suites. Everything about this venue is beautiful. There is ample room inside and out. An extremely spacious cocktail bar, a gorgeous balcony, and roomy patio. Those are just a couple bonuses outside of the ballroom itself. Secondly, the staff. Being that this was both of our first marriage, we didn’t know what to expect out of an event staff for something like this, and it exceeded every expectation. Courtney was ready to answer any questions we had during the planning stage, and day of, personally took care of us and our parents. If we were low on our drinks, we had a new one ready and in our hand in (seemingly) seconds. We cannot say enough good things about Courtney and her staff. Next, the food. We opted for the plated dinner and the options were fantastic. Even the hors d’oeurves were exceptional. We both agreed that we could’ve ordered any of our menu options and been thrilled with our meal for the night. Lastly, this probably could’ve fallen under staff, but we feel like it needs its own section. The help with set up / tear down was amazing. In our experience with big events, after a long day of celebrating, the worst part of it is tearing everything down at the end of the night. The staff had everything packed up and ready to go within minutes of when we said we were ready. All in all, five stars. We’d give it more if we could.

reason we picked Deerfield, other than the looks of course, but truly Courtney made us feel so confident that our day would be taken care of and worry free. The venue was outstanding with its upkeep both inside and outside. Beautifully decorated, honestly if you had NO décor, it would still be super impressive. The bridal suites and spacious downstairs made us so comfortable during the morning of. The place is GOREGOUS! The food was absolutely delicious and we got so many compliments on how many options there were. We appreciated how many choices you had to make to really make the food menu personal to you. The drinks were outstanding as well. The staff on hand was great & we could always find Courtney if we needed her. Overall, everything was perfect....actually it was better than that. When you have a wedding, you picture it in your head how it would go, but I could not have even IMAGINED in my head how perfect the day would go. Courtney made this whole day go smooth and she promises you that everything is taken care of! We love Deerfield so much we wish we could get married again next year!

What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that everyone had a great time. From the seamless flow of the evening to their willingness to accommodate special requests, they made sure everything ran smoothly. Courtney in particular, was extremely transparent and attentive to our needs to ensure everything ran as smooth as possible. Overall, we could not have asked for a better venue!

the food at a tasting before the wedding. Convenience is an understatement, we were able to get ready day of in the beautiful bridal suite and my husband even had a really nice area to get ready. There were so many gorgeous photo spots and I couldn’t have gotten enough compliments about the food and venue from my friends and family at the wedding. I would recommend this venue to anyone time and time again! The staff was all amazing and the bar service was fast and efficient, making delicious cocktails. My wedding at Deerfield was truly a dream come true!!!

Courtney and the staff treat you and your family like royalty on the big day. They catered to our parents and close family the whole night as well, bringing drinks and food constantly. Courtney was so organized and helpful for the entire planning process. Lastly, I HIGHLY recommend utilizing the bride & groom suite at Deerfield. My girls and I had a blast getting ready the morning of, as did the guys in the groom suite. The suites are beautiful and so spacious! I cannot recommend this venue enough, you truly will have the wedding of your dreams!

Courtney checked in on us all day/night, made sure we ate, had drinks, I even saw her make my great-grandmother her dinner plate without even being asking... we are just speechless. The staff was also amazing. Constantly clearing plates and clutter from tables all night and worked as a team. Our guests raved about how beautiful the venue was and how amazing the food was. The groomsman’s suite was a regular gentlemen’s room with a TV, mini fridge, changing room, games and lounge space. Both suites had accommodating attendants that brought food and drinks. The outdoor ceremony space was elegant, pristinely maintained and colorful. So much so that we saved money on ceremony flowers. The indoor/outdoor reception space was the perfect setting for warm weather, allowing guests to spend time on the patio overlooking the immaculate fairways and greens, or having a drink at the bar directly adjacent to the dance floor. Courtney, our wedding planner, clearly demonstrated that this is not only her career, but her passion. She was with us every step of the way, answering emails and asking for details all in a timely manner. Guests told us that she didn’t let a glass get empty before asking if they wanted another, she was seen cleaning the bathroom, treating her staff as equals, and demonstrating a professional demeanor at all times. Finally, the number of guests from our wedding that compliment the food, continues to grow. From the chicken spring roll appetizers to the prime rib and vodka sauce, I refused to allow Courtney take my plate and replace it with a warm one because I wanted to finish every bite on the first. When it came to the cost of everything - we received the final invoice and we’re pleasantly surprised. So much so, that we made upgrades to the bar and the menu. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier about what many told us was “the best wedding they’ve ever been to”. As a result of this wedding, the groom is inquiring about a golf membership and the bride is dying to try their newly renovated restaurant while having a cocktail. Personally speaking, after touring the space - we didn't want to look any further. And we hope you don’t either… We extend our highest thank you to Courtney and the entire staff at Deerfield. Thank you for making our dream become a reality on one of the most important days of our lives!

In addition to having our celebratory reception in the beautiful ballroom, we could not be happier to have utilized Deerfield’s beautiful bride and groom’s suites for getting ready on site in addition to the ceremony space. Deerfield is beautiful and allows for so much natural light. It is well decorated throughout, making it easier to take a less is more approach with centerpieces, florals, etc. We were worried about the quality of the food with a buffet style meal, but our guests were blown away with our tasty selections. Courtney was incredibly knowledgable and guided us through any questions or concerns that came up. We were overall so impressed and couldn’t have been happier with the way our day came together. 10/10 venue.

I had 9 bridesmaids, 2 flower girls and both of our moms getting ready, so the bridal suite was very important to me. They even recently just added a groomsmen suite which was an awesome spot for all the men to hang out! The ceremony space is BREATHTAKING. The grounds were beautiful, the decor is flawless. The food was unmatched as well. I’ve had so many guests tell us how amazing their dinners were! They clean up so well and you don’t even realize how efficient they are until you look around and see how quickly everything is done, and done perfectly. I came back the next morning to grab some leftover things and they already had the place spotless again. There are ceremony and reception items you can rent from Deerfield as well in case the stress of buying all the décor feels too overwhelming. I’d have to say, the buffet was the star of the show; most of our guests told us that it was some of the best food they have ever tasted, and my husband and I completely agree! Courtney and the wonderful Deerfield staff helped set everything up, and to our surprise they completely packed up the room neatly and gently after the wedding ended and had everything ready in boxes to be picked up the next day. Overall, my husband and I had such a smooth and stress free day and we were able to thoroughly enjoy our wedding. We received so many compliments that the venue was beautiful. Before I forget as this is one of the most important factors of a wedding facility, the photo opportunities are INSANE, everywhere you walk both inside and outside, an effortless picture is waiting to be taken.
