DeEtta's Bakery was responsive to our inquiries and professional throughout the process. Our tasting was done as a pick-up and try at home style due to COVID but we loved how we were able to mix and match different cake, frosting, and filling combinations all in the comfort of our home. We were hoping to mirror a strawberry shortcake that we grew up eating in Chicago. We ended up getting a 3 tier'ed cake plus one sheet cake of the white cake, Italian buttercream, and strawberry mousse filling. The cake was so light, moist, and creamy. We would highly recommend DeEtta's Bakery.
