Deer Lake Athletic Club

We were married here on September 17, 2016 and it was absolutely perfect. Tammie could not have been more professional and helpful throughout the whole thing. She answered any questions I had promptly and thoroughly. They were very accommodating with decorations (every other place I looked at told me "absolutely not" when I asked if we could put pictures up with Command strips) and food (we had a "fake" cake and brought in sheet cakes the night before and they stored them for us in their walk-in cooler). The food was really good and people tell me the service was impeccable. As soon as they were done eating/drinking, their empty plates/glasses were whisked away. The waitstaff and bartenders were great also. I wish I could remember the girl's name that was in the hall Friday night who was setting up because she was so helpful and nice (Alicia?). We had a short ceremony in the hall (no charge to get married there either and we could have done it outside if we wanted to) and opened the bar early (don't do it - people won't get out of line to see you get married :)). The prices were very reasonable; in fact, I don't think I could have gotten a better deal anywhere else for what we got. It was honestly perfect and I can't thank everyone there enough. Highly, highly recommended.
