhouse. (You aren’t able to try everything at the tasting) the foods I wanted for the wedding weren’t on the tasting menu of course. So we ordered a special tasting si we could try the foods we wanted. Everything turned out delicious though. We had grilled chicken and salmon with a chimichurri sauce. Mashed potatoes, vegetable medley, jalapeño Mac n cheese, and regular mac n cheese. The staff was very professional and efficient. They were very kind to our guests and they also cut the cake.

We chose deep run road house for our wedding because of their delicious food and reasonable prices. We were provided a wider variety of BBQ and side options for a more reasonable price than other venders. They were SO responsive to every email and question, always responding the same day. They were professional, organized, and I had absolutely nothing to worry about with them on my wedding day. Everyone loved the food and the bar tender! I would recommend them to anyone!

We Used Deep Run Roadhouse to cater our wedding and we could not be happier with them. Aside from the countless comments we got from our guests on how good the food was, in our own opinion it just legitimately was some of the best BBQ either of us has ever had. As good as the food was the service was even better, our main points of contact were Annabelle and Emerson who were always very professional, responsive and easy to work with. Unfortunately we did not get any other names of the team of people who worked our wedding but the same can be said for each and every one of them. Big thanks to everyone who helped us make our special day that much more special.

From our tasting to the day of, the communication was so professional and understanding. The dinner service was flawless and our guests are still talking about how amazing the food was. We felt so taken care of and the service provided so much peace of mind on a busy day! We appreciate the team going above and beyond. It was a pleasure to work with the company and team. I’ve worked in the wedding industry for almost a decade and have rarely witnessed a catering company hitting every detail and working so professionally. Everything was prepared perfectly, set up beautifully, and wrapped and cleaned up to perfection! If you are considering Deep Run Roadhouse for your big day, go for it! Working with Deep Run was easy and enjoyable. Everyone we met was very friendly and swiftly answered our questions. Menu adjustments were simple and communication was fantastic. Not to mention the food! The food was great and the service provided for our wedding was phenomenal! Deep Run Roadhouse staff went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect! You can tell that they truly care about the services they provide. I cannot thank them enough for everything! Deep Run Roadhouse was one of the easiest of our vendors for me to work with--it was easy to schedule a tasting, easy to make adjustments and get questions answered, and communication was always clear and prompt. We ordered full-service catering and the buffet presentation looked great, the staff were friendly and helpful, they posted helpful allergen information, and of course it was super tasty! Probably even better than at our tasting. They also made sure my husband and I got some of our appetizers during cocktail hour, and made honeymoon plates for us, for the next day. I saw several of my guests go back for seconds, and a number of them told my family members that they absolutely loved the BBQ (and that's saying a lot, because I have friends and family who like to experiment with smoking their own meat). I highly recommend considering Deep Run Roadhouse if you want a stress-free catering service with crowd-pleasing food.

Deep Run was wonderful from the first meeting, the tasting, the quick response when I had questions, all the way through the wedding reception and clean up. They were so kind and helpful at the reception. They went above and beyond and we were so grateful for their help and their yummy food. Our guests really enjoyed the options and how quickly the buffet line moved. They did great!

Great service, Amazing food, however clean up after the wedding was a little hectic. I requested I have a to go box for my husband and I put in our cooler for the honeymoon and then the rest be packaged well for transport by one of our guests. Seemed like everyone was in a hurry to get it done that they didn’t individually package ours and then when one of the groomsman went to try to fix the problem we also didn’t get ice to go in the cooler resulting in our leftovers not being good for the honeymoon. Luckily we had leftovers from our guest when we got back from the honeymoon though.

Deep Run was amazing just as expected! I have been to tons of weddings where they catered and I knew I wanted to use them for mine. They made the process so easy from providing everything we needed, to the tasting and choosing our menu, to regular check ins on the menu/any changes, to the staff that worked our wedding. We didn't have to lift a finger the day of, it was such an awesome experience using them. 10/10 recommend!

Deep Run Roadhouse was absolutely amazing! They set up our personalized menu, and everything was just as delicious as the tasting that we had with them. The staff at my cocktail hour and reception was so kind, and we kept getting compliments all night about how professional they were from our guests. Additionally, they knew how to make a couple feel special on their big day. They did not over-serve or under-serve our guests, either food or drinks, and they packaged any leftovers for us to neatly put away in our vehicles at the night's end. I cannot recommend Deep Run enough if you want a caterer for your big day and love BBQ. Lastly, their prices are very affordable for couples on a tight budget; you will not cut any corners with this caterer as they ensure that everything is beautifully plated, showcased, and served.

HIGHLY recommend! Deep Run Roadhouse not only has phenomenal food but excellent service both during the wedding and during the planning process. They met with me as many times and I wanted and answered every question I had. They also helped me craft our menu to fit the vibe I was going for. During the wedding the staff were professional and on top of everything! The food was high quality and delicious. We got so many compliments from our guests about the staff and food after the event. The best of the best. They took so much stress off of my shoulders on my wedding day. Their team was so excellent. They set up tables, chairs, bar. They took care of the cake cutting and constantly kept the area clear of trash. The bartending was great and just what we needed for beer, seltzer, and wine. The food is top notch and the tasting surpassed all of our expectations. We got to create our perfect menu and people kept going back for seconds and even thirds! They made sure our plates made it out to us right when we sat down and the team packed away all our leftovers perfectly preserved for us to take home. Everyone was so friendly too and the guests loved them! Would hire again for other events, but they are excellent and perfect for a wedding.

I cannot say enough good things about DRR. First of all, their food is absolutely delicious. We had so many guests mention how good dinner was to us. But beyond that, their customer service was phenomenal. They were so responsive to any questions/concerns via email and the team that staffed my wedding went above and beyond with set up and clean up. DRR catered our wedding on 6/8/24. They were punctual, professional, and knew what they were doing! I had a stress free day with them at my wedding! The bartender was also incredibly personable! She even took time to visit my wedding website so she knew what to expect. I was shocked (in a positive way!) it truly shows just how dedicated they are to their customers. From the taste testing to the day of, we couldn’t have asked for better people to work with! We also received lots of compliments on how well the food tasted!! Their sweet potatoes are to die for, but seriously, all of their food is delicious!! Stop here for your BBQ wedding menu!!

I wanted to rave about this catering service. They recently catered my daughter’s wedding at Alturia Farms. The food was fantastic. Guest after guest stated how the food was excellent. We had smoked chicken, BBQ, sweet potatoes (the best), beans, coleslaw and corn bread. The servers and bartender were so professional, kind and very accommodating. They packed everything up that was left over in nice containers as well. I highly recommend DeepRun Roadhouse Catering. You will not be disappointed ❤️

Most wedding caterers have adequate food at best; Deep Run’s was terrific and tasted as delicious the day of as what we tasted at their restaurant. We hired Deep Run Roadhouse for our wedding and it was the BEST decision we made!! They were incredibly helpful while picking out our menu and very thorough with details at our final walkthrough. On the wedding day, the staff was very professional and on top of everything. All 19 of our tables were fed through the buffet quickly with great portion sizes, and my husband and I were plated the second we sat down. The food was AMAZING, and we now have leftovers for days! Deep Run bussed the tables and kept the venue tidy from cocktail hour all the way until the night was over. I cannot recommend them enough to cater your wedding!!
