About this vendor
Pass through the gates into Deer Park and you’ll know immediately that you have entered into an enchanted retreat. This beautiful nature preserve is home to deer, red fox, wildflowers, and natural beauty of all kinds. Look around and you can see the remnants of the limestone quarry that used to exist here. It is hard to believe that you are still in the city, just moments away from Indiana University and Downtown Bloomington.

If you are considering choosing Deer Park Manor for your wedding day, you absolutely should! This venue is beautiful, and our guests raved about it after our big day. Not only is i...
t perfect to make all of your garden-wedding dreams come true, but the customer service is also amazing. Lisa, who worked with us from the time we first toured until the time we cleaned up, was super kind, responsive, and helpful. She did anything and everything she could to go above and beyond and make our special day perfect. I would highly recommend choosing Deer Park Manor if you want to have an amazing wedding experience!
Venue property was gorgeous! Lisa helped us with set up and answered all our questions! She was very informative and accommodating!
I fell in Love with DeerPark as soon as we pulled in the drive and I am so glad. Deer Park is the absolute best venue for a romantic wedding. We opted for an outdoor wedding( indo...
or option also available)and I couldn't have been more pleased with everything. We were beyond impressed with how much Lisa worked to make our wedding dreams come true! The natural landscape along with the beautiful structure of the manor set the scene for such breathtaking views( we barely had to decorate). Lisa is truly a blessing and gave us the chance to relax and have a Fantastic wedding, while she worked with all vendors and kept things smooth and seamless.
Lisa was so flexible! She was so willing to help us out. It poured during our reception but she did her best to make it enjoyable. I highly recommend Deer Park Manor.
I had my wedding at Deer Park Manor and it was absolutely beautiful. Our wedding took place outside and the landscape and building are stunning. The only downside to this venue i...
s it's pricey and you have to individually pay for all tables, chairs, and extra items you need to rent which added to the overall cost. Other than that I was very happy with the venue,
Sue Sheldon, who takes care of event planning at Deer Park was wonderful to work with! She made us feel unique, took care of us and made our wedding feel special!
The Manor is ...
gorgeous year round! Its ornate gardens, indoor, and outdoor space and friendly staff set it aside from the other places we looked at!
We had just under 100 people for an afternoon outside wedding in April. I wouldn't have wanted to have a wedding that large inside the Manor, but I am sure it could be done.
Couldn't have been happier!
Deer Park was the perfect place for my wedding and reception, it was so gorgeous. No decoration is really needed because the place is so pretty, it was the perfect backdrop to our ...
wedding photos. I am a simple kind of girl so I adored Deer Park. Also, it was so nice to rent the penthouse out. The penthouse is upstairs, it has a huge kitchen a living room and three bedromms if I remember correctly. It's separated so that the bride and groom can both get ready upstairs and not see each other. It was so nice to have somewhere where everyone could get ready after working downstairs. I loved that. Even the penthouse was beautiful for pictures. My only reservations to sending you to Deer Park is the price, it was very expensive compared to a church ceremony, and I felt like they kept tacking on unneeded charges.
Great management, great service! Sue was amazing at taking care of everything for our big day. We had our ceremony and reception on-site and everything was great!
It was perfect for our wedding October 20th. We rented the weekend a year in advance and held our weddign rehearsal, ceremony, and reception there. We also rented their condo upsta...
irs and made my life much easier. I loved it! I highly recommend it and also believe Sue is one of the sweetest people I met in my wedding planning process. Sweet woman and very patient and helpful during the whole weekend!
Deer Park Manor was a fantastic location for our wedding, perfect for our 'country manor' theme. The grounds are lovely, plenty of room to amble, and the interior is beautiful and ...
atmospheric. Sue is an amazing coordinator and was so helpful leading up to the event, and very present on the big day--she was everywhere! We had a great time and no stress.
The Penthouse above the venue is also available to rent and is a great place to have the bridal party get ready, with plenty of room and separation for the men and the ladies.
Deer Park was a beautiful place for both our outdoor ceremony and our indoor/outdoor reception. They grounds are gorgeous and the decor inside is fabulous. Our experience there wa...
s great!
Beautiful venue with lots of trees, well-manicured lawn and lovely combination of controlled garden and wildflower vegetation. Had a mid-summer wedding, but first saw the grounds u...
nder 2 feet of snow. It was equally lovely in either season. Sue is very friendly and accommodating. We even had a special tech request that she helped work out for us. There are two fairly large dressing rooms, which made it easier to accommodate everyone who was getting ready on site. We rented a tent for reception seating and had food service in the grand hall so the caterer had direct access to the kitchen. Initially, we thought it would have been nice if the grand hall had been large enough to provide reception seating for 110 and a dance floor inside (for air-conditioned dancing) but the tent outside on the lawn actually made the reception far more visually interesting than an indoor reception, so no complaints in the end.
Deer Park Manor is the most incredible place to have a wedding! My whole day was magical thanks to the beautiful gardens at this wedding venue!
