Later, just before walking down the aisle, a groomsman popped a button, and Dani immediately swooped in with her sewing kit and had it fixed in seconds. Thanks to Dani and her team, the entire day felt seamless and stress-free. We hired them for month-of coordination, and from the moment Dani joined, we immediately felt at ease. On consult calls with planners, dreams crashed against realities and I received an impression that our vision of a bi-cultural wedding was both complex and would require us to give things up. There was a lot to learn and she shepherded us through the 3 dark a’s of anxiety, ambivalence, and ambiguity patiently and diligently as we built the project. I can’t mourn the buds that were pruned because Dani nurtured them all into ravishing blooms. The equally important small details like the color and texture of linens, tightlining cultural messaging, length of our cake (6ft!) and navigating the extra special cacophony that unfolds on a wedding day were approached with olympic strength and vigorous dexterity. During planning frenzy, I initiated the quickest and safest option often, only to be met with kind invitations to think bigger. She was just as excited as I was about all the colors and flowers I wanted to include in the day. She came up with so many stunning design options for linens, flatware, signage, and event spaces, so what we ended up choosing was more than anything I could have ever come up with myself. If one of my ideas was new to Dani, she would research it and come back to me with tons of ideas or vendors to pick from. I had mentioned in our initial meeting how much I loved the look of watercolors. Dani took that little tidbit and found the most unique stationary vendor for our invitations. The watercolor designs became one of my favorite details that made its’ way in all parts of our day. She was so professional, and easy to communicate with – I could email her 23847 times over the week, and she would always respond. She worked amazingly with every vendor (including the ones we hired before bringing her on) – one even told me that it was one of the best and most efficient weddings he’s worked in because of the communication between all the vendors. All of this collaboration between Dani, myself, and all of the vendors made it feel like all that extra work that brides have to do (i.e. emails, keeping track of contracts, timelines, etc.) was all taken care of. This makes such an impact and allows you to focus on what really matters!

and a true problem solver. Both she and Abby handled every challenge with ease. Dani’s knowledge of the wedding industry is unmatched—I can’t think of a single question she didn’t have the answer to. She took care of everything, making the two months leading up to my wedding so much less stressful. I encountered a lot of issues with my venue, but Dani and Abby stepped in and took control, ensuring the day turned out even better than I could have imagined. I struggled with decision fatigue, but Dani helped me bring my vision to life. On my wedding day, Abby kept everything running smoothly, despite the venue providing no assistance. She took charge and made sure everything went off without a hitch. Abby also spent hours setting up our decor exactly how I envisioned and packed it all up at the end of the night. I am extremely detail-oriented and a control-freak and I was at ease letting Abby and Dani take over for the day. I knew they wouldn't let me down, and they delivered!!
