Defiance Hall, by War Cannon Spirits, is a 10,000-square-foot, fully restored, rustic industrial venue built in 1820 and located in Crown Point, New York. Our event space is set in one of the oldest historic buildings of its kind in New York and is complemented by sweeping mountain views. Facilities and Capacity Defiance Hall by War Cannon Spirits hosts weddings for up to 125 guests, allowing a celebration to flow smoothly throughout the property for a unique experience. Guests may sip arrival drinks on our outdoor terrace and creek-side setting or indoors in an inviting, welcoming space. Couples may exchange their vows inside or outside, while dining is usually held in the main hall. Our second floor, The Loft, hosts afterparties and dancing upstairs. Additionally, we have a full bridal suite, ample parking, 10 electric car charging stations, and ADA-accessible restrooms, making the premises convenient and comfortable. Additionally, we own a 22-acre farm where our distillery is located, just a 10-minute drive away, providing additional opportunities for photographs. Services Offered The staff of Defiance Hall by War Cannon Spirits offers the private use of the space for 9 hours for up to 125 guests. Two fully stocked bars, outdoor areas, a commercial kitchen, optional in-house catering, a dance floor, and a bridal suite to easily facilitate festivities on-site. We can also recommend trusted local partners to help bring celebrations to life.

Amazing food and cocktails. Highly recommend the smoked brisket. Atmosphere is very Adirondack but modern. Staff was just as great as the scenery from the outdoor deck, which was perfect. Definitely going again for the French Quarter Cocktail.

Amazingly beautiful bar, restaurant and retail shop. The cocktails are very well prepared and the service was excellent. Must try the old fashioned. Added bonus the parking include EV chargers and they had AC/DC special edition juicy IPA!

getic. It's a fun place to go to again and again. Highly recommend. Be sure to try any of their cocktails... especially the Old Fashioned... so good! They make some delicious pizzas and yummy BBQ sandwiches. Be sure to try their mac and cheese dishes... decadent! War Cannon Spirits is on its way to becoming a must visit destination.

This place could be awesome! However, the service is VERY slow and the food is not good at all! They need to hire twice as much staff. First, we were told that there was no brisket and suggested that we order the Adirondack beef, which we tho...

After ordering, we were told that there was no kilted sausage (which we ordered)and then our waiter returned and said there was no Adirondack beef which we were suggested to order. The pulled pork nachos were nasty, no pulled pork to speak of and looked as though they were sitting around in the kitchen for quite some time. The margarita flat bread was literally some bread with cheese melted and a couple cherry tomatoes, very tasteless. The chicken wings are okay, not crispy but had a nice smoky taste, but needed more sauce. Overall, it’s an amazing atmosphere, but the food and service is horrible! We won’t be back unless major changes happen!
